Chapter Three: New Arrivals
Disclaimer: I don't own any Yu Yu Hakusho and stuff like that.
Summary: So anyway, this chapter is about why Genkai has been acting so weird and Yukina is starting to get really worried. Then Genkai gets some unexpected visitors from America that could help with the attacks that have been going on in Tokyo. Also Yusuke, Kurama, and Kuwabara will be visiting Koenma to know what is going on with these killings.
Also there maybe something that is somewhat familiar in the fic. but I will let you guys figure that out. So on with the story.
Chapter 3: New arrivals
Genkai’s temple
In the gardens not far from Genkai’s temple sits a lovely girl with aqua light hair and bright crimson eyes. She sits in the gardens, admiring the beauty that it stores and plays with her bird friends. However, the young ice maiden’s mind has been troubled for some time now. There was only a sad smile formed on her face. ’I wonder if Genkai is going to be alright. It’s strange that she won’t let me help her and wouldn't tell me what’s wrong.’ thought Yukina, trying to enjoy the lovely garden.
Her and Kazuma have been trying to know what was troubling the old master but Genkai refuses to tell them both. “I just hope that what ever is troubling Genkai could be solved.” She began talking out loud.
“You don’t have to worry yourself Yukina.”
Surprised, she turns around to see the old master standing about seven feet away from her.
“Genkai," She sighs in relief. "I didn’t see you there, is everything alright?”
“Everything is alright.” pausing, Genkai then asked “ I was wondering if you can do me a favor.”
Titling her head to the side a bit, “What favor would that be?”
“Do you mind if you would stay at the temple, we have some unexpected company”
Lifting her brow, “Company? I didn’t know we were going to have company.” Says the very confused ice maiden.
“I didn’t either, so could you please stay at the temple and greet our new guest when they arrive.” Genkai snorted.
Nodding, Yukina gets up and leaves the garden to attend at the temple leaving the woman to her thoughts. ‘This is very strange, I was not able to sense their aura until they were at the bottom of the steps. Their auras are so different from anything I’ve sensed.’ Genkai thought while walking back to the temple.
‘However, the energy seems so familiar to me, I wonder what it is.’ Genkai thought for a moment to figure out why the energy was so familiar but she couldn’t worry about it right now. She put the thought in the back of her mind until later use. Now all she had to do was wait for the new arrivals and see what they what.

At the steps of the temple
“Man, how long are we going to walk on the steps, my feet are killing me,” Whined a female voice.
“I don’t know, but look on the bright side, at least we’re half way up so quit your whining already. We’ll probably be there in about fifteen minute, ten if you don’t stop your complaining.” said a second voice, glaring at the first.
Traveling up the steps of the temple are two teenage girls. The one that was complaining is a girl about 5’2 with blonde hair to her shoulder blades and beautiful hazel eye. Wearing baggy black pants with straps coming out of them, and wearing a red spaghetti tank-top with it and a button down black shirt with it, buttons open. The second girl was about 4’11, a couple of inches shorter then the other one. She has dark brown hair with blonde hi-lites that go to her mid-back and has chocolate brown eyes with a tint of golden in them. She’s wearing a light tan khakis with a lot of pockets and also wearing a spaghetti tank-top, but blue, with a thin navy jacket over it that going to her knees. The first girl is about seventeen years old while the second one is eighteen.
“Yeah right ten minute.......... ‘me’ complaining........... why I autta…….”mumble the blonde girl.
“I heard that.” Says the dark haired girl making a serious face.
“You know he should have warned us that there were going to be a lot of steps to walk on.” Said the blonde girl, sighing with annoyance.
“Well for starters, I don’t think that he knew that there was going to be a lot of steps, all he asked is that we deliver the message to this Master Genkai and see if the Mouth has been awakening,” the dark hair girl calmly says to the blonde.
“Oh well," sighing. The blonde girl looks up, "Hey I can see the top,” the blonde yells, now looking at the other girl smirking. “Race ya.”
Grinning, the dark hair girl said, “You know that I can beat you anytime. I may be small but these small legs can be fast ya know.”
“Lets see if your training has improved. Shall we.” the blonde said gesturing to move for the race.
“Lets shall.” They race all the way to the top the steps in under a minute.
Panting, “See…….., I…..told…you that………I…..would ……beat….you” said the dark haired girl, trying to catch her breathe.
“Stupid fucking speed of hers” mumbled the blonde.
“I heard that too.” says the dark haired girl, evening her breathe, grinning with all her might in the process. The other girl just glares at her, sticking her tongue out. Raising her eye brow, “Oh yeah, that’s real mature.”

Thirty minutes before in Reikai
In the office of the prince of Reikai, Koenma looks frantically in the files that the ogres have come up with. “This is just impossible, where are these creatures coming from, since it looked like something attack these people.”
“I don’t know sir, we have no idea what or who they are or where they come from.” says Ayame standing beside of Koenma's desk.
“Are you sure that these things are not from Makai.” Looked to the side.
“I have already told you that they are not from Makai. Besides, we are also having trouble as well” says the dark figure.
Koenma leans back on his chair, “So I’m guessing that these things are also in Makai as well” sighed “I’m surprised that even you can’t do anything about it”
The dark figures eyes snap up and makes a death glare at the tiny ruler.
Koenma gulps a bit.
‘I hate it when he makes his stupid glares at me. Gives me the creeps.’ thought Koenma, not knowing the dark figure can read his thoughts.

Same time in Ningenkai
After staying at the outer crime scene for a bit, Yusuke, Kurama and Kuwabara walk deeper into the park to a small clearing where they can have a private place to discussingsitution. While in the clearing they sense a presense not to far from them.
“Hello boys, it’s nice to see you again.” says a cheery woman with blue hair in a high ponytail.
“Good Botan you’re here.” says Yusuke.
“Why wouldn’t I be here?”
“Botan we need to see Koenma as soon as possible” says Kurama.
“Oh well that’s strange, Koenma asked me to get you guys, he said it was very urgent.” says Botan, wondering if they knew what’s going on. Koenma didn’t tell her why she needed to get them, after all, Yusuke wasn’t a detective anymore. All of the ogres have been busy all night and day, and what Koenma did was told her to summon Yusuke and the other, and how he said it most be something important that Lord Koenma need Yusuke for.
“Well good because we need to see him too so take us there now.” Yusuke all but yelled at Botan.
Seeing Yusuke serious she summoned a portal to Reikai in Koenmas office.
Once at the other side, everyone was at Koenmas office. “Alright toddler, we need to talk and we need to talk NOW” yelling Yusuke.
Koenmas eye was started to twitch, “YUSUKE THIS IS NOT THE TIME OF CALLING ME NAMES, WE HAVE A SITUATION HERE” Koenma yelling at Yusuke.
Seeing as how Koenma was serious about this he shut up. For now.
“Lord Koenma, may I ask is to why you have summoned us.” said Kurama, trying to calm thing down. He was also curious as to why they were summoned when they were just about going to see him about the death in the park. ‘Is it possible he already knows what’s going on’ he thought. Then that’s when he realized that they were not alone in Koenmas office. There was a known smile on his lips when he realized who he was.
‘It has been a long time my friend.' Kurama mentally said to his friend.
‘Hn’ said a voice back.
‘So Hiei, what brings you back here, I thought you hated taking orders from Koenma’
‘Hn, I don't take orders. I was sent here regarding the incidents.’ Hiei replied, mentally glaring back at the fox.
‘So you know about the attacks in Ningenkai.’
‘Yes but we have been having the same incidents also in Makai.’
‘How is that possible.’ said Kurama, a little shocked that there would be also attacks in Makai as well.
‘I don’t know Kitsune, but there have been nine deaths, they died the same way as the ningens have been killed.’
‘So Mukuro sent you to see if Koenma knows anything about this.’ stated the fox.
‘Yes but Koenma has been having trouble trying to find out who or what we are dealing with and it's irritates me.’ Hiei said annoyed that he was here in the first place but curious as to know what or who was this new threat that they were dealing with.
They were interrupted when Koenma started to talk calmly, “Now the reason why I called you here was because we have a situation on our hands. There have been twenty unknown death happening in Ningenkai in the pass three days now.” Koenma pauses, looking at the shocked face of everyone, expect for Hiei.
“Twenty deaths in three days, that impossible, right?” says Kuwabara, shocked to know that there was so many death in that many of days.
“Koenma, what is the cause of these death” says a serious Kurama.
“Well Kurama, we don’t know who or what has been doing this but how their doing it is brutal. All of the victims blood have been dried out of their bodies and what’s left behind is two puncher wounds on their necks. It’s nothing we have encountered before, as far as I know of course.” answers Koenma.
“But how were they able to cross into Makai” asked Kurama.
A little surprised that Kurama knows, “How did you know that” says a confused Koenma and the other looked at Kurama, confused as well.
That is when Hiei came out of the dark corner that he was in. “I told him.” said Hiei with a blank face showing.
“Hey when did the shrimp get here, I thought he was in Makai” Kuwabara stupidly sided. (A/N: Just to let you know it’s not like I’m saying I hate him, which I don’t, I’m just saying that he ask a stupid question, that’s all)
Hiei glared at Kuwabara, not liking to stay in the same room as him. “I was here you baka. I came here because there have been the same attacks in Makai.”
“Yes, Hiei came here to conform that there a similar killings also in Makai, but there has been only about nine deaths in the pass two days now. Mukuro sent Hiei to me seeing if I knew anything about it and as you can see we just already found out last night.” Koenma says.
“Whoa.... whoa..... whoa...... hold it right there. Are you saying that the girl that died in the park is not the only victim in here and also that there has be killings in Makai as well.” Nodding Koenma. “What are we dealing with, blood sucking fens from another world.” yells Yusuke.
“I don’t know Yusuke, they seem to be feeding on the blood that they drink dry out of the victim but like I said before, we don’t know what we are dealing with.” says Koenma, trying to fix a solution on to this.
“Man, this all sound like blood sucking vampires if you ask me.” mumbles Kuwabara.
That’s when everyone starts looking at him. Kuwabara just looks around the room, seeing that everyone was looking at me, “What.” Everyone still is looking at him. “Why are you guys looking at me. What did I say” he says started to get uncomfortable with the staring.
Kurama thinks it over, “You know, he does have a point. All of this does describe a vampire in somewhat.” thinking that there is a possibility that they could be dealing with vampires.
“That 'impossible' Kurama. Vampire are myths, they don’t exist. It is not possible that we would be dealing with story tale monsters.” says Koenma, thinking that it couldn’t be that simple.
“But I have to agree with Kurama here. I mean, I thought that demons didn’t exist, and not only did I found out they do, but I became one of them, sort of speak.” Yusuke pointing out.
‘That can not be possible that vampires exist, I mean that would be too simple.’ Koenma thought. ‘Unless there is a creature that is similar to a vampire, than I fear the worst is yet to come yet.’ Koenma is starting to get worried and everyone can see that through his eyes.
“Then I guess we most prepare for the worst. Guys I would like you to take the girls to Genkai’s temple, just incase if I’m wrong about this. Kurama, make sure your mother doesn’t go out on night’s, I don’t care how you do it but it looks like that these creatures happened to after young woman so it would be best to get your loved ones safe. I guess it’s a good thing Yukina is stay at Genkai’s as well, but I suggest that you take the girls to safety.” Koenma said, everyone nodded that they understood.
Hiei was also in relief that his sister is already in a safe place. He knows that she will be alright but just to make sure he will stay close by at the temple. Koenma told Botan to open a portal to the places that they need to be. Botan did just that and open portals to various places that the others have to be.

Yukina sits in the temple drinking a cup of tea when she senses two presense outside of the temple. She gets up and walk to the door. When she opens it, she is greeted with two young women. “Hello, may I help you” Yukina says nicely.
The one with the dark hair smiles and says, “Yes, I was wondering if there is a Master Genkai that lives in this temple. If so, may we speak with her.”

A/N: Hey, so that was it for chapter 3 now. Before I go, I want to give you a 101 on what’s going on with the story so far, so that I won’t confuse you, not that if you were. Anyway, the story somewhat look like a crossover which of course it kind of is. You could probably know that little bit of the crossover is from Buffy the Vampire Slayer but this one is different. The fan fic is going to have combinations of different series. One of course is BTVS, and that is also some from SG-1 and X-Men II, but just to let you know that non of the people from those series will be in the fic., maybe except Willow or Giles from BTVS but that’s just it. Also with the pairing that I mention before, the dark hair girl (but you will know soon of her name in the next chapter), is the led OC in the fic so I’m trying to see if either Hiei or Kurama goes for her. And whatever is chosen will be with the led OC in the fic. But don’t worry, the one who is left won’t be alone. The one will be with another OC but not with the blonde girl. There will be more OC’s in the fic, but not in later chapters.
I know that I wrote this before and I'm just reminding you guys what to expect and all in future chapters. This chapter is already edited and corrected a bit and all. I hope you guys enjoyed it again or enjoying it for the first time and all. And review what you think.

At Genkai’s temple
Yukina sits in the temple drinking a cup of tea when she senses two presense outside of the temple. She gets up and walk to the door. When she opens it, she is greeted with two young women. “Hello, may I help you” Yukina says nicely.
The one with the dark hair smiles and says, “Yes, I was wondering if there is a Master Genkai that lives in this temple. If so, may we speak with her.”

A/N: Hey, so that was it for chapter 3 now. Before I go, I want to give you a 101 on what’s going on with the story so far, so that I won’t confuse you, not that if you were. Anyway, the story somewhat look like a crossover which of course it kind of is. You could probably know that little bit of the crossover is from Buffy the Vampire Slayer but this one is different. The fan fic is going to have combinations of different series. One of course is BTVS, and that is also some from SG-1 and X-Men II, but just to let you know that non of the people from those series will be in the fic., maybe except Willow or Giles from BTVS but that’s just it. Also with the pairing that I mention before, the dark hair girl (but you will know soon of her name in the next chapter), is the led OC in the fic so I’m trying to see if either Hiei or Kurama goes for her. And whatever is chosen will be with the led OC in the fic. But don’t worry, the one who is left won’t be alone. The one will be with another OC but not with the blonde girl. There will be more OC’s in the fic, but not in later chapters.
I know that I wrote this before and I'm just reminding you guys what to expect and all in future chapters. This chapter is already edited and corrected a bit and all. I hope you guys enjoyed it again or enjoying it for the first time and all. And review what you think.
