Go Ask Alice
Why am I doing this? Because by posting this I obligate myself to actually put effort into finishing it. I'm like six chapters in, so it's mostly editing and adding sex scenes that will happen before I can post things, and this isn't my only project, so updates may be father far between. Let's start, this isn't going to be light or fluffy. Anyone who has read the book 'Go Ask Alice' or seen the movie or the play or who has even heard the song knows it's all about a girl whose life falls apart due to drug use and blah, blah, blah, I won't give away the ending, but I was watching 'Sucker Punch' and their version of the song came on and then I started writing and couldn't stop. Hiei is my doorknob for this story and everyone is going to get a turn(y'all think I'm kidding, don't you?) Warnings are chapter specific as are 'pairings', and only if I think they'll offend people. Warnings: Language, mentions of drug use, sex, nudity. Pairings: Kurama/Yusuke, Kuronue/Youko/Hiei(sorta) Notes in the future won't be so long. This really is for your benefit. A 'get out now before it's too late' card. This is unbetaed, so forgive me my mistakes and let me know. .............. One: Go Ask Alice You’re a waste of fucking space, you whore! You’ve ruined my life, and nothing is sacred as long as you’re alive! I never want to see you again, you god damn waste of space! You’ve destroyed everything good in my life! You’re better off dead! Get out of my sight! I never want to see you again! Get the fuck out and stay out! Hiei jerked awake, the first rays of cloud muffled sunlight creeping over the tops of buildings, doing nothing to alleviate the gut wrenching chill of winter. Hiei swore, pulling his jacket tighter around himself, dreading the possibility of the air getting colder as the months progressed. Eyes such an odd color of brown they looked red surveyed his surroundings carefully before he stood stiffly from the door way he’d been sleeping in. As far as he had been able to tell the building was abandoned, but it was always safer to check if someone was coming before he went on his way. At fifteen, it wasn’t the first time Hiei had been kicked out. His mother tended to over react to just about everything, and Hiei, the older of two twins, was the easiest target to blame. The woman would rant, rave, and tell Hiei she never wanted to see him again, toss him out on his ass, and give herself time to cool down. Hiei’s sister, Yukina would then compile a search team made up from her school friends and hunt Hiei down, wherever he’d managed to stow away. Though, Yukina might have a harder time of it this time. Denver was a big city, and while Hiei normally had one or two people he could stay with in the winter, he’d burned a couple of those bridges, and others were away or otherwise previously engaged. Hiei shouldered his back pack, considering what little cash he had left, and debating how hungry he actually was. He’d forgone eating the day before, to conserve money, in hopes that one of his last resorts for a place to stay would come through, but he was hungry and the cold was really starting to wear on him. Hiei sighed, giving into the desire to sit some place warm and headed in search of some place already open, or that stayed open all night. ………………………………………………… “Hey, Youko,” Bored, red rimmed golden eyes blinked curiously at the request for his attention, blonde hair falling over his shoulders as he turned to look at the dark hair boy next to him with a raised eyebrow. “Isn’t that the underage boy toy Mukuro likes to keep around?” The bored gaze tipped from Kuronue, to the form huddled in a booth in a corner, his hands wrapped around a large ceramic cup that could have been coffee or tea. The boy was thin, somewhere in his early teens, with black, gravity defying black hair, a lightning bolt of white streaking over his bangs. Normally suspicious red/brown eyes were drooping wearily, dark circles firmly under his eyes. Youko cocked his head to the side, studying the obviously weary form. “I think you’re right. Think he knows Mukuro’s not around?” “Let’s find out,” Kuronue stood, grabbing Youko’s arm as he did so, forcing the other boy to stand and follow as he moved quickly and easily across the small café, collapsing in the booth across from the kid, making him jump, sucking in a shocked breath. “Hey! You’re Mukuro’s boy toy. What are you doing out here on your own?” Hiei glared at the two before him, purple eyes studying him with interest, golden eyes filled with disinterest, Kuronue’s hand on Youko’s arm probably the only thing keeping him in place. “Who’re you?” “We’re friends with Yomi,” Kuronue answered with a simple grin, ignoring the sullen, dull look he received, and a raised eyebrow questioned why that mattered to him. Youko rolled his eyes. “His father is one of the owners of the company Mukuro’s father owns as well. They’re both in line to inherit a third of the company a piece.” “I know that,” Hiei’s tone match Youko’s. “That doesn’t explain who you are. Or why you’re talk to me.” Kuronue jumped back in, drawing the attention to himself before Youko or Hiei snapped and decided --that punching one of the other would be a better idea than talking. He wouldn’t put it past either of them. “Mukuro’s out of town, and you’re only normally around when you’ve been kicked out and need place to stay. Get kicked out again?” Hiei’s first instinct was to snap that it was none of their business, but… It was fucking cold, sleeping on the streets. And, if Mukuro was out of town… “Yeah, I did. I was kind of hoping to stay with Mukuro, but apparently she’s not here.” “It’s settled then,” Kuronue exclaimed, slamming his hands down on the table. “Stay with us. We’ve got a big house, extra rooms, and if all else fails a couch!” The expression on Hiei’s face pretty well matched Youko’s, clearly stating that neither had any idea what the fuck Kuronue was thinking. The dark haired teen rolled his eyes, turning his gaze on Youko. “C’mon, we have the space. You don’t care if Kurama stays over all the time with his fuck buddy. And Jin and his boyfriend.” “We know them and they aren’t someone else’s fuck toy,” Youko interjected. “We haven’t always known them,” Kuronue continued without pause. “So what’s so wrong with letting the kid stay with us a few days? Mukuro rants about him all the time.” “Hey, not a kid here!” Hiei’s tone was indignant, glaring at the two older boys. Youko rolled his eyes, considering the small boy sitting across from him more speculatively. “You look all of thirteen, if that. Even if Mukuro insist that you’re fifteen, I have trouble believing it.” “M’almost sixteen,” Hiei muttered, still glaring at the two in front of him. “Whatever,” Youko slipped Kuronue’s grip, heading towards the front of the café in search of a waitress. Kuronue sighed, following the blonde with his gaze before turning to look at Hiei. “Youko’s not usually that sullen. His brother’s been having some trouble lately. Anyways, you really should stay with us instead of sleeping on the street. It’s fucking cold out there, and it’s just going to keep getting colder for a while.” “You still haven’t told me who exactly I’m staying with,” Hiei said slowly after a moment of silence. Kuronue blinked before he grinned. “I haven’t, huh? Well, I’m Kuronue, and my sulking house mate is Youko. You’ll probably meet a couple more people at the house, depending on who hung around today and maybe some people who’ll show up.” “Hiei,” The smaller male said slowly, accepting the hand Kuronue offered him. Maybe this wasn’t his best idea, but it was really, really cold sleeping outside. ……………………………………………………… “What the fuck are they on?” Hiei’s question was in response to two boys sitting on the floor in the living room immediately when he’d entered the house Kuronue and Youko had led him to. A red haired boy with blue eyes was sitting with his back against the wall, a blue haired boy straddling him, matching blue eyes unfocused as both of them stared at the space between their raised hands like it held the answers to the universe, occasionally tracing designs in the air that only they could see. Youko turned his attention to the dimly lit room, cocking his head to the side to look at the two curiously. “Jin and Touya? They’re probably candy flipping.” Hiei followed as Youko swept easily out of the room, down a longer hallway, taking a moment to look over the lower level of the two story house. It wasn’t huge, but spacious enough. He had to wonder what the hell they did to be able to afford a place like this. And… “What the hell is ‘candy flipping’?” “Ecstasy and acid,” Kuronue said simply, flashing a grin at Hiei as he dug through the refrigerator in the modestly spaced kitchen Hiei had followed Youko into. “The acid drops, affecting their system first, and the E starts to seep into your system slowly, mixing the feeling of rolling, with the effects of tripping. It’s pretty fun, actually, with the right people.” “Drugs,” Hiei said flatly, his expression considerate. “Got a problem with it?” Youko asked, raising an eyebrow as he hopped up to sit on the counter with a bag of chips, staring at the younger teen curiously, his oddly colored eyes sweeping over him. Now that he’d accepted that Kuronue was going to drag the younger boy into their home, his somewhat surly disposition had improved a bit. It helped that he was curious, and he could rarely resist something that amused him. Plus, Hiei was pretty. Something could come of that. Hiei shrugged, glancing back in the direction of living room for a moment, before turning to look at Youko and Kuronue again, both of whom were looking at him curiously now. “No problem. I’ve just never done any.” The look Kuronue and Youko shared made Hiei a little uncomfortable, but before he could speak, the darker haired boy had jumped into action, striding back across the room. “Well then, little dragon, let’s see the rest of the house.” Little dragon? Hiei’s thought bordered on a hysterical exclamation, though he kept it to himself, Youko’s warm hands on his back encouraging him to follow Kuronue. “Ignore his nick names and just accept them,” the tall blonde informed him as they headed up the stairs. “He calls my brother and I ‘fox’ for some reason, and Yusuke ‘Detective’.” “Because you and Kurama are foxy bastards,” The brunette threw over his shoulder, swinging open a hallway door. “And, Yusuke, no matter how idiotic he acts, he notices far more than anyone….” Kuronue stopped in the doorway to what was apparently a bathroom, the bright lights almost blinding as they flooded the dim hallway. “The fuck, Kuro?” Youko snapped as he ran into Hiei’s back, the smaller teen having stopped directly behind Kuronue. He leaned around Hiei, peeking over Kuronue’s shoulder, before he swore mildly. “God damn it, Kurama! Yusuke! Why can’t you two keep in in the bedroom?” Hiei leaned curiously around Kuronue to get a glimpse at what had caused such a reaction from Youko, and was nearly floored again for the day. A dark haired boy was sprawled on the floor, stark naked, his back against a wall seemingly the only thing keeping him upright as stared up at the boy riding him with wide, glazed brown eyes, his hands petting restlessly. The boy in his lap had vibrant red hair that fell down his back, and pale skin that nearly glowed in contrast to the teen he was riding. And, all that pale skin was on perfect display, as he was as naked as his partner. Bright green eyes, taken over by the black of his pupil as he blinked slowly up at three standing in the doorway. The redhead paused his movements, leaning into the brunette’s body. The dark haired boy wrapped his arms around the slim redhead, petting his hair and back almost like he was hypnotized, not acknowledging the three who had interrupted their play. Green eyes blinked slowly, and he grinned widely. “Kuro, Youko! You’re home! I missed you,” He exclaimed, his gaze focusing slowly on the smaller teen who stood between them. “And you brought a friend. Can we play with him?” “Well, that’s up to him,” Kuronue responded, wrapping his arm around Hiei’s shoulders from one side, while Youko did it from the other. “This is Mukuro’s boy, Hiei. Hiei, the naked redhead is Youko’s half-brother Kurama, and the brunette is his friend Yusuke.” “Poor little dragon,” Youko murmured, though he sounded anything but apologetic. “We’ve given you quite the shock, haven’t we? Hiei blinked, trying to shake himself, but a very naked redhead was wrapped around his body before he could. Kurama nuzzled into Hiei’s neck, his arms casually around Hiei’s neck, rubbing against the smaller teen. “Mmm, Hiei, it’s very nice to meet you. You’re quite pretty,” Kurama murmured, his arms stroking over Hiei’s back and arms as the dark haired teen stood rather still, unsure how to react. “Kurama,” Youko murmured, slightly exasperated as he tugged on the younger boy’s arm, pulling him away from a blushing Hiei, who stepped back in a rather desperate urge to hide his arousal. He couldn’t help it. Who the hell wouldn’t react to a gorgeous redhead rubbing up against them? “You’ve abandoned Yusuke, and you should probably try and be a little more sober before you attempt to seduce someone.” “Oh, Yusuke,” Kurama cooed, easily distracted, going to his knees between Yusuke’s still spread legs. The brunette hadn’t moved, looking a little lost, his gaze snapped to focus back on Kurama. His hands threaded into Kurama’s hair, pulling the redhead into a deep kiss. Kurama responded easily, straddling Yusuke’s lap, one hand wrapping around a fistful of Yusuke hair, the other reaching under him to reposition Yusuke’s cock, shifting against the taller boy as he slid back down on his member. The redhead threw his head back with a groan as Yusuke’s hands fisted in his hair tighter, Kurama’s fingers digging into Yusuke’s shoulders. Hiei stumbled over Youko as he backed out of the bathroom. He was in a state between arousal and shock. Yes, he was sleeping with Mukuro, and yes, Hiei had had flings, usually in exchange for a place to sleep. But, never with such obvious affection and passion. The drugs probably helped somewhat with that, because there was no way the two of them weren’t on something, but still. Taking a deep breath to calm himself as Youko lectured and Kuronue laughed, Hiei decided it was probably best not to ask at the moment. All things considered, he probably should have put more thought into this situation, but in the years since he’d started having to occasionally sleep on the street, he’d learn to rarely turn down three things; a hot meal, a warm bed, and a decent shower. And, if one did turn any one of the three down, the situation had better be dire. The bathroom door slamming shut threw the hallway back into darkness, and Hiei had to blink a few times to adjust. Kuronue’s arm being slung over his shoulders made Hiei jump a bit as the dark haired boy sighed loudly. “Well, I was going to offer you the guest room up here, but those two are incredibly unpredictable when they’re like that, and you don’t need to get jumped in your sleep, so for tonight you can share with Youko and I. The bed’s big enough for three.” Hiei started to argue that the couch would work just as well. Or hell, the floor, but Youko cut him off easily as Kuronue practically dragged him down the hall. “It really is, and who knows what Jin and Touya gave gotten up to in the living room,” He shrugged, giving Hiei a somewhat vulpine grin. “That only leaves the bath tub, and unless you want to jump in the middle of that little tryst, that’s out. Anyways, Kuro and I don’t bite hard.” “Well, we do if you ask us to, but we can save that for another time,” Kuronue added cheerfully. Hiei rolled his eyes, but wasn’t really given a chance to argue as he was hustled into the master bedroom between the two. ……………………………………………………………………………………………. Hiei was on a mission. Coffee. Strong, highly caffeinated, overly sweet, coffee. He wasn’t sure how it had occurred the night before, but he’d awoken to sun streaming through the bedroom window, tucked and cuddled between Youko and Kuronue. How that positioning had occurred, Hiei was unaware. He’d started the night on the edge of the bed, the two of them curled together and just sleeping as far as Hiei knew. But, the warm, soft bed called to him, and the feeling of apparent safety, despite the circumstances had lulled him into a rather deep sleep. His backpack was tucked away in the back of a closet, with assurances that he could get to it when he needed, and if he stayed long enough they would get him a key to the house. A promise of a free meal of whatever he could cook for himself in the morning helped with that. Though, waking up between the two older teens left him feeling slightly less comfortable. Or, he would feel less comfortable if he were awake enough to do so. Hiei wasn’t a morning person. He was so used to being forced to be immediately awake, the opportunity to not be immediately awake, his body was still craving either more sleep, or something to wake him up. It didn’t occur to him until he was actually in the kitchen that while Kuronue and Youko had given him full reign of their kitchen, he didn’t know where anything was. “Coffee is on the counter,” A soft alto voice made Hiei jump, still half asleep. The redhead from the night before was sitting, thankfully mostly clothed, at the kitchen table, a coffee mug between his hands that nearly matched the color of his eyes. He smiled, raising an eyebrow. “The coffee mugs are in the cabinet above the sink. The container of sugar is next to the coffee maker. Good morning.” “Hn,” Hiei grunted his acknowledgments, going for the coffee. He needed caffeine before he took on conversation with the redhead. He was actually wearing pants this time, though he as bare foot and bare chested, his red hair spilling messily over his shoulders. Green eyes were still a little glossed over as he watched Hiei shuffle around the kitchen in boxers and a dark blue tank top. Another mystery to Hiei was how his clothes had ended up on the floor. He’d fought Youko and Kuronue’s innocent suggestion that he’d be far more comfortable sleeping in the buff. Hiei had given up his jacket, over shirt, and jeans, allowing that they were a mess and could be washed. But, he’d insisted on keeping his boxers and the under shirt. Yet, when he’d struggled to consciousness, the undershirt was on the floor, and the boxers were twisted around his legs in a manner that suggested a struggle. “You’re Youko’s brother,” Hiei stated, settling across from the redhead at the table. “Kurama,” The redhead offered, studying Hiei with his head cocked mildly to the side. “You’re Mukuro’s friend. The ones Kuronue and Youko brought back last night. I apologize but I don’t quite remember your name.”
Hiei snorted, savoring his coffee for a moment as he attempted to wake up a little. “You were a bit preoccupied,” He offered the redhead a small smile. “Hiei.” “Ah, yes. I have heard about you through the grape vine,” The redhead sighed, shifting a little uncomfortably, his hands shaking mildly. Hiei raised an eyebrow, examining the teen before him. “There’s a grape vine about me? And are you alright?” Green eyes blinked, surprised, turning a raised eyebrow on Hiei. “Yes, I’m quite alight. Coming down, and I let Yusuke take the last Xanax last night so he could sleep,” He sighed mildly, wrapping his hands around the cup a little tighter to prevent them from shaking. “I’ll be fine in a few hours. I just have to convince myself to eat, and manage to sleep. And, yes, there is a bit of grape vine, if you know where to look. Mostly I’ve hear of you from Yomi’s gossip with Mukuro. The two of them gossip like fucking school girls.” Hiei blinked, studying the overly calm redhead. The beginnings of dark circles under his eyes betrayed his attempt at composure, his hair screaming ‘well fucked’. “You’re the one Yomi desperately wants to fuck, with the brother and friend that won’t let him near you. Mukuro mentioned Yomi bitching about it.” Green eyes closed as the redhead shook his head, snoring delicately. “Yes, I’m fairly sure Yusuke threatened Yomi’s life on more than one occasion if his dick came anywhere near me, without at least two layers of clothing in between. Preferably four,” Kurama shook his head again. “And Youko and Yomi have had their flings. I think he’s just tired of me sleeping with his friends. I’ve heard Yomi has darker taste, but then so does Kuronue and Youko only threw a minor fit when I slept with him,” The redhead mused for a few moments more before shaking his head. “Nonetheless. Even if Youko didn’t disapprove, Yusuke would have my hide before going after Yomi himself.” “You two are together?” Hiei asked, a little more awake now as he levered himself up from the table for another cup of coffee. Kurama had stood as well, wandering to the actual coffee machine to start another large pot. He shrugged. “Not really. Yusuke is one of my best friends, and I’ve known him for years. And, yes, we’re sleeping together, and have been for some time, but we’re not a couple,” Kurama smiled a little wistfully. “Neither of us has ever been especially good at commitment, but he is quite protective of me. There was a time after my mother left me on my father’s doorstep, when Youko wouldn’t put up with me, and Yusuke was the only one willing to befriend the strange new boy in town.” Considering the redhead over the brim of his cup, Hiei thought about his story. There had been times when he’d wished his mother had left him somewhere, but he had the feeling that Kurama’s deal wasn’t quite the same as his. “Your parents didn’t get along?” Kurama blinked curiously, cocking his head to the side as he looked at Hiei. The redhead seemed to shake himself a bit, taking a drink of his coffee as he settled back at the table. “I wouldn’t say that,” he said slowly. “Youko and I are half-brothers. Our father had an affair when Youko was about one. He didn’t know about me, and my mother didn’t see it fit to inform him until I was nearly nine. There really was little reason.” “Why then?” Hiei asked, settling back in a chair at the table, slowly stirring sugar into his coffee. He didn’t know what it was, but he was interested in the redhead. “My mother had cancer. She was dying, so she came to my father to take me in so I wouldn’t be an orphan,” sad green eyes turned on Hiei, and the redhead smiled at the mildly shocked expression on the smaller teens face. “It was seven years ago. We went through the process of a fraternity test, and official adoption and whatnot. She died within months,” Kurama sighed, shaking his head. “I was just lucky that my father was man enough to take me in, and his wife could accept his illegitimate child. Shori has been wonderful to me. I think Youko resented me for a long time, but we’re quite close now.” “Hn,” Hiei grunted noncommittally, studying is coffee. It was odd to think of having a parent that cared so much about him. Let alone someone allowing a child from a different woman in her home. If Hiei wasn’t his mother’s son, she would have done off with him years ago. It wasn’t entirely unheard of. Silence reigned in the kitchen as the two teens drank their coffee. The silence was shattered by what sounded like someone falling in the hallway, and swearing that followed, and the sound of someone else hitting the floor. Hiei raised an eyebrow, shooting a look at Kurama who just rolled his eyes and stood again gracefully to empty the remaining coffee from the pot, and start another. “Youko and Kuronue,” He said by explanation. Hiei nodded slowly, turning his gaze to the short hallway that led to the staircase. A sleep rumpled, very naked Youko stumbled into the room, followed by an equally sleep rumpled Kuronue, who was wearing what looked like the sheet from the bed around his waist. Youko gave Hiei a wide grin, sweeping the younger boy up in a tight hug. “You left the bed this morning without telling us. It was cold,” He whined slightly, nuzzling Hiei’s hair while ignoring the boy’s attempts to escape. “Kuro stole all the covers!” Hiei was finally allowed back to his seat as Youko threw himself at Kuronue, who had settled in a chair at the table, with barely enough time to get his coffee mug on the table before he was nearly tackled backwards out of the chair. Hiei stared with a slight frown as the two bickered while they cuddled. “It’s a bit of a madhouse, here,” Kurama stated, running a hand through his hair with a bemused smile. He turned to give Hiei a curious look. “How did they come across you? By the time most people make it here, they’re generally too intoxicated to run when they see how insane those two are.” “They found me in a little coffee shop, and apparently recognized me from Mukuro. I needed a warm place to sleep. I am rethinking it,” Hiei replied with a shrug. He’d slept better than he had in ages, even in his own home, and he woken in the morning without the aches and stiffness that came from shivering all night in the cold. He wasn’t a fan of the obsessive touching that Kuronue and Youko had yet to stop, but he wasn’t willing to give up a warm bed just yet. The random, drugged individuals were something new and needed to be adjusted to, but he could deal. Free food, and not risking freezing to death were worth it. Kurama just laughed, shaking his head. “Well, I’m glad someone found you. It’s just getting colder out there,” The redhead stretched, placing his coffee mug in the sink. “If it ever gets to be too much of a mad house here, you’re welcome to stay with Yusuke and myself. It’s technically Yusuke’s mother’s apartment, but she’s rarely in town. My father and step mother wouldn’t care much either, but we do have to pretend to behave when we stay with them. I’m going to attempt to sleep, but I’ll leave the guest room door unlocked if you need to escape their insanity,” the redhead gave Hiei a somewhat salacious wink as he exited the room. Hiei could only stare after him, wondering what the hell kind of wonderland he’d gotten himself into. ……………………………………………………………… “What the fuck is kitty flipping?” Hiei had been staying with Youko and Kuronue for a good week now, and he’d heard more new terms than he’d really picked up on in school. Kurama was curled against Yusuke on the other end of the couch, his feet in Hiei’s lap. Hiei had come to accept that he was going to be touched and cuddled by everyone in the house if he was going to continue to stay there. The off chances that he’d managed to have a bed to himself were the only times he hadn’t been manhandled and stripped in his sleep. That had only happened once in the last week. Kurama shrugged, his fingers twined with Yusuke as he stared up at the ceiling. “Ecstasy and ketamine. You snort the ketamine and take the ecstasy, and you flip between rolling and being in a K-hole.” Again, with the terms that Hiei couldn’t even begin to define on his own. “The fuck is a K-hole?” “First off, do you know what ketamine is?” It was Yusuke that spoke this time. Hiei had developed an odd sort of friendship with the dark haired teen. He was loud, and brass, and a counterpoint of Kurama’s never ending calm. And, he could fight. He was a street fighter, and he and Hiei had gone a few rounds, and he had actually provided a challenge for Hiei. The smaller teen shook his head in response to Yusuke’s question. He’d never heard of whatever it was that the two were talking about. Yusuke sighed, wrapping an arm around Kurama’s chest, the other aimlessly playing with his hair. “Technically, it’s a horse tranquilizer. On the streets you’ll hear of it as Kitty or Special-K. Instead of knocking you out, it’ll drop you like a bullet. You can see, hear, and feel pretty much everything going on around you, but you can’t move or react to it. Getting dropped in a K-hole,” Yusuke shook his head. “I’ve never seen the appeal.” “It’s quite amusing to watch, though,” Kurama added with a slight smirk. “Watching someone going from not being able to stop moving and dancing, and watching them literally drop to the floor.” Hiei nodded slowly, as if that all made sense to him. He couldn’t honestly see why anyone would do that. Some drugs he could understand, somewhat. But, not something that left you completely helpless. Or, a drug like PCP that made you angry enough to break bones without even realizing. “So, kitty flipping and candy flipping.” “Don’t forget hippie flipping. That’s fun,” Yusuke stated with a smirk. Hiei’s look clearly stated that he had no idea what Yusuke was talking about. Kurama took pity and explained. “It’s like candy flipping, but with shrooms instead of acid. It’s a different kind of tripping. Mixes differently with the ecstasy. Better chance of a bad trip, but a better high if you get a good one.” “And, this is fun?” “With the right people,” Kurama offered, pulling his knees forward, and rolling forward on his knees so he could put his hands on either side of Hiei’s shoulders, cocking his head to the side as he studied Hiei. “We are very fun to play with, Hiei,” He said, biting his lips as he ran a finger down the center of Hiei’s chest. “Yeah, short stuff,” Yusuke was off the couch and kneeling between Hiei’s knees on the floor. “Come out and play. We’ll have a blast.” Hiei sighed, trying his best to relax under the two’s attention. “You know, red, your brother and his crazy friend have been trying to get me into bed with them for the last week. What makes you think you’ll succeed?” Kurama put on a very convincing pout, green eyes big. “Aw, don’t you think I’m pretty?” Hiei rolled his eyes, meeting bright green eyes that rolled in return. “And, who says I’m trying to get you into bed? I just want you to try something new. No harm, no foul. If you don’t like it, you never have to play with us again.” “Well, we may try and convince you to play again, but not with drugs,” Yusuke added with a smirk. “Anyways, there’s a party tonight. It’ll be fun,” Yusuke leaned up between Hiei’s knees, hooking his chin over Kurama’s shoulder, chocolate eyes meeting red. Hiei studied Kurama and Yusuke, his gaze flicking between the two as he frowned. He was weighing the pro’s and con’s of actually going along with the insane idea that the two were setting out before him. Or, not so too terribly insane. When he wasn’t doing drugs, Kurama was a fabulous student. His father hadn’t allowed him to officially drop out as Yusuke had, but he was taking online classes and was fully prepared to graduate with in the next year. Yusuke had his GED after dropping out and was waiting until Kurama actually graduated to even consider college classes. They seemed happy enough and successful in their lives. Hiei sighed slightly, still considering the two before him with a frown, shaking his head. “I still say this is a ploy to get me into bed.” Kurama and Yusuke laughed, diving at Hiei in turn and cuddling the smaller boy, ignoring all of his protests. Youko and Kuronue arrived home to the three boys wrestling on the floor in a tangled heap. ............. Yeah... There we go. Like I said, I'm writing and editing this as I go, so, it'll get updated as I'm prepared to do so. I'll be more inclined to do so if people are actually enjoying it, but I'll be updating eventually no matter what. I know this isn't to everyone's taste, so if not, I understand. I'm still sitting here screaming 'ALENA WHAT ARE YOU DOING?' at myself in my head, but here you go.
