Hiei's Harem - Pt. 2 - Maintaining

Don't worry, Tachi. I'll be getting to the others soon enough. Patience is a very big key with this story. ;o) Tigerlily, you're begging makes me laugh. I've never had anyone so eager for my crap, lol. I'm going to keep updating this as often as my arthritis will allow me. :o)

Scene 7 -------------- Two Hours Later


* All of the pack has been informed by Sarista about the change taking place with their Alpha. In one way or another, most of them had been both expecting and dreading this development. Staci finally lifts her eyes to look around at the sullen gathering. She decides to break the heavy silence.


Staci- So.. What will he do to us, now?


* Sarista takes a deep breath.


Sarista- With this one I can honestly say.. I have no idea.. But if he succombs to his instincts like most maturing Alphas do.. He'll sense the greater strength in our boys and will chase them away or.. worse.

Celestia- Maybe he'll sense Silis' pregnancy and..

Sarista- I've been around too long to grasp at dreams, Cel.. He's ruled by Fire and I know firsthand what Fire Alphas are like.. They're very possessive, but they're also very prideful.

Gamaru- Then perhaps it's time for Troi to stop his procrastinating..

Troiyoku- Gam!


* Gamaru glares at Troiyoku.


Gamaru- It's either you or me! Silis can't fight right now..

Troiyoku- So we happen to beat him, then what? We mark our own Mother? Kill the new babies that she and Aunt Klarice are carrying? Silis' baby?

Hiei- Touch my children and I will throttle you myself!


* The two brothers leap to their feet and spin to face Hiei. The Koorime had slipped in silently behind them after he had been observing his pack for several minutes. Hiei keeps his posture relaxed, but alert. His jagan begins to glow softly beneath the ward. When he starts to move forward Gamaru watches Troiyoku back away. The younger brother growls at him.


Gamaru- If we don't stop him he'll kill Mother himself, Troi!


* Hiei stops and glances toward Sarista. He feels all of the apprehension swirling from each of his females, but forces himself to ignore it. He turns to face the brothers, deciding to deal with them first.


Hiei- I have no intention of killing anyone.. But I will beat you into hibernation if the two of you don't settle down.


* Gamaru looks back down at Hiei, thrown a little off balance by his calm yet firm words. Hiei meets his eyes.


Hiei- Go sit down.


* Troiyoku raises his eyes, studies his short Alpha a moment, then decides to go with his gut feelings and obeys. Gamaru crosses his arms stubbornly until Hiei flares out a portion of his dominant aura. Gamaru staggers backward some, but remains tense. Hiei growls quietly and raises his aura to full strength. Finally Gamaru stumbles backward and sinks to one knee.


Hiei- Don't forget the training I've given you concerning that temper of yours, Gamaru.. I'm not in the mood to tolerate it much longer right now.


* The larger boy looks back up at Hiei, clearly surprised. The Koorime smirks despite his aggitation then turns to start toward the others. Some of the females cower as he begins to make his way amongst them, his jagan silently scanning their thoughts.


Hiei- So I see Sarista has broken the bad news to you..


* Celestia looks up at Hiei when he pauses beside her and Silis. After meeting her eyes a moment, Hiei leans to take in Silis' scent. The jagan flares brightly a moment, then fades back to the softer glow. Celestia tilts her head as she watches. Hiei gives a slight nod then turns to continue moving.


Hiei- To some degree her words are true.. I have become a little more aware of my.. position..


* Hiei pauses behind Lily when he catches her scent. It is slightly different than he remembers it was. He is drawn closer to snuffle against one of her foxy, black ears with a low growly purr.


Hiei- Your scent.. has me thinking about some nice.. positions.. for you..


* The black Kitsune vixen turns her head to glance up at him, recognizing his flirty authority. She allows him to capture her lips and he deepens the kiss roughly for a couple moments until his jagan blinks. Hiei catches himself and works away from her to straighten up. First things first. He places his unwarded hand on her head.


Hiei- (Quietly) We'll discuss this further when I'm done here, Fox.


* Hiei continues making his way through the pack.


Hiei- I will admit, I did nearly become swallowed up by these.. instincts..


* He pauses behind Sarista to stroke her soft, rounded flame of ebony hair.


Hiei- You felt my struggle increase and that's why you came to me.. Correct?


* Sarista slowly nods.


Hiei- Don't be ashamed that your senses are growing stronger, Woman.. My civilized brain is pleased with this.


* Sarista looks up at him over her shoulder, confusion obvious in her eyes.


Hiei- There's something about me that all of you need to understand.. You know I possess this third eye, my jagan.. But you still don't grasp the full potential that it has.. I've used it's power to.. balance myself.

Sarista- Wh-What?


* Hiei chuckles. He moves from behind her to a position where he can face them all. He taps his forehead near the softly glowing jagan.


Hiei- Simply put, I will be able to draw on my newly developing instincts anytime I need to.


* He glances around and moves next to stand in front of Staci.


Hiei- But I'm using my jagan to help.. temper them.. Control them, if you will.


* Staci looks up at him smiling. Of course this human girl would exhibit the emotion of hope quicker.


Staci- Then you won't be like Gamock?

Hiei- No.

Celestia- Is this.. some kind of.. trick?


* Hiei turns to look toward the Wolf hybrid.


Hiei- No.


* Celestia tilts her head thoughtfully as Hiei moves over closer to her. Through the bond Hiei can hear the thought whirring trough her mind and he lifts a hand to caress her cheek. The gentle action surprising even himself.


Hiei- Say what you're thinking, Celestia.

Celestia- Is.. is it your.. strong classing that.. allows this?

Hiei- Hn. To an extent.. but the strength of my jagan helps..

Klarice- I've never had a Master of your class before.

Sarista- Nor have I.


* Celestia swallows, relief slowly seeping into her posture.


Celestia- Th-then you're.. you're not going to.. kill my son? Or chase him away?

Hiei- No. I'm not going to be chasing anyone away.


* Now Silis physically relaxes. Troiyoku and Gamaru look at each other. Hiei's eyes turn to fall briefly on D'Tara, who is just observing everything quietly. Then he turns to look toward the brothers again.


Hiei- But I will give you another lesson about who's in charge here if you force me to do so,.. Gamaru.


* Gamaru lifts his eyes to meet Hiei's.


Gamaru- I reacted out of.. my own instincts.. I'm afraid I don't have the aid of your level or that.. eye.. thingy..


* Hiei calmly goes over to stand before them. Troiyoku drops his eyes and takes a bowed position quickly, showing his intentions clearly. Gamaru glances toward Troi, then keeps his eyes lowered, but refuses to bow any further. Hiei reaches out to place a hand on his head with a chuckle.


Hiei- You're a strong, proud male.. I know that you have come to respect me.. I won't ever require any of you to grovel to me.. As Troyo is currently demonstrating.


* Troiyoku jerks upright, blushing. Hiei smirks and cuffs the older brother gently.


Hiei- Baka.. Loyalty and respect are all I require.. I won't hold this position out of fear.. It irritates me when those I consider family fears me.

Silis- And what of our baby?


* Hiei turns to face the others again.


Hiei- I told you. I won't sell my own children!

Sarista- Then you'll claim them for yourself, too?


* Hiei moans and pinches the bridge of his nose a moment.


Hiei- No.. I have thought about this though.. I have decided that when my children come of age I'll bring others into the pack to be their mates.. I just haven't worked out everything, yet..


* Hiei gets a flash of an idea and looks toward Sarista.


Hiei- You, Alpha Woman, have helped me with other things, perhaps you will help me figure that out, as well.


* Sarista nods slowly, but uncertainly.


Hiei- Any other arguments?


* A complete silence falls over the group. Hiei begins to move through them again.


Hiei- Those of you, who are here now.. will be my core pack.. Where I will go from here, I have no clue, but something inside tells me that my clan must grow, will grow..


* Sarista and Celestia exchange glances.


Hiei- Right now, my main concern seems to be about when the rest of you come into your heats..


* He finds himself once more halted behind Lily. Her manner is much more relaxed and knowing when she look back up at him again.


Hiei- I will follow my instincts, I suppose..


* Lily fluidly turns to raise up onto her knees facing him. Hiei's jagan brightens as he lifts a hand to tangle his fingers in a handful of her silky black hair.


Hiei- But there will be.. no abuse.. No unnecessary.. force.


* The Kitsune twitches her nose mischieviously.


Lily- What about.. necessary.. force?


* Hiei gives that same growly purr and quickly draws her mouth to his again. The pack watches them become totally engrossed with each other. When Lily's hands slip down through his cloak, opening it, Hiei moans his approval. Sarista glances around at the others, then stands.


Sarista- Well, I guess that's all he has to say to us for now.


* Hiei grunts and works away from Lily to glance toward them. This gives the Kitsune the opportunity to begin working her way down his throat to his chest.


Hiei- Ga-Gam-aru,.. you have the.. watch tonight.. Tomorrow I'll need to.. leave for a few days..


* The scattering group all turns to look back at him quickly. Hiei moans then pulls Lily's head back so he can concentrate on what he has to say. He glances down at her.


Hiei- Hold that thought, Fox.


* He looks back toward the others.


Hiei- I can feel Mukuro's fortress coming.. I'll need to go check in with her.. We've already discussed this, 'Rista.. By morning I'll have caught my Kitsune..

Lily- You think so?


* Hiei sneers down at her.


Hiei- Oh h--- yeah.. I'll get whoever's next when I return.

Sarista- Then you best get busy with her before she loses her restraint.. We'll discuss this further later, Master.


* Hiei glances a nod toward Sarista then turns his full attentions back toward Lily. He leans to continue kissing her deeply. It isn't long until she sinks backward, pulling him along with her to cover her. Hiei's aura, that had softened, flares back to life, but Lily gives no complaint. Their initial coupling is hard, fast, and primal. Exactly the way Hiei senses that Lily wants it to be. When he finally reaches his first completion and they both settle some he notices that all three of the boys had stayed where they were to watch. Hiei raises up onto his elbows to look toward them as Lily heaves and trembles beneath him.


Hiei- keep watching.. You might.. learn something new.


* The three younger males relax and exchange amused glances as Hiei lowers his mouth to continue exploring Liliy's breasts. Troi notices that Gamaru's eyes meet Silis' in an unmistakable manner. Before he can elbow his brother Hiei lifts his head with a growl.


Hiei- Just don't forget your place!


* When they all nod quickly Hiei relaxes and gives his complete attention back to the eager Kitsune beneath him.
