WOW I love this story! Oh my Goodness! Yokan is my most favored of all of Dir En Grey's music! Also Yurameki is at the top of my list ^_^ I love the way you put Hiei and the other's to fit into the likeness of Dir En Grey. I can so picture Hiei with blond hair and Kurama in a skirt! I assure you, you have another adoring fan and I excitedly await your next update! Oh the next episode is gonna be great, I can feel it! ^_^

OH MY GOD THAT KISS! I loved how Hiei comforted Kurama and then initiated the kiss, and Kurama's immediate response. Then Hiei showing Kurama the lyrics? So sweet and sad at the same time. I can't tell you how much I love this story: between the band AU, the characters you're using, the pairings, the angst, and Dir en Grey as a layer over all of those things, I'm in awe.
The second part of the chapter was adorable as well. Karasu and Kurama's DDR marathon was almot as cute as Hiei's spazz attack over the ice cream, and the end - where Hiei was singing Yokan and leaning on Kurama - made me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Always so well WORTH the wait and this chapter was not exception, m'dear! We have the tenative beginnings of love between Hiei and Kurama, and I truly like that you are making them wait before finally allowing them to be together.
And I loved both songs you chose for this chapter! BRAVA!

Wheeeeeeee, this was nice.
I think you have a good pace going, too... sometimes filler chapters are needed, but if a story is just begging to be told there's no point in mucking it up with useless details. ^^;; Saa.
Simply lovely imagery, too~
Oh! I've also started getting into Dir en Grey, because of this fanfic. Eheh~ I checked out the live versino of "Akuro no Oka" on YouTube and teh Kyo-san really does look like a blonde Hiei-kun... with the eyes.. and the hairstyle, except in blonde.... and the bandana~ xD Heh. So! Now I've got forty-some of their songs, of which "Mushi" is one of my favorites, so it was neat that that song's lyrics were in the chapter, too! :3
Nee, ne~ This is a lovely little fic (not to mention that I sort of snicker inside at the thought of Hiei-kun being as emotional and sort of dramatic as Kyo-san, onstage... yeaaaaah, I've seen the video of "Mushi" when teh Kyo-san performed it live, and stabbed himself with the mic.... the image of Hiei-kun doing that just makes me snicker, I'm sorry! x///x~ )
Good interaction between Hiei-kun and Kurama-kun, too. Cutsey and fluffeh and -just- 'warm' enough without speeding up their relationship too much. You've still got the 'crush' state of mind, but it's moving at a realistic (at least I think so x.x) pace~~
Ehe~ I'll be waiting anxiously on the next chapter, Lady Aqualyne-san~~

I can't believe I haven't reviewed the latest chapter of this, because it was one of those chapters that made my heart clench. You just wove such a beautiful mix of angst and warmth between Hiei and Kurama that I want to squee! I love how Kurama reached out and traced the words on Hiei's chest, without even thinking, and then them sharing their tragic pasts UNG. I can't wait to see more of this!

First of all, I simply must thank you for that lovely review you left me on my little one-shot fic. Oooooh, it had me smiling for a full seven minutes or so as I read it over and over--and you've given me the fanfic bug, again! I haven't written anything 'real' for around two years, because the pressure was stressing me out... mou! Enough about me!
This is a wonderful fanfic you've got going, here! Having Hiei as the vocalist is perfect--I don't know Dir en Grey that well, or really anything about J-Rock--but Kurama being so skilled on the guitar is great! I especially like the way you've got them interacting, here... oh, oh!
Also, the fact that you've got a Karasu who isn't wickedly obsessed with Kurama! And they're both DDR fanatics!!!! xDD That was a great moment. I love Karasu's character, whether he's used as a villain or not. As the 'evil guy' in a fic he's deliciously sadistic... but I also loooove when someone can make him into a 'real character'--and you have, here!
(You ever read 'By Love', on FF.net? I think it's by shadow priestess... KarasuxKurama relationship fic, where Karasu isn't evil or abusive to Kurama. :3 )
Anyway~Karasu's one of the band members, and that's a great addition... Kurama, Hiei, Yuusuke, Kuronue and Karasu. No Kuwabara (yet~?), which is probably a smart move if the band actually wants to sell CDs, and such... no offense to Kuwa-chan, but he's not the most aesthetically endowed of the guys in YYH (until later episodes, a bit~). x.x Tarukane is up there, too... x.o;; Gah. Gag me with a spoon. Lumpeh head...
At any rate~ Pleaase update this fic soon and I'll give you a less ranting review, ne? Loved the HieixKurama fluff at the end of Chapter Five! I'm anxiously checking your profile everyday to see if you've updated this fic. :3
