There was a nock on the door, “enter.” Mukuro said, as she leaned back in the chair. “My lady, we have had such short notice, on your making the wing 103; is mostly finished. My apologies, the small green demon; began to back up as he looked to the woman. “But my lady,” he bowed. We have 4, of the eight rooms completed. And we have at least 2 years, of human food available” He looked up staring at her. She had not full dressed. Her right side of her face was bare and made her feel self conscious. “What are you staring at get back to work” she growled the creature almost relived his bowls onto the floor with fright as he ran out of her chambers


“It’s hard to get good help; anymore isn’t it?” Yomi said, announcing his presents. “When did you return?” she asked. as she leaned back. Used her foot, to kick under the desk; to allow it to be heard scraping across the floor. “Have a seat,” she offered he nodded; and walked in sitting down. “By the look on your face Yomi, you have returned with good news.” “Yes, my old follower in Gandara; were able to keep the hoards of demons away. I have gained there trust, they shall follow my orders. And I shall be receiving them, from you” this, caught her attention; “what?” “It is your war not mine, we both seek the same thing; for once wanting to keep demon world the way it is” she nodded, still a little taken by surprised; “I took you off guard. And to answer your question, yes I am purposing; to be your war adviser.”

“But I do not blame you, for your doubt. Our encounter earlier was uncalled for; but it was necessary” Yomi said. “How is it nessary?”More than 500 years of patients had paid off for these two former demon lords. “Your ignorance was becoming quite costly. Not only for Enki’s men but for the rest of us.” If I were, to show an interest in you. That would enrage, your little fire demon Hiei.” Mukuro nodded, she was aware of his idea. But wasn’t to sure why he was repeating himself. “Are you stalling Yomi?” she asked. He laughed, a little on edge are you? Attempting to figure out, my true motive?”

She ignored him not wanting to deal with his mind games. “But I have to warn you, it is large single bed.” Yomi nodded. “Well unless, I place you down with the humans.” She smirked, “I was going to get information on them. “Though they are quite tempting, it has been awhile since I’ve eaten human.”

They both laughed, “I was thinking the same. Though, one of them is the mate of Risen’s son.” She continued to gossip, “you wouldn’t believe it, but Yoko has fallen in love, with another human.” the look on Yomi’s face, was pay back enough. “Well leave it to the fox,” he said. They sat in silence, for a few moments. Yomi stood, as he pushed in the chair. As he walked to the door. “I will speak with you, later Yomi and there will be a guard at the end of the hall to help you to your room.” Yomi had left, and Mukuro leaned back into the chair sighing.

They humans had arrived, she could hear there voices; though the walls of her fortress. As they were unloading the bodies, and placing them in the pods. She had figured the spirit beast was faster then the men on foot and they would arrive shortly after. It was becoming dusk and she was being to feel sleepy. She called out; the guard at the door. “I will be resting, when Hiei arrives; please him brought to my quarters.” “Yes my lady” he said as he closed the door. She also never noticed how hot it was. She slipped off her vest and long shirt leaving her in her t-shirt and slipped into shorts. She then laid down quickly falling asleep.

As Hiei and Kurama walked up the stairs. It was quite a walk to Mukuro’s chambers. “I do believe she is not pleased with my idea” Kurama said, as he opened the door. “She is not happy, with the fact that you are bringing things; that she use devour into her home. And it will be troubling, for her to see them as guests.” “True enough,” Kurama nodded. Hiei looked down the hallway; he noticed that Shura was wondering around. “Shura?” Kurama asked as the boy spotted them he ran closer to them. “Hey,” he nodded to both of them “What are you doing here.” The fox asked in surprise ignorant of what happened at Enki’s palace. “We just came back, from Ganjeria; the place hasn’t changed much.”

“We helped fight of the last remaing hoard of demons and we revised there trust. So we retrieved more that father planed for. “He smiled brightly proud of his fathers accomplishment. “Where is he now?’ Hiei said as he began to walk the direction towards her chambers. “He is talking with her now; they are making some sort of plan.” He said, when you arrived here, I was told by one of the guards; to get you. “I would have killed him, but I wanted to visit you. He easily kept up, with the fire demon. Kurama stayed back, from them. He had known Hiei, long enough to know when to give the demon space.

Shura was slow at catching on, but after he did. He slowed his passé, walking beside Kurama. “He always gets this way, when father hangs around her.” He said. Hiei had disappeared around the corner and Kurama had stopped to talk to the early teen. “We stayed at Enki’s palace with them. I don’t know much what went, on between my father and her; but it was not taken lightly.” Shura said he knew the fox; he was a close friend, “From what I can tell, Mukuro was in heat. Some how, when she walked past me. All I could smell was the sent of my father.” Kurama felt bad for the boy, smelling mateing sent; was scaring for a young demon. It was a personal sent between two demons. His eyes widened as he began to think “did Yomi really attempt to mate with Mukuro!” he said as he continued to think.

Hiei arrived, at her chambers; he glared at the lazy guard, who had sent Shura to get him instead of doing it him self. He walked in; the sent of Yomi was small; only around the area of the desk. He then looked to see his mate, sound asleep on the bed. She was wearing something driftnet from her normal attire.
