Hiei's Harem - Pt. 3 - Returning

Scene 7 ------------- The Main Camp


* Hiei lands at the edge of the clearing that stretches out in front of the main cave. He quickly raises up to his full height and glances up toward the Lookout. He greets Troiyoku, who is positioned there, with a nod. The females are still busy creating the meal so he just moves calmly amongst them, greeting each one with deep kisses, strokes, and gropings to reassert his status. Until he comes to Staci. She glances toward him as she stirs the pot of stew. She can literally feel his eyes taking in her well-groomed appearance. Then he suddenly reaches out and gets a gentle grip on her long, golden ponytail. She closes her eyes as she bows her head. Hiei feels her tense as he leans to snuffle her silky, clean strands.


Hiei- Hn.. Much better.


* She is a bit surprised and looks toward him when he releases her.


Hiei- I haven't forgotten my promise to you.


* He turns and starts to move away.


Staci- Mistress Sarista would still appreciate the spanking you promised her.


* Hiei glances around as if suddenly realizing that his Alpha mate isn't among the pack.


Hiei- Where is she?


* Lily comes over to dump some vegetables into the stew.


Lily- She's in the cave.. Cooking food has been making her nauseous the past couple days.


* Hiei looks up at the tall, black Kitsune vixen. He immediately notices her slightly bulging belly at his level. For a couple moments the sight leaves him speechless, then he mentaly shakes himself and looks up at her.


Hiei- Uhh.. How are you?

Lily- We are fine..


* She rubs her belly affectionately.


Lily- We have missed you.


* Hiei takes a couple steps backward as he nods.


Hiei- Hn.. I'm going to go check on 'Rista.


* Lily nods and tilts her head curiously, twitching one of her fox ears, as she watches him hurry away to the cave. When he enters he finds Sarista laying on her bed in her alcove and goes over. The Fire demoness raises her head to smile at him weakly.


Sarista- Welcome back.

Hiei- Hn.. I hear you are sick.


* Sarista pushes herself upright and lays a hand on her rounded belly.


Sarista- I have a good reason to be.. The baby's starting to drain some of my energy now.. Strangely, it leaves me so thirsty..


* Hiei blinks over to the spring bucket to get her a cup of water, carefully shielding his thoughts of confusion as he knows how skilled she's become at telepathy. When he returns he moves in and kneels beside her. Showing little of her usual fiesty independence, Sarista allows him to help her sip the water. At this proximity his shielding is breeched and she tilts her head up at him.


Sarista- Stop worrying.. It's just the stage of pregnancy that I'm in.


* Hiei nods and stands away from her quickly.


Hiei- Hn.. Since you don't need me then..

Sarista- Oh stop it and get back here.


* Hiei hesitantly obeys. Sarista easily picks up on his nervousness, but remains calm. 'He's young, perhaps he's never been around a pregnant demon before'. She decides to change the subject some to see if it will put him more at ease.


Sarista- The boys tell us that you found one of 'Tara's sons.

Hiei- Hn. They told me about her coming up missing..

Sarista- Did you find her?

Hiei- Yes.. She was in the smaller cave on the Western wall.. She was in high heat.


* Sarista nods as she sips the cool water again. Then she grins softly as she looks back up at him.


Sarista- Was?


* Hiei settles into a fully seated position beside her with a deep sigh. He looks away avoiding her eyes.


Hiei- Hn.. I did what I had to.. In her weakened condition she wouldn't have survived much longer.

Sarista- D'Tara always takes her true form when she's in heat.


* Hiei nods quietly.


Sarista- She was worried that you wouldn't accept her in that form..


* Hiei lowers his eyes, then shrugs as he tries to regain his usual composure.


Hiei- She was actually better-looking.


* Sarista snorts her amusement and leans to tousle Hiei's spikes. When she leaves her hand there to begin to scritch at his scalp the sensation slowly relaxes Hiei.


Hiei- M-my instincts wouldn't let me leave her like that.. She's one of mine as.. much as all the rest of you.


* He casts a smirk toward her.


Hiei- H---, if I can handle an overbearing Fire demoness, an oversexed Kitsune, and a flighty human..

Sarista- Overbearing?


* She sets the cup aside and quickly moves to straddle his legs. Hiei leans back on his hands and meets her rubied eyes. After a moment he slowly raises his unwarded hand to her thigh.


Sarista- Is that what you think of me?

Hiei- Hn.. But I wouldn't expect you to be any other way, Fire Woman.


* Sarista smiles and lowers her mouth to his. The kiss soon becomes deep and heated until suddenly Hiei spanks her barely-concealed rear. Sarista's eyes flare as she pulls back.


Sarista- What? I made sure that human visited the waterfall everyday.

Hiei- I know.. That was a reward spank, Woman.


* Sarista emits a growly purr.


Sarista- Umm.. Please.. Reward me some more, my Alpha Stud.


* She lowers her mouth to capture his again and Hiei allows her to deepen it as much as she wants. He slowly begins to realize how much he's actually missed being here. This realization actually helps him to relax even more. Then Sarista repositions herself into a cradled position in his embrace. Hiei feels how weary she's become so he doesn't complain, although the drain that he feels on her does puzzle him again. Cautiously he looks back down at her belly and gently lays one of his hands on it. He remains puzzled as he feels the sudden connection and then the drawing sensation of his own energy flowing into her. Sarista smiles and leans against his chest with a satisfied purr.


Sarista- Hmm.. That feels soo.. good.


* His eyes open wider when he feels a jerked movement beneath his hand and Sarista giggles.


Sarista- He's missed you, too.


* Hiei stares down at her. Sarista feels his varied emotions, but she is too weary to comment. When her eyes close and Hiei is sure that she's asleep he lays her down on her furs, makes sure she's comfortable, then stands and stares down at her. Having mastered the skill of denial Hiei quickly shakes his head and goes back outside to join the others. As he sits on his rock, away from the table. His eyes examine each of the females that he's brought out of their heats. Trinka distracts him from his thoughts when she brings his bowl of stew over. She then settles down to sit beside his legs as she eats her own stew.


(#) Trinka- It's a wondrous sight, isn't it?


* Hiei remains quiet and begins to eat.


(#) Trinka- Luckily they all mostly have different carrying times.


* Hiei coughs on a swallow of his stew.


(#) Hiei- What?

(#) Trinka- Mother will carry for about four months. So she's got about three more to go. Aunt Klarice will have hers first, though.


* Hiei looks toward the Ice hybrid, forgetting about his stew.


(#) Trinka- She's only got a couple months to go at least.. She's been feeling very weak and drained.

(#) Hiei- Then maybe I should.. share my energy with her, too.

(#) Trinka- Oh that would help her a lot!


* Hiei looks down at his mute mate. He didn't actually mean for her to pick up that thought, but he was too distracted to shield it.


(#) Trinka- Aunt Lily and Silis are only about a week apart, but both will carry about five months.. I take it that you've bred Aunt 'Tara?


* Hiei blinks and looks back down at the petite demoness seated beside him.


(#) Hiei- Hn.. I had no choice. She let herself get too weak. I couldn't let her just lay in that cave and die.


* Trinka nods and glances a smile up at him.


(#) Trinka- She'll carry about five months, too.


* Hiei sets his bowl aside and raises the hand to pinch the bridge of his nose. This time he manages to shield his thought from Trinka, 'I'm going to have to end this farce..' Then another thought occurs to him and he looks back down at Trinka.


(#) Hiei- What would happen, Trinnie, if the females are.. mounted.. but don't get caught?


* Trinka tilts her head and furrows her brow.


(#) Trinka- Don't get..?

(#) Hiei- Hn.. Would they exhibit.. phantom signs of pregnancy like those?


* He motions toward the table. Trinka glances toward the others. Celestia and Lily glance toward them. Trinka looks back up at Hiei.


(#) Trinka- Once a female demon comes into heat she'll stay in heat until she's caught.. Or suffer for the remainder of the cycle..

(#) Hiei- How long is this cycle?

(#) Trinka- We come in every two years.. Our heats will last throughout the whole Spring season until we're caught.. If we're strong enougn to bear it that long.


* Hiei scowls as he looks toward the others again.


Hiei- D---, how can this be possible?!


* All the others stop whatever they're doing to look at him now. Hiei notices their gazes.


Hiei- What? Did I say something?


* Celestia chuckles a bit.


Celestia- Sarista said you were young, but surely you're not that naive.

Hiei- Stop intruding on my thoughts.

Lily- You're the one that taught us how to, Darling.


* Hiei stands, growls, and flits back into the cave to escape their giggling. Celestia and Lily exchange glances again, then continue eating.

Sometimes reality takes a while to set in, lol. Also, note that I'm falling back on my premise that demons develop quicker than Human babies. This explains why 'evidence' is showing at such shorter timespans. I also base the carrying times on the size of the bearing demon. The bigger the demon the longer the length. Believable?
