Demon Tale
3: Yusuke and the Beanstalk

It was dry country; nothing but sand and dust for as far as the eye could see. It was hot in the day and cold in the night. Actually it wasn’t much unlike his ancestral homeland where Raizen’s castle stood. Yusuke could feel at home here if it weren’t so desolate and depressing. But perhaps it wasn’t just the landscape that weighed on Yusuke’s heart. He was on a quest to find a cure to curse that had been laid upon his friend Hiei.

He had already committed several months to locating and journeying to the source of the curse; a tree called Blights that grew in the Dead Forest. The things that happen once he got there… he didn’t even want to think about it! In the end the tree offered no cure, however the lord of the land there told him this;

“You know that Trees of Blights once peppered the demon plane? Well once they didn’t! Their story is the story of Princess Woe. Of course she was not really a princess, for the demon plane has no royalty as such. Power belongs to the ones with the ambition to seize it and the strength to keep it. Some of those insist on being called ‘lord’ or ‘king’. Woe was the daughter of one of these self-proclaimed ‘kings’, so she self-proclaimed herself ‘princess’.

“She was a comely young demon lady, but also a very spiteful one. If someone crossed her, she would destroy their lives. Perhaps an example; once, Woe was riding her wyvern through the countryside one day when she spotted a young, healthy, and very handsome man. Woe fell in love with him instantly. She rode up to him and said ‘Oh beautiful Farmer.’ The Farmer is what they call him, because his real name has been forgotten over time. Insult on top of injury. Woe asked, ‘Won’t you come away with me?’

“To which he answered, ‘I cannot. I have a wife and children and all this land to attend to with crops and animal and ponds full of fish. So, go find your love elsewhere.’

“She would not tolerate dismissal. So the very next day she sent a plague of locust to eat all his crops; poisonous snakes to foul the water of his ponds and kill the fish; a flock of vampire bats to suck life-blood from his livestock; a hoard of rats to his children’s nursery to give them the plague; and a bird with a big rock to drop on his wife’s head. The farmer was so distraught that he fell dead on the spot, as most of her victims did. The woes that Woe planted in men’s souls were so strong that they continued to grow even after they died. A tree would eventually grow from them, fruiting with woe and blights of many kinds. They can imprison a soul inside their own body, or shatter it to a million pieces….”

“Ego…,” Yusuke picked it up.

“She and the tree where already here when I arrived,” The master told him, “Her story beyond that, she is either unwilling to tell or incapable of remembering. It’s a fortunate thing we get along. The tree here is as far as I know the only one that escaped the destruction effort.

“But we digress; we were speaking of cures. It is told that Woe had a remedy to the woes she put on folks—in case they pacified her, I suppose. It was an amulet, mounted in her crown, called the Crystal Light. As for Woe herself, she was hunted down, one day and locked her in a tall tower. There are no accounts of the crown after her imprisonment, so it must still sit on her brow.”

That brings Yusuke to this forsaken desert, the supposed location of Woe’s tower, and subsequently the location of her head and her crown with the Crystal Light. He found it late in the day. It had no doors and only one window, supposedly. Yusuke couldn’t see it. The thing looked like nothing more—or less—than a giant pillar reaching up into the endless sky. Its sides were as smooth and slick as glass.

“Shit. No wonder no one’s gotten the bitch’s crown yet,” Yusuke breathed as he settled down in the shadow of the tower. How was he going to climb that? It would have to wait until morning.

He set up his sleeping palette. While he did so, he came across the little glass bottle the girl called Hope gave him. She claimed that the liquid inside would enable him to go into Hiei’s dreams and see him again or some shit like that. He hadn’t tried it yet. His dreaming mind was already filled with Hiei.

In the night Yusuke would see Hiei as he was before the curse. He remembered the last night with him, inside the pillow fort. Hiei had stripped down to his tank top and boxers. He was lying on his stomach, on a pillow. His small legs carelessly kicked at the air behind him. The corner of his lips twitched with a smile, reserved only for Yusuke. Hiei could be so cute when he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing. Was it weird for Yusuke to think that?

Yusuke would have him back soon. He dug his dinner out of his knapsack; a can of beans. As if that wasn’t disappointing enough, Yusuke bit into them—they were hard! Uncooked. “Who the hell cans uncooked beans?!” Yusuke spit the beans out, ran his tongue over his teeth to make sure they were all still there.

He snorted, “Well, shit.” He had his drinking water, he could add to the beans, but didn’t have anything to build a fire with and cook them. He had an idea. He held the bottom of the can in the palm of his hand and channeled his spirit energy into it. The water started to bubble and then pop! The can exploded and the beans flew all over.

“Shit again,” he cursed again. He threw the shredded remains of the can. Who needs to eat anyway? When he gets Hiei back they can feast like kings and then nap in a king sized bed. Napping with Hiei…. Yusuke curled up in his bedroll and fell asleep. He’d try to find a way to climb the tower in the morning. He would not need to.

Unbeknownst to him, the beans that would have been his dinner worked themselves into the sandy soil and started to put out roots. Yusuke woke the following morning in a giant shadow that was not being cast by the tower. An enormous beanstalk had grown over night. Its tendrils reached out and tangled around the tower, using it as support.

Yusuke did some less then colorful swearing, but then realized that this was his way up. “Well, it worked for Jack,” he said and up he went, climbing up the rubbery limbs and navigating around giant pods, the size of men. He wondered if they were filled with giant beans or just a whole lot of normal sized beans. If they could be cultivated it would solve world hunger. It would also drastically increase the need for air fresheners.

Yusuke climbed the stalk. The sun rose and set twice before he reached the top. As promised there was a single window near the top.

“Hello?” He called into the gloomy tower, as if someone was going to answer. He shuffled into the room. The floor felt strange under his feet and it rustled when he walked, like he was walking on straw. He fished around in his pack and found his flashlight, switched it on. “Holy Crap!”

The light fell on the fleshless face of a skull. Its mouth hung wide open as if Yusuke had startled it was much as it had startled him. Yusuke swept his light over the skeletal remains. It was wearing a grand dress made of gold and silver plates—probably real—layered like dragon scales. It was a wonder the bones had not been crushed from the weight.

These must be the remains of Princess Woe. But there was no crown on her head, but the long blond hair that somehow managed not to fall out. It was very long, Yusuke realized. His eyes followed it down over her shoulders, past her waist to the floor, and then Yusuke realized exactly what it was that he had been walking on.

“Oh super sick!” He danced about until he found a clear place to stand. Where was the crown? He swept the room with his flash light. There was a nice canopy bed, tables, chairs, a wardrobe, and some shelves. It was nice once—for a prison. Now everything was hung with cobwebs. On closer inspection, some of it was Woe’s hair.

Yusuke saw nothing on the shelves or bed. He moved to the wardrobe. The hair had wrapped itself around the handle, so he had to take a deep breath and unwind the yellow strands; no crown there. Maybe someone had beaten him here. He turned on an impulse and looked at Woe again, this time he noticed something under her clawed hand. It was a book. It looked worn, like it had been opened every single day; a diary?

Yusuke tip-toped around the piles of hair and then snatched the diary. The hand came off with the book. “Gyh!” he cried shaking the thing. It fell with a rattle. He breathed, “Alright, maybe Princess wrote down what happened to the crown.” He opened the book. He skimmed over pages describing in sickening detail the exploits of Princess Woe.

Then he came to a passage; I have been defeated, yes, I. It was my own fault, I realize that now. I got greedy. But how could I have let him alone? He was the prettiest boy I’d seen that day, half naked and pleasantly drunk on the perfumes of Mount Euphoria. He told me his father would not approve of me, so I gave him the woe of IMPOTENCE with all other women. How was I to know that his father was King Yama?!

“Koenma met Woe?” Yusuke gasped. “Wait, Koenma’s impotent?”

He read on; He refused me, soiIt was his fault then that the royal scepter no longer had pearls in it. But his father hunted me down and locked me in this tower. Injustice! My only hope now is the vestiges that I left across the demon plane, the trees that grew from those spiteful wretches who denied me. My woes continue to bloom from them.

They will come for a cure in my crown. And I will suck the life from the first fool to cross my windowsill and use their life force to break the spell that keeps me contained! And the funny part is that the crown HAS NO POWER! I made it up to get people to do my will even after all is lost!

“Damn it!” Yusuke threw the book to the ground. All this, for a ruse?! “I can almost hear that bitch, Woe, laughing now. Wait…. I really do hear laughing.” He took a step back. His feet tangled in hair and he tripped. Suddenly strains of silk tightened on his ankles and he was yanked up into to the air.

“Crap!” he screamed as he was brought face to fleshless face with Woe’s not so inanimate skull. The jaw was moving up and down as a shrill laugh escaped it. Bony arms reached up to embrace him. “Crap!” He raised his index finger reflexively to fire his Spirit Gun into the maw of the thing.

The creature was not frightened. The skull shot forward and clamped down painfully on his fingertip. “Whoww!” He screamed. He could feel his energy being sucked out of his body. On impulse he hit the thing on top the head, making an ugly dent in the skull.

The thing shrieked and slammed him against the wall. He heard the faint sound of glass breaking in his pack. Something sharp stabbed him in the back and something wet trickled over the cut. He started to feel drowsy.

It was white. It was cold and white. Was he dead? No, Yusuke’s been dead before—twice, in fact! It wasn’t cold like this. There hadn’t been wind and little cold wet things hitting his face. And he didn’t remember all the white. Yusuke’s eyes adjusted to the bright and he saw blue in the distance, craggily hills of ice. He realized he was in some sort of tundra. The little wet cold things hitting his face was snow blowing in the wind.

Yusuke would have wondered how he got there, but this was Yusuke, not a thinker. Besides, somewhere in the back of his mind he knew. He was dreaming. He’d lost consciousness, fighting that monster in the tower—which was probably killing him by now. But Yusuke didn’t have time to fret over that, something else had caught his fickle attention; a dark spot in the distance.

It was a boy, all dressed in black, sitting on what seemed like the edge of the world. Yusuke stepped up next to him. He didn’t remember covering the whole distance between them. Dreams are like that. The boy looked up, startled, exclaimed, “What are you doing here?!”

“H— Hiei?” Yusuke stuttered. It was certainly Hiei. Yusuke would have recognized him anywhere with his big garnet colored eyes and spiked hair: dark as night, offset by a flash of white over his brow. Yusuke always thought it was a cool effect. But he was too small, even for Hiei. His face was too round and young—and cute! He looked like a little kid!

Little Hiei shook his head like a bee had buzzed into his ear. “You can’t be here. I don’t know you yet! I’ve always lived in the Glacial Village with mom and Yukina!”

That was when it hit Yusuke, this wasn’t his dream. Back in the tower; the cracking sound, the fluid on his cut. It must have been the elixir that girl had given him. Now he was in Hiei’s dream.

This was what Hiei dreamt of; growing up in the Glacial Village with his mother and long lost sister, Yukina. Hiei had never told Yusuke outright about his childhood. In fact, he even lied about it once. He told Yusuke that Yukina was only his long lost half-sister and they had different mothers. But later Yukina said that her estranged brother was her twin. So Hiei’s mother was an ice maiden after all.

The barest of intelligence on ice maidens told the rest of the story. The Glacial Village was sort of a “No boys allowed” place. It wasn’t a secret what they did with their unwanted male children. This dream was the childhood that he was denied.

Yusuke wouldn’t insult him by feeling pity for him, but still he had the unquenchable urge to put his hands on the other’s small shoulders. They felt real. It felt good to touch Hiei again, “Oh Hiei.” He hugged the boy.

“Yusuke,” Hiei seemed really confused that he should know this person. Of course, had Hiei grown up in the village he would never have become a rogue and thus would have never been arrested by Yusuke and subsequently become his friend and brother-in-arms. Yusuke did not fit in this reality that Hiei had dreamt up and it was greatly distressing the small apparition.

“Hiei, mom said it’s time for dinner!” A little girl who resembled Hiei’s sister, Yukina, appeared out of nowhere. “Tell dad to come on before it gets cold!” The little Yukina scampered off.

“Dad?” Yusuke frowned.

“That’s you,” Hiei piped. His pained look had abated now. He took Yusuke by the hand.

“I’m your father?” Yusuke squawked.

“Of course you are, who else would you be, fool?” Hiei admonished him playfully. Yusuke fit in to his familiar dream now. He was the father Hiei never had.

Without traveling the distance between, they were at the dinner table. It looked like the dining room at Genkai’s place. Of course, Hiei had never seen the inside of his mother’s home, so his imagination was filling it in with another homey place. Yusuke was sitting opposite Hiei’s mother. She looked like a lot like Yukina, but her features seemed burred and out of focus. Hiei didn’t remember her well enough to maintain her solidly.

There was dinner conversation, but Yusuke didn’t really grasp any of the things that were said by Yukina or their mother. It was because Hiei wasn’t paying attention to them. In this world anything that Hiei wasn’t focused on became unimportant, ambient noise. What Hiei was focused on right now was Yusuke.

“You want some pulled pork, father?” Hiei offered Yusuke a chopstick full of meat that didn’t taste like anything. Hiei smiled when Yusuke ate it. God, he seemed so happy in this dream. Yusuke started to wonder if he had been doing the right thing by trying to wake him up.

“Hiei, do you WANT to stay here?” Yusuke asked him.

“No,” Hiei replied, “I want to go to bed.”

“Huh?” Yusuke jerked.

“Mom and Yukina have already gone to their room,” Hiei pointed to the now empty seats at the table where the aforementioned girls had been sitting. “We should go to our room.”

“Hiei that’s not what I was talking—wait, the parents don’t sleep in the same room?” Yusuke paused, “Geez, makes ya wonder where the kids came from.”

“Quiet,” Hiei snapped at him as he led him to their bed-- one bed that they both curled up into. It wasn’t a big bed either. Hiei lay half-curled on Yusuke’s chest. Yusuke could feel his warmth seeping into his skin and smell his sweet not so child-like odor.

Out of the blue Hiei answered, “It’s nice here with my mother and sister.” It startled Yusuke because he’d nearly forgotten he’d asked a question. Hiei continued, “It’s better now that my father is here.” He murmured as an afterthought, “If only you were the real one.”

Yusuke started, “Eh?”

“Say you love me, father,” Hiei whispered into his ear.

Yusuke felt something warm and wet slide over his neck. It was Hiei’s tongue! More over the heat between their bodies had increased. Yusuke realized it was because his bare skin was touching Hiei’s soft young bear skin. Their cloths had disappeared; Hiei’s doing. A small soft leg pressed between his thighs. One of his legs jerked up and found itself pressed against small, hairless—yet surprisingly erect genitals. He was alarmed to find a stirring in his own lower regions. He couldn’t entirely blame Hiei for that.

Hiei kissed along his neck. Yusuke grabbed him by the shoulders, tried to push him away. “What are you doing?”

“You’ve never complained before,” Hiei muttered. He frowned as if trying to understand his own statement.

“Uh, Hiei, do we do this often?” Yusuke asked.

“Not here,” Hiei frowned. “Then again, you’ve never been my father before either. I guess there’s a first time for everything.” He leaned down again, unbothered, and started kissing down Yusuke’s chest.

“Yikes!” Yusuke yelped when Hiei bit one of his nipples. Yusuke protested, “Hiei, we can’t. You look like a kid right now and I’m not what you think--.”

Hiei stopped and looked up at Yusuke. It was a fact the Hiei possessed hypnotic powers by virtue of his mystical third eye. But it was his two normal eyes that held Yusuke entranced. They stared at him earnestly, pleadingly. There was a need in those eyes so deep Yusuke thought he might just get sucked right in. He would never have shown those eyes if he knew he was the really Yusuke and not a figment of his imagination.

Yusuke reached up to touch his face. Hiei caught his hand and nibbled at his fingers. Yusuke nearly went through the roof. God, Hiei was good at this seduction thing! It was weird with him being a little kid right now and all. Should Yusuke be concerned about that? Well, he wasn’t REALLY a little kid. He just looked like one. But did that make it okay for him to be aroused anyway? Shit, that was a lot more thinking than Yusuke liked to do.

Hiei shifted his weigh causing his leg to rub where it was pressed against Yusuke’s now full arousal. Yusuke gasped, “Oh!” His back arched as pleasurable heat shot through his groin and up his spine.

“Yusuke,” Hiei cooed, heated. He ground his small hips into Yusuke. Yusuke felt the small member press into his hip. His hands snatched at Hiei’s tiny hips, so tiny. Yusuke breathed, “Hiei, I- I’m afraid I might break you.”

At the time, Hiei was working on nibbling every inch of flesh on Yusuke’s chest. He didn’t stop. But Yusuke was suddenly aware of an increase in his weight and size—especially his size down there! Suddenly the soft young flesh under Yusuke’s fingers firmed with hard muscles.

Without thinking about what he was doing Yusuke cupped Hiei’s buttocks and gave it an experimental squeeze. Hiei moaned in a way that was so sexy, it was probably illegal in some states. His hips bucked wildly against Yusuke’s. The way he moved was just too much.

“God!” Yusuke exclaimed and writhed. His hands cupped Hiei’s rear even tighter, spreading his cheeks. His fingers dug into the crevasse and inadvertently brushed up against a firm little pucker.

And then Hiei cried out something unthinkable, something that shook Yusuke to his core. He shouted, “Put it in!”

Heat enveloped Yusuke. He was gripped by a force like gravity that seemed intent on jerking him right out of his skin. He was falling up. There was a rushing in his head like a diver about to surface, riding on a torpedo. The heat remained. There was a pain at his wrists and ankles where Princess Woe’s hair was wound tight around them. The heat swelled and burst out of him.

“Eyeeeeeeeee!” Princess Woe’s skull shrieked as a wave of flame rolled off Yusuke’s body and set her skull afire.

Yusuke landed gracelessly on his feet. Reality came back to Yusuke in full force. He was in a cursed tower in a god forsaken desert, fighting the ancient and malevolent Princess Woe. The only evidence left from his dream with Hiei was sticky damp spot on the front of his pants.

“Nothing like a little nap to recharge the old batteries!” Yusuke quipped. He did feel charged. Traces of energy from that fiery burst still danced hotly across his skin. It was strange though. In the past Yusuke had produced very high levels of energy, but he’d never produced actual flame.

Now was not the time to analyze. The fires on Princess Woe were fizzling out and he needed to end this. He raised his hand, “Spirit Gun!”

To his shock she turned her head to the blast, opening her skull jaw and swallowed the blast! “Nyh!” She cried out as yards of fresh hair exploded from her scalp. Those locks swung about and hit Yusuke full in the chest, launching him out the window.

He tumbled end over end, flapping his arms as if he could learn to fly before he hit the ground. He fell down, supple branches from the beanstalk hitting him now and then, but none were firm enough to stop his decent. Just when he thought he was dead… again, he was jerked by his arms. He was no longer falling, but being held aloft by two sets of hands. He looked up to see his saviors, perched on a branch of the beanstalk.

It was him! It was Yusuke Urameshi—two of him. There were two Yusukes. They looked just like him, save that they were naked and had green hair. One held each of the original Yusuke’s arms. “Where did you guys come from?” Yusuke asked inanely.

“Right here, duh,” One of them answered in a very Yusuke fashion. The other one gestured to a nearby giant pod. Just then the pod split open to reveal a third green haired Yusuke inside.

The new Yusuke stepped out, blinked. One of the others said, “You gonna just stand there looking sexy or are ya gonna help us with this?”

“I’m gonna stand here looking sexy.” The new one replied, but then he moved over to help the other two haul Yusuke up onto the branch.

There were a hundred questions in Yusuke’s mind now, but there was no time for them. Just then there was a deafening shriek from the tower. The stone rumbled, dust poured from between the cracks. The tower was coming down.

“We gotta get to the ground,” One of the green haired Yusuke’s said just as the stalk started to sway with the tower.

It sounded like a good idea to Yusuke. He and his clones started to climb down, along the way they encountered several more green haired Yusuke’s hatching from their pods. There were at least a dozen already on the ground when they arrived.

Once they were on the ground they looked back up. The top of the tower was gone now, collapsed. In its place was a writhing mass of living hair.

“Shit,” Yusuke cursed. He’d freed her. He couldn’t let her get away, couldn’t let her loose in demon world. He could only imagine the damage she’d cause. “Damn it, I know this didn’t work last time, but it’s all I got!” He raised his hand and pointed, “Spirit Gun!”

The bright blue ball of energy ripped through the air, towards Princess Woe. It was bigger and brighter than the ones before. Yusuke put everything he had into it. Woe saw it coming and intercepted it with a section of hair. The shot connected in a bright flash… and did no damage whatsoever to Woe.

“Damn it, this really sucks,” Yusuke sunk to his knees. He failed to defeat Woe, allowed an ancient evil to escape into the world, and worst of all, it was for nothing. He didn’t find a cure for Hiei. In Yusuke’s mind he saw Hiei lying in that dusty old castle, where he would stay forever. It sucked. It just plain sucked!

“No!” He screamed, rushing to his feet. “I won’t let it happen!”

“You think you can stop me, little boy?” Woe rasped in a voice that sounded like dry leafs brushing together.

“This has got nothing to do with you lady,” Yusuke yelled, “This is about getting my Hiei back. You’re just in my way! Shot Gun!” He let loose a spray of spirit shots.

Woe hissed as some of the tiny shots penetrated her hair. They wouldn’t have been enough to stop her though. But meanwhile, the green haired Yusukes had not been idle. They ranged out around Woe in a circle. One of them yelled, “Now! Shot Gun!” Suddenly Woe was being bombarded by spirit shots on all sides.

When the smoke cleared there was nothing but a hairless skull, hanging in the sky. It dropped like a stone and shattered into a thousand pieces on impact.

Later, when the dust of battle had cleared and the sun had sunk below the horizon, Yusuke sat with his selves around a fire and mused, “So when I channeled my energy through those beans, I made that big old stalk grow. And then the stalk started to make replicas of me cuz it was full of my spirit energy. Wow, wait until I tell Kurama. He’ll be so jealous that he never thought to try it. But then again one Youko Kurama is quite enough, right?”

“Are you leaving us then?” One of the green haired Yusuke’s asked him.

“It’s like I said before, I’m on this mission to find a cure for my… friend,” Yusuke told him. “What are you guys gonna do, now that you exist and all?”

The green haired Yusuke gave him a cheeky grin, “Get laid.”

“Good luck with that buddy, there ain’t a soul for miles,” Yusuke laughed.

“What are you taking about?” The other purred, “There are like three dozen of us right here. Three dozen and one if YOU want to stick around for little while.”

Yusuke was shocked, “But—But we’re all guys—the same guy!”

“That just means that we already know what will make our partner feel good,” the other replied. He reached up and stroked Yusuke’s cheek. His palm was so soft. Of course it would be; He hadn’t the benefit of years of training to callous them up.

Out of the corner of his eye, Yusuke could see pairs of himself kissing each other in the dim light. He heard soft moans, looked to find some griping each other’s hard members. He saw one Yusuke with his face tucked between another’s legs while he bobbed his head up and down. Another was on his hands and knees with his bottom pushed up in the air as another Yusuke wiggled his fingers into his hole. Yusuke would be lying if he said he wasn’t getting a reaction.

“We’re very horny creatures,” the Yusuke who was petting Yusuke’s cheek told him. “I don’t know why. Maybe you were thinking naughty stuff when you made us?”

“I…?” Yusuke tried to think of what was going through his head the night before, but his home-grown clone was starting to stroke his chest in the most distracting manner. It reminded him of the way Hiei had stroked his chest in the dream they shared. Gods that felt so nice… and the other things Hiei did to him….

“Oh, what the heck?” Yusuke snapped, “It don’t count if you do it to yourself, right. It’s like extreme masturbation or something.”

“Whatever you say, hot stuff,” the other Yusuke grinned impishly and then tackled Yusuke to the ground.

A set of soft lips brushed against his once, twice. Yusuke opened his eyes as he moved his lips against the other’s lips and felt a singular thrill. To stare into a passion flushed face identical to his, to kiss those similar lips and feel his body pressed up against a body just like his, it was a novel experience to say the least.

In less time than it takes to tell, Yusuke was a naked and as aroused as his green haired doubles. He rolled his double underneath him. The other gave a token struggle. Of course he would, because that’s what Yusuke would do. Yusuke obliged him with a distraction, kissing and nipping at his neck. Yeah, that did it. Yusuke remembered how good that felt when Hiei did it to him.

Yusuke slipped his hand down between his double’s legs, sought out his entrance. The other Yusuke gasped and then moaned wantonly as Yusuke’s digits pushed into his body.

“God, I’m hot,” Yusuke muttered gazing down on his double’s flushed face and tear filled eyes. Cute little noises continuously escaped from between plush, swollen lips, his lips. A layer of sweat had accumulated over the other’s entire body, highlighting every gorgeous, flexing muscle in the firelight. Was that what he looked like in the throes of passion? Yusuke wondered how often Hiei had seen this spectacle in his dreams. That was a shock in itself. So, the runt had naughty dreams about him. Damn, he never knew.

“Don’t just play with it all day, hurry up!” The other Yusuke sobbed adorably.

“You want more?”

“Duh!”

“You got it,” Yusuke husked before he forced himself into his double’s body.

It was a novel experience. Yusuke didn’t think about it until after the fact— that’s how Yusuke is—but it was the first time he’d ever gotten anal sex. He had to say he liked the tightness of it. It was also the first time he’d had sex with a male. And he had to say, it wasn’t so bad. His doubles seemed to have enjoyed their first experiences too.

Yusuke was relieved to find that they hadn’t withered by the morning. Yusuke had feared they’d die after twenty-four hours, like mayflies. The miracle continued, even after Yusuke left the region to continue his quest to wake Hiei. Yusuke’s copies not only lived full demon lives, but in that place where they spent their passions-- and their juices—that night, grass and flowers grew as well as over-sized bean stalks. They weren’t as big as the one Yusuke grew, only as big as trees. The roots of the stalks found water deep under the sands. The weather changed and it started to rain.

In a little over three decades the barren desert would become a lush forest known as the Forest of the Nymphs—or Nymphos; for its inhabitance of strange green haired boys who are born every fifty years from the strange pods that grow on the beanstalk-trees and do nothing but have sex with each other.

There would be a time when poachers would try to steal the boys to sell them as love-slaves. But then the bottom would fall out of the industry when it proved too difficult to capture one. And then potential buyers discovered that the boys would simply follow a man home—that is IF he impressed the green haired lad with his strength, power, and sizeable member. But, that’s enough about that.

Yusuke left what would one day be known as the Forest of the Nymphs to continue his quest to wake Hiei.

TBC…
A/N: Thanx for the review kit. Originally, the master of the forest wasn’t a big prev, but he got out of hand. Same can be said for Yusuke’s clones. Homework, harams, and more dreams of Hiei, next time.
