Chapter 9

Adrean/Rose P.O.V

I closed and locked my door and stared at my brother long thought dead. He was tall, his black hair streaked with gold was short and brushed forward, but his eyes were the same fiery red/brown eyes that I remember seeing when I visited my father as a child. Synco was the one who taught me to use the ‘Chaotic Blade Rain’ that I love to use so dearly. I ran up throwing my arms around him trying not to cry on his shirt. I felt him hug me tightly and whisper, “I really missed you.” I pulled back and looked at him. “I understand that you couldn’t contact me, I am just glad you are alive. If you die on me again I will kill you!” I stated trying to keep a straight face watching him give me a weird look.
He suddenly burst into laugher when he realized I was joking. “You haven’t lost your twisted sense of humor.” He stated while we both sat on the bed. We talked for what seem like hours about what he has been doing and I have been doing over past decades. Then all sudden we heard a crash from outside the door.

Karry’s P.O.V

After watching everything unfolded about Adrean and Synco being brother and sister Karry sat there surprised. Yusuke saw the look that was Karry’s face, he came over and asked, “What is wrong? You look like you been punched in the stomach.” Karry looks at him and said, “I didn’t know that she had a brother. Why didn’t she tell me and why didn’t I hear it in her head?” Everyone just looked at her with a look of pity. Karry said, “I’m going for a walk to think about this but first I have to talk to Adrean about it.” With that she went up stairs and crashed into the door. Adrean opened the door to see Karry laying on the floor. She asked Karry, “What happen to you, why are you are on the floor?” Karry just looked at her like she is going to hit her. Karry said, “I need to talk to you about Synco.” Adrean said, “We will talk later I am catching up with him.” With that comment Karry stormed off. Karry went to the door and said, “Don’t follow me please.” With that she went out the door in a hurry to get away. She went to the lake to talk to her other half. She sat for like an hour when it started to get dark so she decided to go back.
When Karry got back to the mansion she told everyone that she was going to bed and went up stairs to see Adrean leaning by her door. Karry said, “I’m waiting, explain how you could keep this from me?” “Jazmine, you have to understand. Synco may only be my half brother but I loved him more that anything. I first met him long before you. He’s the one that taught me the ‘Chaotic Blade Rain.’ When I got word that he had died, it nearly killed me. I didn’t tell you that I had a brother because at the time I didn’t, he was dead. I hope that you can forgive me for not telling you.” Adrean said as tears welled up in her eyes.
Karry burst into laugher and said, “Don’t worry about it I knew you had a brother this entire time, you talk in your sleep, and you answer questions.” “Karry you such an ass you could of told me that you knew instead of making me feel guilty.” “Yeah, well you didn’t tell me when you were awake now did you. Any who I think we both thoroughly scared the rest of the team. OH, and for formal introductions I’m Jazmine, AKA Karry Hallowed. You already know Rose; her human name is Adrean Hallowed.” Synco nodded as he took in everything that Karry was telling him.
