Epilogue

A/N: Alright, this epilogue takes place six months after the end of chapter nine.

Tesgura – I had planned on an epilogue the entire time, to show how the different relationships ad blossomed over the time. I am actually thinking about doing a sequel too, not sure right now. I also have plans to write a branch off story that takes place ten years in the future with Artemis’ brothers. Glad you liked the Youko scene. I figured Kurama would take things slow with Artemis and since I hate long stories, I thought it was a great way for them to consummate their relationship.

Minerva checked her hair in the mirror, trying to make sure she looked perfect. She applied her eye liner, then looked at the clock. Five more minutes, then he would be late. Though, she supposed that when a teenager said 8 o’clock, they really meant after 8 o’clock. Her doorbell ringed and she blushed bright red, feeling butterflies in her stomach. “Hello, Yusuke-kun.” She greeted as she opened the door.

“Vous avez l'air plus belle chaque fois que je vous vois.” His French accent was terrible, but Minerva could still understand he was calling her beautiful.

“Yusuke-kun! Did you learn French for me?” She asked, her blush coming back with a vengeance.

He smiled sheepishly and shrugged. “A little bit. That’s the phrase I’ve been working on the most. Sorry about my accent; it’s shit, I know.”

Minerva smiled at him, “It’s the thought that counts. Oh, come in!” She ushered him inside the house her father had bought for her. It was smaller than she was used to; but it didn’t matter all that much. She was only one person, after all. “I’ve made dinner for us. Then, we can move to the living room for dessert.” She led her date into the kitchen. Sure enough, there were two plates on the table, one with a delicious t-bone steak, and the other with on the opposite side of the table held a spinach and mushroom ravioli. “I apologize, I do not eat meat. Though, I am certain your steak still turned out right.

Yusuke pulled out her seat for her and after she was situated, he sat opposite her. “This looks amazing, Minerva-chan. Bon appétit.”

“Why, Yusuke-kun, you are surprising me all around tonight.” The woman said with a nervous laugh, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. “Well, don’t be shy. Dig in. as you said, bon appétit!”

“Kurama,” Artemis hissed from his spot next to Kurama at the dinner table; the red head seemed delighted to tease the raven haired boy at every chance he got. “Your mom will see.”

Butler looked at the two with narrowed eyes. “How is everything in school, Artemis?” He asked casually. He knew that the boys were engaged in a relationship, though he didn’t exactly approve. Still, he was not one to get in the way of happiness.

“Everything is exceptional.” Artemis tried to keep his voice from quivering as Kurama’s hand moved up his thigh and squeezed lightly. “I am still deciding what to do after I finish, however.”

Shiori spoke up from her spot next to the body guard. “Artemis dear, you can do anything you want. Is there anything you have a passion for?”

Artemis thought about it for a moment. Magic was something he loved. He would actually consider going underground and helping Section 8 but he didn’t want to leave Kurama behind. “I like art,” He said after a moment, remember the painting he had stolen and donated to museum. “Maybe I will study art.”

Kurama cleared his throat.”You could always from work with me.”

His mother’s eyes lit up at the idea. “Oh, yes! Shuichi helps a detective. It’s all very exciting.”

“I shall consider the offer.” Artemis didn’t know if it was such a good idea though. Sure, he knew more about demons then demons themselves, but he couldn’t help but wonder if he would be any use. The work of spirit detectives was to defeat demons using brute force, not their minds. Artemis himself wasn’t very physically fit, though he had made due in the past in extreme aggressor situations. A thought struck him then, “I think I will be a criminal profiler. Yes. My knowledge will be put to good use in the field of behavioral analysis.”

Kurama nodded and moved his hand farther up Artemis’ thigh, “That is very intriguing,” The fox purred.

Clearing his throat, Artemis nodded. “It will be.” He was in for a long night.

“Yusuke-kun…” Minerva gasped as Yusuke placed gentle kisses down her neck.

Yusuke smirked against her pale skin and his hands found her naked stomach and trailed his hands across her, relishing at the way her muscles jumped under his ministrations. “If I go too far,” He spoke in hushed tones, leaning back to look at the goddess under him. After dinner, they ended up in the living room, then somehow, in her bedroom, atop her bed. “If I go too far, tell me to stop.”

After lying for a moment panting, the girl shook her head, “I do not want you to stop. We have been seeing each other for months now. I think it’s time we went all the way. I mean, if you want to.”

He nodded. He had been wanting to ever since he met her, but he was not going to be aggressive about it. She was the type of girl you help and caressed and loved until your heart exploded. “Have you ever…?” He asked after a moment. After she shook her head, he took in a deep breath and gave her a smile. “I’ll be gentle. It’s gonna hurt at first.”

She nodded. “Yes, yes. I know.” Minerva wrapped her arms around her lover’s neck and brought him down for a long kiss. “It will be alright, as long as it is you.”

“There is something going on between the boys.” Shiori said as she laid against Butler in her bed. “Though I don’t suppose we can say anything to them without being hypocrites ourselves.”

Butler looked down at her with wide eyes, “And you approve of their relationship?”

She nodded and smiled at her lover. “Well of course I do. Shuichi is my son. I would love him no matter what. That is what I mothers love for a child means. It is unconditional.”

The bodyguard understood perfectly what she meant and nodded, tightening his hold on her. “When do we tell them about us?”

“Soon,” She mused with a yawn, “Sleep for right now, though.”

OOOOOO

Hiei sat outside the room, careful to keep his youki under control as he watched the two figures. One with blazing red hair, the other with raven black locks. The red head grabbed pale hips and positioned his hardened manhood and the others entrance. Artemis, on his knees, grinded back against him, pushing Kurama’s head into his tight hole. Hiei growls low in his throat as his hand moved downward and grabbed his member. He was sorry he didn’t get the chance to do this to Artemis. He didn’t like the boy – his sharp tongue needed to be mended – but he had to admit that he was sexy as hell as he begged Kurama to fuck him.

The fire/ice apparition stroked his length as he watched Kurama pound into his lover. The red head leaned down, taking Artemis’ cock into his hand and stroke it as fast as he could. The magical man ground his hips against the pleasure and both boys cried out at the new friction. It was over after a while, and Hiei finally cam as Artemis stepped in front of the window nude to look out into the night – Hiei did not worry; he knew the boy couldn’t see him.

Sighing, the apparition tucked himself in his pants and stood on his tree branch. It was time he found a worthy hole to occupy his time.

A/N: Sorry this was so short, it was just an epilogue. Oh, I hope you liked the last scene. >.< couldn’t resist, sorry! Anyway, I’m going to work on the branch off fic now. It will include everyone from this story, including a new pairing for Hiei, with a special appearance of the Inuyasha Lords and Lady and Kagome. Hope you guys will read it!
