'3...2..1...' Kurama counted down in his head.
"Another bastard is coming after me! Just who the fuck is trying to kill me now!"

Legion is a demon that is made up of over a million demons. Its main objective is to destroy all three worlds. No other information is available.
"Don't be stupid. The only reason why Legion is after you is because you are a half demon. Besides, you are the only one that he wants to kill, everyone else he just wants to torture within an inch of our lives," Genkai said.
"But, your only Legion's icing on the cake he wants to eat. Legion, ever since my father dealt with him five thousand years ago, has wanted the beerier between all three worlds to come down, urger the three into one," Koenma said.
"King Enma actually did something...stop the presses," Yusuke dryly commented.
"You may have a low opinion of my father now, but the reason why my father is feared was because he drove Legion back to the dark corner he's been hiding in for all this time. You may think that he's going after you exclusively, but that's because you're a half demon and no other reason," Koenma added.
"Legion, and other demon with his mind set, hate half demons for many reasons, but there is a reason why they are all killed so quickly. while a demon can be a vile creature, I believe that we can all agree that a human can perform acts of unspeakable evil," Kurama began and all agreed with the statement. "However, one of my kind, that is, an animal spirit of the dog variety once said that a man's true strength lies in having someone to protect."
"And, this Legion knows this. That's why this demon will ignore the lot of you, save for you, Keiko," Genkai said.
"Grrr...aaaahhhhh!" Yusuke shouted and transformed into his demon form. "Bastard," he growled.
"I'm going to have a talk with my father. I've got to check up on a hunch that I'm hoping is wrong," Koenma said and quickly left without saying any more.
"the rest of you, scram,. I and fox boy need to talk to the love birds," Genkai said. Kurama sighed, knowing that the old woman was talking like that because this wasn't going to be easy.
Genkai began the moment that it was only the four left, "I doubt that it's crossed that thick block that is your head, Yusuke, but with that demon blood of yours awakening, you increased your life span by several centuries."As you may have guessed, demons live far longer I think you both know where this conversation is going," Kurama said. Yusuke closed his eyes and Keiko bit her lip.
"I'm going to live longer than Keiko," Yusuke quietly uttered.
"Demons, when they do find their mate as we call it, leave a mark to insure our territory," Kurama explained.
"And you certainly act like she's your territory," Genkai remarked. Yusuke growled and Keiko blushed.
"Animal spirits leave a physical mark...usually on the neck. Other demons, like what you are Yusuke, leave a mark on the soul with their power. This 'marking' takes place during..." Kurama began and thought of a tactful way of saying it, but Genkai beat him to the punch.
"Don't beat around the bush Kurama, just say that it happens while they're fucking," the old woman said and Yusuke snarled at Genkai while Keiko felt as if her face would start a fire that would destroy all of Japan.
"Genkai, while a bit brazen in the manner she worded it, is correct,," Kurama confirmed.
"So love birds, do with that what you will," Genkai said and the two left the couple alone.

"I assume you know about the beerier. I also assume that you also know that Legion is back," Koenma began.
"Yes. I know exactly what Legion is doing," Enma said.
"You do?"
"I do. Legion will make all those demons in demon world fight each other to the death. He'll then gather those that will survive the chaos he'll drop the beerier and let those demons that are still alive into the human world. Those demons along with Legion, will destroy the human world and then in Spirit World."
"Why do I get the feeling that you wanted Hiei, Kurama, and Yusuke to be trapped behind that beerier as well."
"Legion was making it presence known during that Demon World tournament. I was hoping that they would all be trapped afterwards,
"Why?"
"Hiei and Kurama are dangerous, no matter how many times they've helped your former spirit detective. And you know the standing order on him."
"You'll have to execute that order yourself. No one in Spirit World is strong enough to beat Yusuke."
"And that's why I'll wait until Legion and the former spirit detective fight. I shall personally come and finish off the winner."
"I see..."
"In the mean time, find another spirit detective. that's an order."
"Fine, but for the record, I don't approve of the way you are going to handle this and my having to replace Yusuke," Koenma said and left.

"Gaaahhhh!" Yusuke shouted as his demon and spirit energy blasts creating craters in the sand. He stopped to catch his breath.
"Better?"
"Not until I can get a chance to kick that Legion's ass," Yusuke said and relaxed his posture.
"You need a hair cut," Keiko giggled.
"I know, I've got more hair in this form," he sighed out.
"Were Genkai and Kurama right?"
"Well...about the whole living longer thing, yeah. Now the rest of what they said, we'd have to try that," Yusuke finished with a grin.
"You pervert," Keiko retorted.
"Listen," he sighed, "you know how I was raised, or not raised, I turned out...if they are right...you still want to be with me for who knows how long with an angry fuck-tard like me?" he asked, getting frustrated that he couldn't get the words out. In response, she hugged him.
"You big lug, of course...I've put up with you for most of our lives. Plus, I know that most of your behavior comes from the lack of parents," Keiko replied. "Bad enough you have no father but your mother acting like she does..."
"I won't leave you again...just promise me that you won't abandon me," he quietly requested.
"I promise," she said and continue to hold him, playing with some of his long hair.

Legion hovered high above Demon World. The sea of blood that was being spilled was an enjoyment to the being of a million demons. Once the weakest links were filtered out, it would lead the strong in an attempt to destroy the human world. Then, Spirit world would fall.
'As for that halfling,' Legion thought, 'he won't be alive much longer.'
