Scene 29 ------------------------------------------- Tourin
* Yusuke and Kurama are laying together in each others' arms. They are both heaving to catch their breath after an extremely intense mating session. Yusuke chuckles when Kurama rolls to begin sucking on his neck near the mating mark, but carefully avoiding it.
Yusuke- D---, 'Rama.. How many more do you want to.. make this time?
* As Kurama emits his own chuckling purr of contentment the communication station out in the livingroom begins to buzz urgently. Kurama raises his head to sigh.
Kurama- You better go get that.. It sounds urgent.. Besides, I think we've made enough for this litter, Love.
* Yusuke nods as he sits up away from the weary kitsune.
Yusuke- It always sounds urgent.. I think it needs an upgrade or something.
* Yusuke gives Kurama a parting kiss then pulls away with a moan. He leaves the bed, feeling Kurama's tail caress his back as he goes, and pulls his yukata on. The Toushin then hurries out through the door cursing the incessant buzzing menace.
Yusuke- I'm coming, d--- it!
* He hops and dodges over and around his four sleeping babies, amazed that they can continue to do so, as he heads for the communication station.
Yusuke- Your Hogie must have given you all sleeping pills.
* Yusuke reaches the station.
Kurama- A mild dose of makai sleeping plant pollen, actually.. Totally harmless.
* Kurama chuckles at Yusuke's smirk. Yusuke then hits the blinking button to open the line to Spirit World.
Yusuke- This better be pretty d--- important..!
Koenma- Yusuke,..
* Yusuke's anger is lost at the sound of Koenma's voice. Kurama comes closer, also.
Yusuke- Koenma?
Koenma- Shishiwakamaru has just passed on.
* Yusuke raises a hand to rub his forehead, then glances up at Kurama who now moves to place a hand on his shoulder.
Kurama- You said you found Hiei, right?
Koenma- He was here.. with him..
Yusuke- Hey, let me talk to him, then.
Koenma- I can't.. Hiei took off.. He was pretty.. affected..
Yusuke- Affected?!
Koenma- I don't know how else to put it, Yusuke.. He just looked.. blank.. But he refused to even go to his unit.. Something has been bothering him since we rescued him and Yukina. This was not a good time for this to happen.
Kurama- We'll be right up.
* Yusuke cuts the connection then looks toward the boys.
Yusuke- They'll be out for a while, right?
Kurama- Yes. They know not to leave the apartment if they do wake up before we return.
Yusuke- Yeah. But I'll still call Hokushin to come up and sit with them and have security tightened.
* Yusuke turns back to the station to relay his orders. When the bald general affirms that he'll be right up Kurama taps the button that opens the permanent portal to Spirit World. Yusuke grabs the small remote and hands it to Kurama.
Yusuke- I better get some more decent clothes on, Babe.
Kurama- That would be a good idea.
* Kurama follows him to the bedroom doorway to watch him throw on a pair of pants and his brown leather vest as they continue talking.
Yusuke- So what do you think might have been bothering him?
Kurama- Well, I can only take a wild stab.. But he was in an enclosed space with Yukina..
Yusuke- Yeah. He's still touchy about her knowing about him.
Kurama- Yusuke, he, too, is going through his heat cycle..
* Yusuke hesitates, then nods, and comes over closer to ask his suspecions quietly.
Yusuke- (Quietly) You don't think they..?
Kurama- I'd rather not jump to any conclusions on that.
* Yusuke nods then he and Kurama leave to hop into the portal.
