He nodded, or "Hn," every once in a while. He had noticed that Mukuro, was acting a little strange. She sent, it was driftnet. It was sweeter, and then it had been before. And every time, he would attempt to stand or sit close to her. she would move away, "Was she playing game? or is it that posion?" Hiei thought, He then sensed the strange amount of Ki, and stood up along with Mukuro. As the veihcal stopped, he noticed Yomi and Shura. "Grate," Was all that was muttered, as Mukuro, invited them in to the centipede.


"We have no time for Chatting Yomi, the faster we get to Enki. The better I will be," she said. As she looked down with them, "However, you were a former competing ruler, and you should be kept up to date, on what is going on. I will tell you, if you get in to the centipede, and go to Enki's with us." Yomi accepted, as he and his son. Walked in to the centipede, Mukuro and Hiei. Walked though the top door, they all met. In a small room, with a table, and four chairs.

Mukuro knew, as well as Yomi did. That there was some trust, between the three kings. Yomi was indeed, a very resourceful demon. That could help her; she sat down in the seat, while Hiei followed beside her. Yomi sat strait across from Mukuro, and Shura sat across from Hiei. Shura had grown, he now looked to be in his early teens, and his hair was longer. He was a bit more behaved.

"Mukuro," Yomi spoke coolly, as he looked at her. "Will you put my mind to rest, and tell me the truth behind all these rumors?" He as all the other demons. Kept their hands, on the table. "Yes," She responded. “But, I would like to hear, the source of your knowledge." "Fair enough, Shura and I. Were traveling, though a small demon clan. And over heard, of your assassination, Most of the demons, believe you are dead." He said with a pleased smirk

"Then,they are fools." She said, with and equally pleased smirk. “The man used poison, of the human world. He had some how welded it to his blade, cought me alone. His stealth, his speed were grate. I was however, able to distract him, enough to miss my heart. And hit my right side," she said leaving out the details.

"It saddens me, to know that you could be so weak." Yomi said, As Hiei, attempted to get out of his seat. "Stay in your seat Hiei, he may still be Valuable." He heard, in his head. As he sat back, glaring at The Blind demon. "I thank you, for your unneeded pity. And surely, you came here, more than to insult me." She said, as he Tone toughened. “I believe, your trip to Enki's fortress, is a waist of time." "What gives you this idea?" She raised a brow, to the demon.

"The Demon, had gone on a rampage. It had no remorse, for anything. It was looking for a Man. A grate Slave trader," the blind demon informed them " I do believe, The name was Chikou," Shura. Cut in to the conversation. Mukuro and Hiei's, blood pressure dropped. As there eyes widend, Shura became interested the reactions. So did his father, not even having to see, there excretions. "And I'm guessing, by your reactions. That he found what he wanted, or at least came closer to his search."

"What more,do you know of this man!" Mukuro stood up in her seat. Shura, standing up as well. Yomi, still seated back in his chair. "So, I'm more value, to you then you thought." Yomi answered, "Frist answer a question for me" He smiled him now knew he had the upper hand in the conversation, and was now happy that he kept a life in the outside world. And did not stay, in his fortress all day.

She sat back down, ignoring Shura standing up. She knew by now, he was close, to becoming. An S-class Demon, witch was good for a child of 14. Just the sound, of Chikou name angered her. And was some one really after him, he was techenally never really dead. So could some one have tracked him to the region of Mukuro's, and killed the small villages by to see if he was kept there. He was a grate slave trader, but when it came to strength, he was as week as a toddler.

Her mind was in deep thought. As she continued to ponder, who could be after Chikou, she was his only relative. The others, had disowned him or dissapred. She continued to run though the names, of the people while she was in the palace.

Hiei, was shocked that the someone was after Chikou. He was pretty sure he had killed everyone in the place. Before coming after chukio," I should have, started it on fire. The became almost black, “Chikou is a relative, of mine." She said swiftly.” Now answer me, what is the name of the man, seeking Chikou?" She said in a sharp voice. "My Mukuro, you are losing your tempter quickly, with these questions I’m asking you. Just one more thing, I would like to know." Yomi asked coolly it seemed he was getting satiation from her emotions. “Now this engery, he said to him self. Is the Mukuro I know.”

"I am, the child of Chikou." Mukuro said, as she looked at him. This seemed to shock Yomi. “Well this is a surprise, and yet Mukuro. You are always full of surprises, You have given me, the information I seek, and I shall tell you the information you seek." Yomi sensed the calming, Mukuro's rage, him he could feel, that the small Jaganshi, was the cause of it. His Youki, had been able to calm hers. "Her mate," he thought silently.

"The mans name was Katsurou, I do believe, he was one of the head guards of your Father's palace. Dose his name, sound fermiler you at all?" "Yes," Mukuro nodded. ”He is a very powerful man; he fought most of his battles.” She slipped into deep thought, but was intrupted. when she felt the motion, of the centpide stop" And a voice over the mic spoke. “My lady, we have arrived, to Lord Enki’s Fortress. We are at the doors, and his men are assembling now "

Mukuro, and the men stood out of there seats. As they began to walk to the door Yomi spoke “I shall come with you, I was once a ruler of demon world and I may be of more assistance." Mukuro nodded “I am not the one to order you around we are in Enki's Fortress and he will make the desion.He and Shura stepped to the side as they allowed couple in front of them.”Father, what is our purpose here?" Shura asked, Yomi smiled. "We are aiding a demon in need son; a grate fighter always has allies to back him up. And one day, if we are to need as stance. We can feel secure, that Mukuro will come."

Shura, didn't always understand, what his father did. But he had not leaded him wrong yet, he was also curious, of what was to happen. They followed out behind Mukuro He had a vast Fortress men were lined up at the doors of the centipede as they bowed to the adviser of Maki. They were all surprised to see Yomi and his son walk out of the vocal moments later. Mukuro with Hiei at her side. They walked up to an Enki the man had just walked out of his fortress he spotted Mukuro and smiled “I am glad that your travel to my fortress was safe. He chuckled as he looked at her even in the times of war Enki kept up his spirit.

"I am happy to see that you in good health as well, Mukuro stepped up and bowed to the man before her. Hiei was shocked at frist, to see Mukuro bowing to another. But he quickly bowed; he was not the one for bowing. But he knew if he didn't, he would look like a fool. Mukuro would kill him later for sure. "Mukuro!" Enki said, he had a loud voice that carried for miles."There is no need to bow to me, he said as he looked. I may rule Maki for now, but you are wise and I look to you for knowledge. So I wish for you not to bow to me anymore! "Dose that mean the same thing for me?" Hiei thought to him self.

Yomi and Shura exited as they heard Enki's voice and began to walk down the ramp to the people. "How could a fool like him become Ruler of demon world" He asked Yomi who answered "He is a very strong demon when he is needed. He is old Ali of Rizens, Are you understanding my theory son. The more allies you have the more resources and strength you have." Shura nodded "Father, isn't Hiei the second in command of Mukruo's fortress?" Yomi nodded. "Why is he accompanying her instead of taking command" Shura asked. "They are mates" Shura eyes widen "there mates?!" He said in a gasp.” Who would want to mate with that horrendous creature." he gave a funny look "Beauty is only skin deep"

Enki looked up to see more arrivals he was only expecting her but wasn't to surprised when Hiei appeared. He had figured he would. He had a feeling that he was part of her calmness. And had prepared a lager room, for them both. He noticed that it was not only Hiei, Yomi and his Son had arrived as well. He smiled as he looked to the smaller demon. "Is there anyone else in that centipede of your?" "Not that I’m aware of, Yomi and his son came at there own wills. Yomi and I believe we can aid you in fixing the problem in Demon world." she said her arms crossed against her chest as she watched the two men walk up the path both of them bowing to him as well.

"Yomi, What a suprise and I am Honored that you have came to help us. You help is well appreciated. And Shura The son of Yomi. You have grown quite a bit both in Power and in physical. Shura nodded as he continued to look away. His men had disapred as he they went back to there patrols. “You will have to pardon me; I was only expecting one at the most two." He looked to Mukuro, and Hiei. I have only prepared one room. But I will send for another one to be prepared." He said as he called for a maid “There will be two rooms ready," Mukuro snapped. “I will not share my chambers, with a male. I am not mated to any of these men, and I am offended. That you would think, so low of me Enki"

Enki, and everyone in the area. Were stunted, at Mukruo's out burst. Enki alone was a little embarrest."I apologize greatly, for my miss understanding. I will have the maids; show you to your room. While the gentlemen and I wait, for there rooms to be ready." "Or maybe, I was Incorrect." Yomi commented, quietly to his offspring. Hiei at frist was also a little frustrated on the miss judgment. And thought of Enki as a fool. To think of them as a couple, have the rumors around demon world, really spoiled him.

"Hn," He thought to him self. As he watched on of the maids, take Mukruo's belongings. And escort her to her room, he watched her as well as he could. From the angel he was at, to see where her room was located. He planed, on spending the night, there anyways.


"This is strange, Enki thought to him self. I could have sworn that they were mates. Who would be foolish, to leave there fortress. When it is the beginning, of mateing season. Ones, who are not mated, are the weakest of all. Though Mukuro is a Grate fighter, and wisdom beyond years. But failed at her knowledge of breeding. He sighed." I'll have to keep her busy here in my fortress until this is over with, or she found a mate.

Several moments later, Enki's maid came back. We have prepared the rooms my lord. She bowed to him and he nodded. Men, my maids will be showed you to your rooms. My fortress is quite easy to find your way around. And be prepared with in the hour we will have are dinner meal. We have much to discuss. Yomi nodded as him and Shura followed the woman.

Hiei was taken by a nether maid. To his chambers, he kept his smirk hidden. As he was sure of where Mukuro was, that sent of hers was uneatable. He looked to his room as it was a good sized room not as large as his room in Mukuro's fortress but a good size it had a bed table and a good sized window. He was pleased with the window. He found them very handy. He made him self comfortable as he waited out the hour. He knew trying to talk to Mukuro after her outburst would only upset her so he decided to wait.

Mukuro's room was rather large. was that it was mint for two people there was a lager bed with two tables at the side and two dressers to put the belongings in. she sighed. "How dare he" She thought to her self as she sat her bag on the dresser and decide to wait for a later time to unpack it only had a set of clothing. Medicine kit Kurama gave her and other items that would talk moments to unpack.


Her Youki had been drained, it was tiresome. To attempt to keep it hidden, from the males. She was good at it, from all the years as a king. The stress of the attack, and this mateing season. Her tired, she decide, she should nap. When, there was a knocking on the door. “Who is it?" She asked. As the maid, peeked her head in. “Dinner, will be served in an hour." Mukuro, nodded as she closed the door.

Yomi and Shura's room was a bit larger then Hiei's. It had tow spare beds, and two tables and two dressers. The all came, with a good sized bathroom. "Shura," Yomi said as he picked out of his bag on his back an outfit. “I will be showering; we must not look like we have been training for days. After I am done I exact you to do the same. "Yes father, he said as he sat on the bed. Yomi stepped into the bathroom. Leaving Shura; alone.
