Driven
Kurama relaxed as Yusuke held him. Gentally, he combed through the fox's hair with his fingers. Outside of the window was a very angry fire demon. Growling Hiei watched the two with disgust flaring his red eyes. Kurama liked the feeling of Yusuke petting him. Sighing the fox nuzzled Yuske's neck. The other teen flinched a little bit because his neck was sensitive. The rain poured outside and it was putting Kurama to sleep. Thunder clashed outside even louder than before and Yusuke hoped he would be able to sleep at night if the storm continued.
" Thanks for helping me Yusuke " Kurama spoke up disturbing the silencs and startling Yusuke.
" You are welcome but would you mind if I stayed over tonight if this storm continues? " Yusuke asked uneasy.
" No I do not mind cause I don't think it would be a wise idea to walk home in that" Kurama answered.
***Outside***
Hiei paced outside in the storm, punching a tree as he did. His eyes were ablaze with anger and hate towards Yusuke for stealing the fox away from him. Again he looked inside and saw Yusuke petting Kurama as he drifted off to sleep. Hiei walked over to the tree he was punching and sat in the highest branch. No it was not time for him to ruin the litle party below him but the time was drawing nearer ever second.

Kurama awoke and saw Yusuke sleeping soundly beside him. Slowly Kurama eased himself off the couch and into the bathroom. Once finished, he walked back out to where Yusuke was resting. It was midnight but Kurama could not go back to sleep. He looked at the slumbering Yusuke and he lightly touched Yusuke's cheek with his hand
" Yusuke why do you have to be so beautiful when you sleep " Kurama whispered as he settled back down on the couch.
Slowly Kurama eased Yusuke into his lap so that Yusuke could sleep better and not have a sore neck in the morning. Yawning he watched the rain pelt his window but even that didn't put him to sleep. Growling softly as to not awake his sleeping friend, the red head turned on the t.v. hoping to find something to watch or put him to sleep. Yusuke groaned as he snuggled closer to Kurama. Smiling Kurama petted Yusuke's raven hair as a movie came on. ' Maybe a movie will put me to sleep or catch my interests until Yusuke awakes. Hmmmmm....... I am glad that Yusuke came over, it is really helping me but I just wish I could tell him my feelings. Damn why am I so afraid! ' Kurama thought watching the movie.
