Yusuke wouldn't tell anyone why he was crying so they left it alone. Koenma stood next to him in the arena and Yusuke was about to fight Toguro. He whispered to Koenma. "If he wins he'll have you forever. If I win you're mine." Koenma's eyes went large. "I'm not eigther of yours. I'll be with whomever I want, no stupid tournament will decide. Besides if you lose I die, plan and simple. No one will have me then." Koenma said.
With a sad smile Yusuke entered the ring and the fight went on. After hours of horrifing action Yusuke won and Koenma helped him up. Yusuke grabbed him close. "Do you miss him?" He asked bitterly and Koenma sighed. "It wasn't like that. Now you need to get some rest." The others carriede him off to the hotel room before he could argue.
Days later they were about to leave and Genkai showed up alive, telling Yusuke Koenma brought her back like he did with him. Happy Yusuke hugged everyone and pulled Koenma into a kiss, making everyones eyes bug out including the God's. "Oookay. You okay Urameshi?" Kuwabara tapped his shoulder and the Spirit Detective gave the flustered God go.
"Yeah I'm good. Real good." Yusuke said. He patted the blushing Koenma's ass and walked past. Hiei went to the God. "What's going on?" Koenma shrugged. "I haven't the slightest clue." Kurama smiled and walked to the boat, covering his mouth. "It's about time he showed how he felt." Genkai walked by with a smirk and everyone joined them on board.
On the ship Koenma and Yusuke sat alone to talk. "So you don't care that Toguro is gone?" Yusuke asked and Koenma shrugged. "It wasn't like that. I hated him, but it was just a...frightening fling. I was scared of course, but I had no feelings for him." Yusuke shook his head. "How can you...screw someone and not have feelings for them?" Koenma looked up at the sky. "Sometimes sex isn't always about love. Sometimes it's just an animalistic need, nothing more."
Yusuke bit his lower lip in thought. "Did you like it with him?" Koenma turned red. "What kind of question is that?" Yusuke continued to watch him and the God sighed. "Sorta. That's all I'm saying." Koenma seen the glazed expression on the Spirit Detective's face. "So Urameshi. Why didn't you tell me your feelings for me sooner?" Yusuke jerked his attention back and his face went red. "I thought maybe you weren't a fruit. Thought you and Botan were an item."
Koenma's eyes went to pins. "No. She's just a friend, always was. Never thought of you as liking other guys though. I guess that's why you want to share a room with three other guys." Yusuke stood up, his eyes big and teeth sharp. "I don't look at my friends like that! Pervert!" Koenma laughed and stood up. "I'm kidding you idiot." Yusuke grabbed his shoulders and shook him. "I'm not and idiot!"
"What the hell is Yusuke upset about?" Hiei asked the gang. "I don't know. He's just back to normal." Kuwabara said and they went below. "Yusuke, you're going to scramble my brains if you don't stop." Koenma said and Yusuke stopped. "Sorry. You just pissed me off." Koenma shook his head. "I'm off to Spirit World now." Yusuke grabbed his arm and stared at him. "What? Why?" Koenma laughed at him. "I thought I was pissing you off?"
Yusuke growled and his eyes slanted. "Yes, but...." Koenma gave him a kiss on the lips and Yusuke gasped. When they seperated Koenma smiled. "Come by anytime Yusuke. I'll see you around." In a flash of light he was gone and Yusuke touched his lips. 'Yeah, I'll see you around.' He whistled and went below with a perky step.
