Summary: This is the sequel to Forbidden Time (please read that before reading this one). When Lyra died, she left something behind: another plan that wouldn’t work until it grew a little bit. That plan was her and Karasu’s children. Twins who were made to grow into adults within four years. Zen and Ceres want to pick up where their parents left off. They kidnap the children of the Yu Yu gang, along with one other kid who was dropped out of his timeline. Of course, they find it’s a little hard to catch kids who know their powers already. Once again, future Seth come to protect his past self and the child that was dropped out of his time.

Chapter 1

A Place Far Away

A four year old boy stood in the cold, dark park. He hadn’t meant to play with the machine, but it was so big and cool! His half red, half green eyes scanned the area as he whimpered. He wanted his mother and father. The boy moved forward a few steps. He didn’t know what to do. His little fox ears went down. He looked up as someone walked up.

“Aww, are you lost, little boy?” Ceres asked, grinning. “Come with me, hm?” She picked the boy up and carried him away.

Six Years After Seth Left

The Yu Yu gang hadn’t seen each other in the last three years. They went their own ways to start their lives outside of being spirit detectives.

Yusuke and Keiko lived where Keiko’s parents had lived. They ran the shop her parents used to. Kate was 2½ and becoming more like her father every day.

Kuwabara and Yukina lived at the temple. Yes, Genkai was still alive and still planned to leave the temple to the whole gang. Lazan was 1½ and very quiet, like Yukina. The boy hadn’t really been around anyone his own age. Yukina had discovered that Hiei was her brother.

Hiei and Rachel lived in demon world, near a gateway to human would. Rachel didn’t mind living in demon world as long as her kids went to human schools. Kyo was four years old; he was born with a Jagan, even though Hiei’s was an implant. Meggie was three and missed playing with her friends. Hiei and Rachel also had a newborn boy name Tetsu, only a month old.

Kurama and Jackie lived just outside the city. Seth was a happy 3 ½ year old boy. They also has a one-year old daughter name Lorna.

The gang was having a very special sort of meeting one day-not one person knew the others would be there.

Kuwabara stood on the temple steps, waiting for everyone. Yukina sat on the steps, playing with Lazan. The little boy giggled as he went after a butterfly. “Mommy,” he called as he stumbled over to his mother, beginning to feel spirit energy approach.

“It’s okay, Lazan,” Yukina said as she smiled.

“Hey Dorky,” Kuwabara called out as he moved down towards the newly arrived Yusuke and put him in a headlock.

“Dumbass,” Yusuke laughed as he turned the head lock around, doing it to Kuwabara.

“Boys, stop it,” Keiko called as she walked up, carrying Katie.

“Yeah, stupid boys,” Katie said. Yusuke looked over.

“Oh, I’m stupid now? What’re you doing, calling Daddy stupid?” Yusuke asked, walking over and taking Katie in his arms, holding her up high. Katie giggled.

“Daddy!” she said as she looked at him.

“Jeez, she’s getting big,” Kuwabara commented, seeing Katie.

“Yeah. She’s just like her daddy,” Keiko said.

Yusuke grinned. “Who’s got Daddy’s Spirit Gun?” he asked.

Katie giggled and raised her arms. “I do, I do!” she laughed.

“She’s a loudmouth, just like her father,” someone grumbled.

“Get a life, Shorty,” Yusuke scolded.

Hiei made a face as he walked up, carrying Tetsu. Rachel was right behind him, carrying Meggie and holding Kyo’s hand.

Yusuke looked to Kuwabara. “I feel sorry for you, being part of that family,” he said.

Rachel set Meggie down. Meggie giggled as she hugged Kuwabara’s leg. “Wello, Uncle Kuwabara,” she said. Kuwabara smiled.

“Hey, Kiddo,” he said. Kyo just stood there, looking annoyed.

“Did I have to come?” Kyo groaned to his mother. Rachel looked down at him.

“Oh, Honey, it’ll be fun for you,” she said. Yukina smiled as Hiei walked up to her.

“Hello, brother. How is Tetsu?” she asked, standing and taking the baby from Hiei.

“He’s doing well,” Hiei said.

“Well, where’s Kurama? Don’t tell me he’s trying for another kid and can’t meet up with his old friends,” Yusuke complained.

“Ha, ha, Yusuke,” Kurama said sarcastically as he walked up. Seth ran up the stairs, jumping around.

“Kurama, I can’t believe you let him have that candy bar. He’ll be hyper for the next three days,” Jackie said as she walked up the stairs, carrying Lorna. Kurama laughed.

“Sorry,” he said, not sounding sorry at all.

“It’s about time you all got here,” Genkai grumbled as she walked out.

“The old Hag hasn’t changed,” Yusuke said fondly.

“Dimwit! Becoming a father hasn’t change you,” she retorted. The group laughed.

They all went inside. The kids sat on the ground, staring at one another and not know what to do. The last time they had seen each other, they were too little to remember.

They looked up as the door opened and couldn’t believe who stood there-Future Seth looked like he had been though hell.

Jackie stood up. “Seth, what are you doing back in this time?” she said as she went and help him to sit. Seth let out a long breath before looking up at his mother, then around at everyone else.

“Big trouble again,” he said as he sat up straighter. The group looked to him. “Lyra left something behind in this time,” he explained, crossing his hands. “She and Karasu were about to have a baby. Well, twins, and they’ve gone all the way to adult within six years.”

The gang gasped. “What?” Kurama said, completely shocked.

“Ceres and Zen are picking up where their parents left off,” Seth said softly, “but that’s not the worst part about it.”

“What, then?” Jackie asked. Seth looked back up.

“Yesterday, someone was playing with the time machine and came here. Ceres and Zen got to him before I got here.”

“Who?” Rachel asked.

Seth looked to the ground sadly. “My son,” he said quietly.

The group’s eyes went wide.

NOTE: Well, I hope this story will be as good as the first one. I will try to have more love in this one.
