Cruel Fate
This is an insert you story. You wake up in a forest with no memories of what happened. All there is, is a weird bite mark on your neck. Now, everywhere you go , you feel like someone is following you, and it's really creeping you out. But this someone also seems to be protecting you. Then demons start showing themselves saying that you're the mate of a very powerful demon. What the hell could they be talking about? Reader/Hiei.

Chapter 1
What's happening to me
You shifted in your sleep. You felt weird, you body hurt a little. The part that hurt the most was your neck. It burned. Even in your sleep you could feel the pain. Your hand slid off of your stomach to the ground. Touching grass. 'What grass?' you thought as you forced your eyes open.
It was dark and cold. "How am I outside?" you asked yourself, as you forced yourself to sit up against a tree. You flinch as your neck burns more. You reached up and touched your neck.
"What the hell is going on?" you said as you stood up. Your legs felt like jelly.
You looked around. You had never been in this place before. "Great." you grumble as you started to walk. Hoping to see something you recognized. You smiled when you
reached a road that you knew. As you stepped out on to the sidewalk, a weird feeling came over you, as if someone was watching you. Your head snapped around to the area you had come from. Fear fell over your eyes and you turn, running off.
You climb the steps of your home. At least your parents were on a trip. They were never home. Always working or on a trip. Not that you mind. You enjoy staying with friends once in a while. You rub your neck as you closed your door. You let out a deep sigh.
" I can't even remember going to the woods in the first place." you murmured, as you walked out into the living room, your eyes going to the main window. You dropped the things in your hands when you found two red eyes staring in at you.
But in a blink of an eye, they were gone. You gulp slightly as you stood there.
" Great, a stalker." You whisper.
"Or I'm seeing things." You add.

Hiei grunted. But at least the girl was his now. He had been following you for a couple weeks now. You were now his mate, even if you didn't like it. He was going to show himself, but changed his mind when you had reached your home. He knew your parents were gone. But decided to just let you relaxed. He was surprising was that you hadn't noticed that your virgin block was gone. He knew that you were you out cold after marking you, he couldn't stop after marking you.
He leaned back in a tree near your home. But that one time made him want you more. "Dammit, should of woke her and took her even more." he grunted.

You awoke the next day, the burning in your neck had dulled down. But the redness hadn't gone down. "Geez, just what I need for school." you said.
"I can hear it now.' What gave you that (_y/n_)" you mumble as you got dressed. You slipped on your shoes and went out the door, fixing your uniform skirt so you walked down the steps.
You head to school quietly. A bad feeling fell over you. You turn slightly to find two very ugly demons staring down at you, you gasped and turn to run, only to find one more demon, this one looked more human.
"You, girl. You bare a mating mark." he said, as he grabbed you and pulled you to him, pushing your hair back to show the mark on your neck. You tried to get away as he brushed the mark with his fingers.
He grinned as he looked back to your eyes. "You're the mate of Hiei Jaganshi." He said as he held you closer.
"What the hell are you talking about?" you yelped as you tried to pull away again.
"Don't play stupid!" he hissed as he picked you up over his shoulder.
"Help!" you called out, only to get hit on the back. You let out a whimper. The next thing you knew, you were dropped and caught in someone else's arms. Your eyes went up to meet red ones.
Hiei held you gently as he carried you away, the demons already dead.
"Just who are you?" You whisper.
"Hn." was the only answer you got.
" Put me the hell down!" you growled.
