Chapter 7


Karry said, “At least I didn’t put fire-fuck into heat!” Adrean kicks Karry under the table and said, “It not my fault that he said that stuff.” With that comment Hiei glared at them. After dinner Adrean and Boton went to create her room, while Karry went for a walk to clear her mind. The room was large with deep crimson red walls with blue dragons, the roof was black with white spots making it look like the sky, and the floor was dark brown wood. Her bed was large canopy that was deep crimson curtains, with black velvet covers and red silk pillows. There was one large window seat.
Kurama followed Karry when he found her sitting by the lake talking to her water demon self trying to figure out why she loves Kurama so much. She was talking in an other language that he couldn’t understand. She asked her other half if it has any idea why. Her other half said, “Maybe it is the fox demon in you.” Karry said, “Why does everyone keep telling me that, and why do I love him so much and he doesn’t even like me!” After awhile of sitting there and talking to her other half, Karry decided to go back because it is getting late. Kurama just stared at her and wondered to him self, “Why does she seem so familiar to me?”
Karry gets up and start heading back to mansion and when she gets back everyone is getting ready to go to bed. Next day at breakfast Kurama kept starring at Karry and after she was done she headed back up to her room when he stopped her and asked her, “What is wrong with you today?” Karry put her head down and said, “You hurt my feelings and I don’t want to look at you because it hurts too much!” Kurama just stared at her and said, “I am sorry but I need time to think before I say something that might hurt you more.”
Karry went to her room and started to cry when Adrean comes in and asked, “What is wrong?” Karry said, “I am done waiting for him to come around after this morning.” Adrean asked, “What are you going to do?” Karry said, “Maybe go after someone like Yusuke since him and Keiko are not together anymore!” Adrean looked surprise by that comment.
Koenma appeared in the living room in his teenage form and called everyone to talk about something. After everyone was in the room he said, “There is a tournament coming up in a couple months, and we are to be in it. So everyone needs to start training now.” With that he left and everyone starts to talk about the tournament and agree they need to train.
Karry and Adrean telepathically talks and Karry said, “Do we need to train because I don’t want to with Kurama.” Adrean said, “We have to because Koenma said we have to do!” with that comment everyone starts to head to the training ground. Yusuke said, “Well we get to finally see what you two are made of.” Looking at Karry and Adrean who just laughed. Karry said in between laughs, “So who am I going to fight first?” Kurama said, “Me so lets prepare ok.” Karry said, “Fine lets go then.” They get ready to fight. Karry takes off her amulet and transform into Jazmine for the fight. During the fight Jazmine gets emotional and starts to cry and looked at Kurama and charges at him, cutting him really bad. Jazmine said after that, “Now show your demon form Shuichi, I want a real battle.” With that Kurama transform into Yoko Kurama and Adrean yelled, “I told you he felt familiar!” The real battle starts between them. During the battle Yoko asked, “Why do you do hate my human form Shuichi?” Jazmine said, “Who said I hated him?” Yoko replied, “I think my other half is afraid to admit it but he likes you!” after that Jazmine knock down Yoko and pinned him to the ground and won the match. “Next is Adrean and Hiei.” Jazmine said while getting up to put on her amulet. Kurama turned back too and walked away without looking at Karry. While he walked away he looked like he was yelling at him self.
Adrean and Hiei walked to the middle of field silently; tension was so thick it could be cut with a sword. Hiei drew his katana while Adrean not bothering to remove her amulet, reached into her hair removed two black roses, grinning evilly Adrean transform the roses into large swords. The battle seemed to rage for hours when Karry yelled, “Just stop playing with him and get it over with!” Adrean replied, “Fine ruin my fun why don’t you!” As she leaped far from Hiei. Her stance change dramatically causing Karry to yell, “Take cover, that bitch is crazy!” “Chaotic Blade Rain” Adrean yelled as she tossed her swords into the sky. Suddenly it seemed as if thousand of swords rained upon the field, completely missing her. The next thing Hiei knew he woke up in the infirmary covered in bandages. Adrean sat on the bed watching him trying not to laugh. “What are you laughing at baka onna?” Hiei yelled as he was trying to get out bed. “Don’t call me a stupid bitch!” Adrean yelled as she pushed Hiei back into bed. Shaking her finger at him saying, “Nurse said you can’t get up until she checks you out.” Hiei tried to get up again only to be shoved back down.
Hiei glared at Kuwabaka who was laughing at him as everyone waited in Koenma’s office. Adrean smacked Kuwabaka for laughing at Hiei and stated, “You would have been taken out by that attack too if not sooner.” Everyone started to laugh at that comment. Karry said, “That’s true, she’s stronger then you by far.” Adrean just stared at Hiei who looked like he was angry with her.
