Sorry, this chapter is short. It's tying all those loose ends together before it heats up! Only three more chapters.

Day after day Kuwabara found himself steadily growing worse. He hadn’t slept, he was scared to because every time he did he dreamed of him. He loved the demon, yes, but he had never before suffered to this extent.
He was in his mind every moment of every day, tormenting him until finally he broke down, unable to even listen to Yusuke’s pleas.
If he had been himself he would have been able to console his friend who was dealing with a crisis of his own.
He needed a break, and he would probably insist on Yusuke coming too, besides, how crazy did you have to be to fall in love with Jaganshi Hiei? The one being incapable of such emotions?
He had never been such an idiot as he was that day, the day he had fallen in love with a heartless bastard.
Yusuke was sitting on Kuwabara's roof as the snow fell from the sky.
"Kurama..." Yusuke looked up and sighed. Had he not been off in his own world, he would have been able to see what was happing to Kurama. Kurama wouldn't have almost been raped. "DAMNIT!" Yusuke yelled.
Yoko sat the in woods. The tears wouldn't stop and the more he cried the more the snow fell. Inside he could feel Shuichi’s mourning. Yoko warped his fox tail around himself as he sighed. The box demon pressed his hands to the forest floor and watched as a rose grew. He picked it up and looked at it as Shuichi cried out his pain.
The rose was blood red with bright green leaves/ it was a rare rose that fox demons gave their lovers. The fox sigh as he gave control back to Shuichi.
"Kurama?"
The fox froze when he heard Yusuke's voice; he turned around and looked Yusuke dead in the eye as Yoko made his decision for his human form.
"What are you doing out here?" Yusuke asked stepping closer, but with each step Kurama took a step back he knew what his demon half was planning.
Hiei jumped from tree to tree until he got to Kuwabara’s house. "This is going to be fun..." he thought to himself as his third eye glowed.
Hiei didn't know why, but he loved to be around Kuwabara, to make him sweat in his dreams and call out his name. Hiei loved it, but still... something was off. There was something missing and it caused his primal demon nature to cry out.
The need to be mated. His red eyes turned towards Kuwabara as he watched intently, moving closer to the window. He would finish it. He would take his mate tonight.
