Hiei's Harem - Pt. 4 - Recovering

Scene 6 ------------- Two Days Later


* Hiei is relaxing in the large vine hammock that Lily had created. As it swings gently he watches over the others in his pack going about their various activities. He keeps his hand laying on her belly as she naps beside him. He glances down at the Wolf hybrid, smirking at the pleasant memory of how he'd worn her out in this hammock not long ago. He looks back up when Klarice brings him a cup of spring water. Hiei has learned that these offerings most usually are preludes to get their own 'feeding' sessions. Hiei locks his red eyes to her icy grey ones as he sips the water. When he hands the empty cup back to her she passes it on to Trinka who is nearby. He sits up on the hammock as gently as he can and pulls Klarice up closer to him until she's positioned between his thighs. As he leans up to brush her lips Klarice blushes, but submits to him quietly. Every sweep of her tongue meeting his draws him more and more into her seduction. as a side thought, it amazes the Koorime at how fast he's becoming accustomed to sharing their affections. His exploration just begins to become more bold when he feels the familiar presence that appears off to one side suddenly. At first Hiei ignores it to continue his attention of the Ice hybrid in his arms. But then the others spot Koenma and a couple of the females shriek. The younger males creep forward They recognize the Prince but still place themselves between the Teen and their Master. Hiei moans quietly as he pulls back away from Klarice to meet her eyes.


Hiei- It's a good thing that most demons have no sense of modesty.


* His words puzzle Klarice until Hiei looks toward Koenma. When she sees the 'intruder' she gasps shrilly.


Hiei- Shh. Easy, girl.

Klarice- That's him..?

Hiei- Hn.


* Koenma decides to move back some away from the subordinate males when they are joined by the other unoccupied females. Hiei rolls his eyes.


Hiei- Don't you all remember what I told you about this guy?

Lily- I don't care if he is a god.. We won't let him take you away from us.


* Staci moves back to stand beside Hiei nervously.


Staci- This is all because of me..


* Koenma raises one of his hands slowly.


Koenma- Everyone calm down.. Hiei, I've made my decision.


* Hiei closes his cloak and works Klarice aside gently.


Hiei- Hold that thought, 'Rice.. Everyone into the cave..


* Sarista turns to look at him.


Hiei- No arguments.. Go.. I told you to let me deal with him.


* Sarista glances around. When she sighs and motions all of the pack, except for Celestia, start toward the cave.


Koenma- You.. Staci.. Please stay also.


* Staci quickly returns to Hiei's side. The apparition snarls low in his throat as he locks his eyes on Koenma. The Prince remains calm, knowing that he must tread lightly with what he's about to say.


Koenma- Relax, Hiei.. Hear me out.. You asked me to trust you. Now, I'm asking you to trust me and listen..

Hiei- If you mean her harm..

Koenma- No, I..


* He becomes temporarily distracted as he watches the vines hide the cave entrance.

Koenma- A.. Kitsune?

Hiei- Hn. My black Kitsune vixen Lily.


* Koenma shakes himself and looks back at Hiei.


Koenma- I pose no threat to any of your pack, Hiei.


* Hiei relaxes some and pulls Staci over to the same position he had Klarice in, only with her back against his chest. He places his arms around her, exhibiting his instinctual possessiveness. Koenma, having brushed up on these old customs over the past couple days, dips his head respectfully and sinks to sit down in front of Hiei.


Koenma- Over the past couple days I scoured every record I could find concerning missing human girls from the past year..

Hiei- I told you..

Koenma- Listen, please.


* Hiei falls silent.


Koenma- The practice of human-snatching has only been outlawed since King Enki has come into power.. Not surprisingly, there weren't many cases to review.. Actually, there were no sixteen to seventeen year-old blonde females..

Staci- I was only..

Koenma- Are you going to make this difficult?


* Hiei moves his mouth to nuzzle against one of Staci's ears to quiet her.


Koenma- Now, since I have no record of such a crime, I took a closer look at Enki's rulebook.. He does, indeed, have a law set up that states that no action could be taken concerning humans who were brought here by any means before he won that Tournament.. So obviously, with no record I can't truly be expected to come to any decision to punish you for an undetermined crime.. And certainly not for one that you, personally, didn't commit, Hiei.


* Koenma sees that all of his words have left Staci puzzled.


Koenma- Relax, Staci.. I'm not going to punish Hiei.. I do, however, need to ask you something, Staci.


* She lifts her blue eyes toward Koenma. Hiei feels her tense some in his arms.


Koenma- I have come across an ancient spell that can free you from your bond, but only you since you're a human.. If you want I can use it to sever your bond to Hiei.. Then, I will help you to return back to Human World unharmed.


* Hiei's jaw tightens, but he gently eases Staci forward out of his grasp. She turns to glance toward him a moment.


Staci- R-returned?

Koenma- I know of a shrine where you could stay safely.


* Hiei, knowing where Koenma means, temporarily becomes distracted on memories of that shrine.


Koenma- From there you will be free to assimulate yourself back into a normal existance.. Without me having to wipe all your memories away..


* Hiei re-focuses on the Prince seated before him.


Staci- W-would Master Hiei be allowed to..?

Koenma- No. Unfortunately, I would have to place that stipulation in affect in order to help you break away from everything you've endured here.


* Staci lowers her eyes. To both their astonishment, it isn't long before she shakes her head. She moves back against Hiei once more.


Staci- No.

Koenma- You should think this over carefully..


* Koenma takes a certificate out of his chest pocket.


Koenma- Staci Donata Michiyu.


* Staci's eyes widen as she looks at Koenma.


Koenma- This is your birth certificate.. I was able to locate it, using the various clues that Hiei shared with me.. If you choose to stay here I'll have to terminate this.. Thus erasing any record of your prior human existance..


* Hiei looks toward Koenma again.


Hiei- Does she still have.. family there?


* Koenma takes a deep breath. He had been prepared for this question, but he had expected it to come from Staci.


Koenma- Her mother succombed to her depression that was caused by the disappearance of her only child a couple years later.. Both pairs of grandparents are deceased..

Staci- And.. Papa?


* Koenma lowers his eyes.


Koenma- He became a drunk and was killed in a car wreck not long after the passing of your mother.


* Staci lowers her eyes again. Hiei begins to nuzzle her ear, trying to comfort her. Staci shakes her head again.


Staci- I will stay here.


* She turns her face to meet Hiei's eyes.


Staci- Master,..

Hiei- This is your decision, Staci.. I want you to be sure.. If you decide to stay here you will be.. here for the rest of your life.


* She studies Hiei intensely a couple moments.


Staci- D-do you.. want to keep me?

Hiei- If you stay, you already..


* She raises a finger to quiet him.


Staci- Do you want me to stay?


* Hiei looks deeply into her eyes. His rational brain momentarily lets him know that this is his chance to be rid of her. But then his possessive instincts kick back in more stronger than before.


Hiei- Hn.. You are mine.


* He claims her lips with a quiet growl. Koenma raises a hand to rub the back of his neck, feeling the Alpha's aura spike. Staci allows the kiss a moment, then works away to glance toward Koenma.


Staci- Destroy it.

Koenma- You're positive?

Hiei- You got fluffy pink clouds in your ears, Princey?


* Staci nods firmly. With merely a half glance from Hiei the certificate flashes into flames. Koenma yelps and tosses the burning sheet away. Koenma then sucks the tips of his fingers a moment as he watches the Koorime continue kissing Staci.


Koenma- Honestly, I never thought I'd see it..


* Hiei pulls away from Staci, partially because he remembers his promise to her. He smirks toward Koenma.


Hiei- I have an agreement with Whitey, here, that I won't force myself on her.. You can, however, watch me with any of the others.. You might learn something.


* koenma smirks slightly around his pacifier. He'd love to tell the Koorime that he's had his personal video log recording Hiei's every move since they last talked. That he's seen every encounter he's had with his new pack.

Koenma- I mean you.. accepting a human.. as a mate.


* Hiei's smirk quickly changes into a scowl.


Hiei- I've told you.. I didn't ask for this position.. But it has fallen to me and I won't fail to do what's required!


* The moment this statement leaves his lips he lowers his eyes. Koenma's empathic abilities pick up on the Koorime's sudden mood shift. He also understands the reason and makes a mental note to check into the situation deeper.. when he can find the time.


Koenma- Your instincts seem to be sharpening.. The longer you hold this position the stronger they'll become.


Hiei- Feh! Now you sound like my Alpha mate! Silly godling.

Koenma- This might actually be good for you, Hiei.. You need some love in your life.

Hiei- Love has nothing to do with this.. I'm a demon, remember? This is just.. pure lust.


* Hiei glances toward his hand when he feels Staci tense beneath his touch. Without his knowledge, much, Hiei's hand has worked up inside her dress and is currently cupping one of her breasts firmly.


Koenma- Hiei,.. you do know that.. any child you produce with her will be half human..


* Hiei glares toward the Teen.


Hiei- No s---, Sherlock..


* Koenma yelps.


Koenma- Oh, yeah! Speaking of Yusuke.. What do you propose I tell him? What about Yukina and..?


* Hiei gently nudges Staci aside, but growls toward Koenma.


Hiei- You can f---ing tell them whatever..!

Koenma- I can't tell them about this! Hiei, Yusuke's already planning to come looking for you.


* When Hiei flares out his aura Staci moves further away. Troiyoku and Minoro come back out of the cave to watch alertly. Celestia stirs awake behind Hiei.


Hiei- Any other male that enters this ravine will be dealt with!


* Koenma stands slowly and moves backward a few feet as calmly as he can.


Koenma- I'll do what I can to keep them away, but..

Hiei- If you value their lives you will succeed.


* Koenma sighs and waits for Hiei to regain his control. When he does Koenma tosses Hiei one of his watch-like communicators. The apparition's quick reflexes catches it easily.


Koenma- You let me know if you need anything.

Hiei- I have few needs here.. My pack takes very good care of me.


* Hiei relaxes back to embrace Celestia again.


Koenma- If this.. separation from Yusuke and the others is what you really want.. I'll honor that, because I understand.. But in a couple months or so their babies are going to start arriving..


* Hiei snorts sarcastically as he works away from Celestia's lips to look at Koenma.


Hiei- Yeah, right.. Maybe I'll raise up my own army and win my own territory.


* Troi and Minoro half glance at each other.


Koenma- You're still my friend, Hiei.. I've decided to stick my neck out like this. I'm doing it because I do remember all those times you helped the guys save the worlds.


* Hiei gives a slight nod, then turns his attention back to Celestia.


Koenma- But Yusuke and Kurama think very much of you, too..


* Hiei groans and looks back toward the godling.


Hiei- Don't you ever know when to make a decent exit?

Koenma- You also need to know that Yukina has been very upset.. She longs to apologize to you for her actions..

Hiei- She has nothing to apologize for.. I deserved to be shunned by her.. Tell them all to move on with their lives and forget about me.. Now, if you're going to stay and watch..


* He turns back to Celestia again. The Wolf hybrid has raised up onto one elbow to study the stranger.


Hiei- Then sit down.. and shut up.

Koenma- Nah. I need to get back.. Just keep that if you need me.


* Koenma half turns away to open his portal.


Koenma- I've got plenty of tape to watch on my free time, already.

Hiei- D---.


* Koenma quirks an eyebrow. He's unsure if the curse is directed toward him or because Celestia has lowered her mouth to begin exploring his now-bared chest. The Prince decides to leave and not really find out. Hiei moves a hand to tangle it in Celestia's abundent mane.


Hiei- Uhhmm.. Did you rest well?

Celestia- Hn.. Very good, Master.


* When Celestia reclaims his lips Staci watches them a moment, then turns to head toward the cave.
