Scene 9
So sorry I haven't updated in such a long time. Issues came up and it just couldn't be helped. As always, I hope I haven't lost any of the few loyals I have. I can't really afford to lose any of you! I'm not seeing as much interest/reviewing for this story. Is it dragging on too long? It really can't be helped, cause that's just the way my stories go sometimes. But hey, the group is trekking all the way across Demon World and tackling a lot of issues as they go. There will be times of "lull" as well as a few other things thrown in like angst, action, and probably a bit more gore. Trust me. Please let me know if you're still interested in this story. If not I can just send Shura over to blow everyone up and put this story out of its misery, lol.

Scene 9 ------------------------------------------- Very Late That Night
* Youda, in a dark hooded cloak, approaches the outer guard post in front of the Laboratory building. He silently sneaks up beside the doorway. When he peeks in he smirks when he finds both guards laying beside each other against a wall looking to be fast asleep. Youda continues on into the building until he comes up onto one of the lower-ranked scientists laying face down in the middle of the hallway. The smell of blood draws him closer to the prone form. As he gets closer he realizes that the doctor's throat has been severely severed. Youda raises his eyes to look toward the incubation room. He now sees that the thick security door looks to have been blown open by a huge blast. A spike of apprehension jolts through the short, elderly demon as he hurries to the room. When he waves the lights on he is startled to find the incubation chamber smashed open, the green ooze splattered all over the room. Some of the wires that were attached to the boy are still sizzling so Youda knows that all this destruction was fairly recent. After witnessing what had happened to that dead doctor in the hall, Youda decides that he'd rather not be in this area for very much longer and hurries back out. As he leaves the building he decides that he needs to check those guards. He soon discovers that neither are sleeping as he supposed. When he flicks the lights on in the sentry room he finds that both have not been physically harmed in any manner that he can see. He scratches his head a couple moments until he remembers the power that the boy's Father possesses with the jagan.
Youda- Oh d---.. If that thing has a natural jagan.. I must notify Mukakai..
* Youda quickly flicks the lights back out and hurries away from the post. He'd love to contact Shura to tell the brat of this development, just to see the look on the boy's face. But right now he has someone more important to worry about.

Anywho, I have a question. My brain has been up to its old tricks again. I'm working on another story in my free time. Does this excite you? Bore you? Intrigue you? lol. No, that's not the question. My question is this. What category do I put a story in that is shaping up to be very much Rated M+ (in my humble opinion), but contains both het and yaoi in just about equal amounts so far, as well as Preg and MPreg? Leave a review about my story so far and let me know where I should put the new story when I'm ready to submit it.
