Truth Dice or Dare
Kurama looked at the koorime and the tantei sitting across from him in his room and repeated his question, “Have you ever played truth, dice, or dare?”
Hiei looked at him blankly, wondering what the kitsune had in mind. He had charge of the day’s distraction and this is what he wanted to do? Play a stupid game?
Yusuke also looked blankly at the fox, wondering why he’d been included in this nonsense.
Kurama sighed at the lack of response and began to explain, writing on a piece of paper as he did, “It’s a very simple game, really, though it works better with more than two people. That’s why you’re here, Yusuke. You are given a choice by the person who’s turn it is, to tell the truth about something, take a dare, or, or, roll the dice. Then you take your turn and challenge the next person.”
“Why did you say ‘or’ twice?” Yusuke asked.
Kurama smiled what could be called a wicked smile under the right circumstances. “’Or’ allows the person who’s turn it is to choose.”
Yusuke swallowed nervously. “Why are you writing?” he asked, his voice betraying his feelings of ill ease, though he couldn’t have said which bothered him more, Kurama’s expression or Hiei’s sudden interest.
“When you roll the dice, you have to do what they say to the person who challenged you. As you can see, one of the die has dots and the other numbers. The one with the dots will be a location and the one with the numbers will be an action.” He pointed at the little hour glass by his knee that had previously gone unnoticed, “You have to perform whatever actions for as long as the timer lasts.”
Yusuke looked over the list with a growing mixture of excitement and terror. The first list, the location one was odd enough: ear, lips, hand, foot, neck, choice, but the action list was enough to almost make him want to run screaming from the house: lick, kiss, suck, touch, tickle, choice. Trying to mask his fear, he asked, “What is choice?”
“The challenger gets to pick whatever they want. Nothing that happens during the game is discussed outside the game. Oh, and all dares have to be able to be performed in the house. Any other questions?”
“Where’s your mother?” Yusuke asked, trying to find a way out without sounding like he was running away from his friends.
“She’s visiting relatives for the weekend,” Kurama replied equitably, knowing that the boy would need to be eased into the game. “Why don’t you go first, Yusuke?”
“Me? What do I do?” he squeaked.
“Choose whether you want to tell the truth, take a dare, or, or roll the dice,” the kitsune replied calmly.
‘Which is the safest option?’ “Truth,” he answered.
“Do you fantasize about having sex with men?” Kurama asked, smirking slightly.
A/N This story is the result of me playing with dice after not plaing with them for several years. I don't really want to write it, but the ideas keep coming. It will be updated rapidly, and could probably have been a oneshot had I wanted to sit down and write it all out at once....but you'll get a daily update (I think...it's been that way so far [I'm posting this elsewhere]) I'm open to suggested moves or other people writing their own little chapters. Please feel free to review or e-mail me your suggestions hcolleen@gmail.com Enjoy. Oh, yes, this is a real game and I have really played it...it's not very fair when there's three guys and one girl....I think it was a week at least before I quit blushing constantly...and it's been almost eight years since I've played with dice...
Disclaimer...thank god I don't have to do this on every chapter....but, I don't own them....the dice...I don't own them, either...they're my roommates'....*sigh*...I do own my computer, though ;)
