For the Love of a Hanyou

Hello, fellow fanfiction writers. Welcome to Kinky Deviance’s VERY first challenge fic. Throughout my 2-3 years reading fanfiction on this site (especially in the Anime section), I’ve noticed that there are very very few Yuusuke x Keiko fics out there. Writers would usually pair up Yuusuke with a guy (e.g. Kurama, Hiei, Koenma, Kuwabara) or be paired up with Botan. And pair up Keiko with Kurama or Hiei. Or worse, either belittle Keiko’s role in the story, bash her senseless, or make an unknown disappearance. I understand the insane fangirls nature of pairing up a hot bishie with another hot bishie (I'm a yaoi and yuri fan) and bashing female characters, who they think are either “weak” or “stupid”. But there is just too much yaoi in here (especially badly written yaoi) and I’m sick of reading fanfiction in which so many girls who don't deserve to get bashed do.

So after two days of writing down this challenge, (And trying to convince my cousin’s husband to give me a PS2) I’ve decided to challenge the YYH writers of AFF to create a Toushin Yuusuke x Keiko pairing fic (I would try to write the pairing myself, but I absolutely SUCK at writing. So what's better than begging other authors to write for you? ::Laughs:: God, I’m pathetic… T^T ). I don’t care about the plot line (e.g. They're married and celebrating their wedding night, Keiko has gone into heat, etc.), so long as the pairing is there.

Here are the rules:

1. It could whether be a PWP one-shot or a multi-chapter story with a plot. It can even be an AU. If not an AU, the story must take place after the anime/manga.

2. There must be no OOCness. The cast MUST stay in character at all times.

3. You may now use any side-pairings of your choice. I’ll even accept yaoi, yuri, and/or incest. But please, I beg of you, don’t pair anybody up with a Mary Sue/Gary Stu. Especially with Kurama and Hiei. Throughtout reading adult/fanfiction, I’ve been reading numberous stories which Kurama and Hiei gets paired up with an original character that I want to kill the instant I read her. When making a romance fic, at least pair him/her up with somebody who already EXISTS IN THE SERIES. I’d really appriciate it.

4. When using the names of any character, place, or thing, please go by the original Japanese version. That includes not using the translated names of anybody, anyplace, or anything (e.g. original name: Sanzu River, translated name: River Styx) used in the English version.

5. No character bashing of any kind. Even if it’s somebody that I extremely hate, I will not accept it.

6. Your story can also be a crossover. But if you are making it a crossover, make sure the anime your using in the crossover is sensible to the YYH series (e.g. Bleach, Flame of Recca, Hunter×Hunter, Inuyasha, Naruto, Saiyuki, etc.).

7. You absolutly MUST complete your fic. I will NOT accept any discontinued fiction into the challenge.

The rules are now set. The deadline was wiped out of existence in 05/05/05. I accept reviews on the challenge and/or your thoughts on the YxK pairing. But I will ABSOLUTELY NOT accept flames. I am a very sensitive person, and I take things too seriously. There's only one thing I have to ask:
