Chapter 2
~*~Hello again! Wow I am really surprised at the reviews I have gotten thus far from this story. I truly wasn’t expecting it to be popular, but I am glad that it is. I was hoping for certain people to review (people who were fans of my other stories), and was more than happy to see BlueUtopiah and KyoHana two people who have so graciously reviewed other stories of mine review and actually like this one. I would also like to say thank you to both these authors as well as tellnoone_noonetells who was also gracious enough to review as well and with such wonderful words. I am glad that I was able to make you like an AU, and I hope I don’t end up disappointing you. Nytekit… you are right it is partly influenced by Sensual Phrase (Hence the band name Sensual Sadism). I am not however going to have it be similar too much to that particular Anime or Manga… as I’m keeping this story close to the band Dir en Grey. Alright now… now I get to tell you the name of the song you might want to hear before you read this story, but to give you a note on top of it. When you hear this song I want you to the best of your ability to ignore the guitar solo in it… the reasoning behind that will be explained in the third chapter, but you can probably guess what it is. Anyway the song is called Akuro no Oka by Dir en Grey. You can check out the actual song so you know what Hiei is singing (and how it sounds in Japanese since the lyrics will be written in English for effect, but Hiei is singing in Japanese.) here at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vla7hKNBbO4 please focus on the vocalist Kyo in this video as that is exactly how Hiei performs the song, so it’s important to watch this video first. I hope you all enjoy this chapter as well. The relationship between Hiei and Kurama will begin to happen later, but don’t worry I promise not to leave you lemon-less… I have another couple to write about in here, and well Hiei and Kurama both will be having solo time and wet dreams so no fears. Once again review and let me know what you think. It really does help me to get my chapters written faster.~*~
Chapter Two
The entire band gathered together the next day at exactly twelve in the afternoon, none of the other members wanting to face Hiei’s wrath for being late, especially considering his dislike of being up anytime before twelve to be anywhere. Each member currently held a look of defeat on his face, with the exception of Hiei who looked calm, cool, and collected. Shifting his frame against the wall of the studio he had been leaning against he eyed his band mates. Yusuke was practicing with his bass, Karasu was busy drumming out some random tune, while Kuronue was sitting in a chair off to the side tuning his acoustic guitar having finished tuning the electric.
He was almost irritated at the looks on their faces as if there was no hope for their band whatsoever since Kurama had said no. Yusuke looked bothered by it, but in some odd way as if he didn’t care. That was typical of the boy; he expected things to go his way regardless, if someone turned him down he would hunt for someone better. Only what Yusuke didn’t know was that there was no one better and Hiei knew this, knew it from the moment the redheaded guitarist had laid out his solo. Kuronue looked upset, but was attempting to hide it and doing a poor job at it he might add. Karasu looked worried for his lover and nothing more, his gaze frequently traveled from his precious drums over to Kuronue where he stared for moments before forcing his gaze back to the drums. Hiei shook his head. All of them were hopeless, and for once he had to be the level headed one, simply because he knew what he wanted and well he would have it one way or another.
“You guys I’ve decided what song we’re performing tonight.” The words fell from Hiei’s lips in a matter of fact tone that immediately stopped the others from doing what they were doing.
“Oh? What song Hiei?”
Hiei allowed his gaze to shift to Kuronue not surprised in the least that he would be the one to speak up. The guitarist often acted as leader when he himself was too damn lazy to do so. He hated the fact that since the band had been his idea they made him leader, but he felt as if truly Kuronue was. He handled everything damn near, and personally Hiei liked it that way. They could call him leader all they wanted, but everyone knew who the true driving force behind the band was.
“Akuro no Oka.”
“Hiei that song doesn’t even have a guitar solo yet…” Kuronue frowned while looking at Yusuke who merely shrugged his shoulders begging indifference, and Karasu nodded his head agreeing with him.
“He’s right Hiei… why perform a song that doesn’t even have a guitar solo, and screams for one?” Karasu allowed his violet gaze to shift from his boyfriend to look to Hiei with a slightly raised brow.
“That is the exact reason why we should perform it.”
“Hiei this makes no sense… you want us to perform a song that isn’t completed. What game are you playing at?” Yusuke rubbed the back of his head irritably. Hiei was making no sense and hadn’t been since the night before when Kuronue’s friend turned them down.
“I am not playing a game; I’m going after what I want. Now you guys can sit here and argue my choice until you are blue in the face, but I am not changing my mind.” Hiei paused allowing his gaze to settle on each of his band members for effect before he pushed off the wall and walked over to his microphone. “I am the one who has to sing the song so my choice should be the right one right? I know what I’m doing… let’s just practice to make sure we got it down for tonight.”
The others all looked at each other with confusion on their faces, none of them getting what Hiei was doing having them play a song that wasn’t completed. It was Karasu who shrugged and lifted his drumsticks and started the countdown for the song figuring that it wouldn’t work to argue with Hiei in a mood like this, they could only follow their leader and pray he would steer them in the right direction.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The club was packed that night from the time they had arrived and only got even more so as the night went on and the various bands went through their performances. Hiei had gotten his sister to put their band on the performance list, and they were about to go on here in a bit anyway. Running a hand through his blond locks he allowed his gaze to shift through the room looking for his Sister. She had promised to look out for Kurama and would make sure he sat up front with her. It wasn’t hard to find Yukina with her beautiful blue hair and right next to her sure enough seated up front was the guitarist Hiei had been hoping would show. So he had been right after all… the redhead was more than curious about the band. Nodding his head satisfied he turned to walk over to the rest of his band as yet another band walked off the stage.
“You ready Hiei?” Yusuke asked once he had reached them his dark eyes sparkling with excitement.
“Am I ever not ready?” Hiei smirked shaking his head as he smoothed out his black suit with a simple red tie that fell over his bare chest. His hands were gloved in black leather and covered in various rings. He had gone heavy on the makeup tonight, painting his face white and covering his lids in black kohl, thick lashes framed his black gaze. He still looked masculine, but with an effeminate beauty that gave pause to those stealing a peek at him.
“We’re all ready Leader-sama…” at the sound of their band’s name Kuronue smiled and looked to his friends. “Well here we go.”
Karasu lead the way on stage heading toward the drum set immediately getting cat calls from a few of the male customers. He was dressed in a long black skirt with a suit jacket and a red tie that matched Hiei’s outfit as the rest of the band wore a suit with pants that matched as well, all with black shirts underneath, his long beautiful midnight blue locks cascading down his back in waves. His own makeup was done flawlessly, his eyes lined in black with black and red eye shadow, his lips painted a deep red. Yusuke was next his hair was left in a bowl on the top and fell long in the back and the top spiked slightly, pale makeup covering his face, eyes lined black, and lips painted a deep plum. Kuronue didn’t need to move far, he moved to a barstool set up on stage where he sat, his acoustic resting on his lap a bit, after making sure the mic and everything was set up right. His red hair fell in an array of spikes on the top and long on the sides and in the back. His lips were painted a softer red and pursed slightly as he looked to the crowd.
Kurama smiled seeing Kuronue who didn’t look in the least bit nervous; his eyes fell on each of the members until his gaze finally landed on Hiei seeing him walk on stage. To say he looked gorgeous was an extreme understatement. The way he moved on stage reminded Kurama of the erotic sway of a single candle flame, powerful enough to destroy, but beautiful enough to captivate. As Hiei faced the crowd and his eyes raised Kurama had to hold his breath to keep from gasping. No one should look that beautiful in makeup and still manage to look dangerous.
“Shhh…” Hiei paused waiting for the crowd who were yelling and cheering to quiet down. One they were silent he allowed his gaze to sweep the room before settling his eyes on emerald green orbs. “I hope this touches someone…”
Kurama shifted slightly in his chair hearing those words fall from Hiei’s painted lips. His voice seemed overly sensual tonight for some reason. Watching the vocalist close his eyes as the lights dimmed Kurama was unsure if he should stay in his seat. His body, his heart wanted him to stay, but his mind said to flee before something bad could happen. Once Hiei left his dressing room Kurama had been unable to shake his words, and that bothered him, but what bothered him more was the possibility that this performance would give Hiei exactly what he wanted. Him.
As a single purple light lit up on Kuronue the guitarist began to strum the acoustic guitar, the light framing him and casting an unearthly glow upon his frame as he played the same tune four times then the drums and some random guitarist joined in. Kurama felt the music pierce his soul, but his gaze was on Hiei who wrapped a single hand around the mic as the stage lit up in purple lights. Hiei leaned forward and didn’t move other than to hold that mic with a single hand. He still couldn’t be seen very well, and Kurama found himself straining to get a good look at him.
Once the other musicians stopped Kuronue did a small acoustic solo to introduce the true start of the song which was soon started by the small tap on the drums that Karasu made, as a single brighter purple light hit Hiei stealing Kurama’s breath away as the vocalist began to sing raising his second hand to the mic and switching off lowering the other as his voice echoed repeating his words, Yusuke’s bass, Kuronue’s guitar, and Karasu’s drums was all one heard, but the effect was powerful on top of Hiei’s voice.
“At that place,” Hiei paused allowing the echo brushing his tongue across his lips as he looked away then lowered his eyes as he brought his lips back to the mic to continue.
“We happened to meet… and now we can’t do anything yet…”
The echo from each pause Hiei gave sent chills down Kurama’s spine. The way he moved on stage breathed fluid grace, and how serene and beautiful he looked stole Kurama’s breath away. He was surprised the vocalist who showed so little emotion the night before could have such emotion.
“In this town, we happened to meet…and now I cannot love anyone, yet…” The holding of yet sent everyone in the crowd cheering as the guitarist who was unseen continued to play along with the band for a small pause before Hiei started up again.
“You are now, at that hill, where we two saw this sky that you are staring at. I am now, at this sky, where we two were that hill that I am staring at.” Hiei was by now holding the mic with two hands, his beautiful gaze meeting the audience, but mostly seeking Kurama’s gaze often held then faded away. As the chours started Hiei’s passion grew for his song, his movements showed it.
“Withered flowers like that point in time its good only once more wanting to bloom beautifully. Within this night even spirit, even ideals melt into the darkness at least, even for tonight I'll be by your side.” Hiei held his arm up and his hand outstretched his eyes locking on Kurama’s as if to say “play for me.”
Kurama clenched his fists in his lap his heart pounding as the music picked up and took over. He would have shut his eyes when Hiei lowered his arm and looked away, but his eyes quickly found his again and Kurama was held in capture unable to escape as Hiei’s voice whispered into the mic creating a sensual feel that danced over the room. Some of the others had moved closer to the stage the song flowing about them in that beautiful voice in fluent Japanese enrapturing and enthralling all who dared to hear the whispered words.
“At that place, my encounter with you everything will begin and now, we can't do anything. In this town, my encounter with you and now, with you who cannot love anyone, the two of us again, to that hill.”
Kurama’s heart stopped at Hiei’s words not wanting to believe that such beauty and emotion could come from the same man who had bothered him the night before. The one whose face seemed made of stone, and yet now he was like an open book. His gaze kept that same meaning, “Play for me.” He didn’t have to say it, Kurama didn’t need to hear it… he could feel it as if Hiei had somehow managed to push his way into his very heart and was changing his feelings completely. He watched the vocalist lean his head back and simply let the others play, but Kurama felt something was missing here… he needed a guitar solo… and Kurama could hear it playing in his head, and he ached suddenly to be up there… to give the vocalist what he was looking for.
Tossing his hair out of his face Hiei moved back toward the mic as Yusuke took his bass solo and played it with all the emotion he was feeling. Once he got his cue he began to sing again his dark eyes looking to the crowd as he did so, but his gaze caught Kurama’s and he could see the feelings in his eyes warring. It was working.
“Withered flowers like that point in time its good only once more wanting to bloom beautifully.” Hiei brought his hand to his heart and allowed his gaze to flutter closed for a moment as he continued to sing, opening his entire soul for that moment in time to bare himself before the crowd, especially one in particular. “Within this night even spirit, even ideals melt into the darkness at least, even for tonight.”
Kurama watched as Hiei raised his hands up as he continued to sing and swayed his body to the music as if lost in it, his eyes drifting closed. It was almost enough to undo him, enough to make him want to rush to him and just say yes over and over again. Shaking his head he tried to undo the feelings Hiei was creating in him, but found himself failing miserably.
“The bond that joined us is broken I, deeply depressed saw at the end, I loved you a dream that won't come true wait at the hill of Acropolis I want to sink into sleep with you to unwakeable dreams.”
The way he moved, the way his arm lowered in such defeat for a moment brought tears to Kurama’s eyes that he fought not to shed. What had Hiei done to him? He needed to get out of here, but the song wasn’t over yet. Gripping the edges of the chair he forced himself to stay put, he would not be seen running out of here like some weak female.
Hiei’s eyes met Kurama’s again and he held it this time unmoving as he began his final lines. He was pleading with his gaze even as he sung the words to his song, he too was fighting more emotions inside of him than anyone outside of the band knew… but he bared this burden each time he sung, and each time he did the shell he surrounded himself in shattered and left him bare… just as he was now baring himself completely before Kurama.
“The past can never be restored, but... in another incarnation I will search for you, so” Hiei stretched out his arms, tears welling into his eyes as he sung, the words having deep meaning inside of him. There was more to this than just getting Kurama in the band, he felt something happening between them tonight, something that even he was afraid of. Raising his hands up to his heart as he finished belting out that line he continued into the final one his eyes drifting closed a moment then reopening to hold emerald orbs with onyx ones wanting him to feel exactly how he felt.
“Until that time wait for me yet now at that hill,” Hiei raised both hands to the mic and tore his gaze away from Kurama’s as tears spilled and he belted out the final words full of a harsh guttural pain that for another musician would know that that was not how it was to end, but it was the emotion taking over Hiei in that point as he felt choked up, “you are not there!....”
As those yelled words hit Kurama tears filled his eyes as the stage darkened again and focused on Kuronue who strummed the final notes on his electric guitar until all went silent and the light on Kuronue faded slowly with the final strum and the crowd went wild.
“Excuse me…” Kurama stood then and hurried out of the club and into the night air so no one could see the tears running down his face. His black skirt settled about his legs as he closed his eyes and leaned against the wall letting the tears fall at will. There was something about Hiei at that last moment, the cry in those words… it was almost as if he was admitting that without him he couldn’t do this. It was too personal… it was too much in general. Wiping his face with a black lace trimmed handkerchief he took a breath before pulling a cigarette out of his purse and lighting it, keeping his eyes closed once he made sure he looked alright and as if nothing was really wrong.
Inside Hiei and the others were swarmed by people who loved their performance. They could barely get to Yukina’s table, but managed after a long while. Sitting down each of them thanked the numerous people who approached them to congratulate them on the show, or to leave words on how much the performance touched them. Kuronue chuckled seeing Hiei ready to fight the numerous people calling him “kawaii.” Hiei hated that word more than anything, and the idea of people actually finding him cute was an insult. Shaking his head he looked to Yukina and smiled a bit.
“Where did Kurama go?”
“He excused himself as soon as the performance was over, I think I saw him head outside… he seemed to be in a hurry.” Yukina smiled at Kuronue before hugging her brother ignoring the way Hiei tense up at the show of affection. For someone with so much emotion on stage, he was a hard one to get to touch or even show love to.
“I’m going to go find him, I’ll be back… Karasu love, keep Hiei from killing the fans.” Kuronue joked as he stood and made his way through the hordes of people again toward the front door of the club.
About fifteen minutes later he had made his way through the crowd and finally out the front door. Taking a breath of the fresh air he allowed his gaze to wander the front spotting Kurama leaning against the wall of the building by the front windows lighting a cigarette. Moving over to his friend he leaned against the wall next to him and crossed his arms.
“Did you enjoy the show?”
“Yes… you guys really are great.” Kurama didn’t look to his friend as he answered truthfully his eyes drifting closed as he inhaled the first drag of his second cigarette. His hands were shaking slightly, and he was still having trouble controlling the emotions running through him.
“Thanks Kurama, really it means a lot.” Kuronue watched his friend in silence as the other simply nodded his head to his words. Kurama seemed bothered somehow, but not in a bad way, but then again it wasn’t quite good either.
The two settled into a friendly silence as Kurama simply smoked his cigarette. Kuronue himself was unsure how to approach the topic of Kurama joining the band as Hiei had wanted him to. As soon as they had stepped off the stage Hiei despite the tears and the need to fix his makeup told Kuronue to go and ask Kurama again. Running a hand through his red hair he parted his lips and allowed the words to spill forth, hoping in his heart that he didn’t upset Kurama.
“Ano… Hiei wanted…”
“Kuronue… tell him yes.”
“You’ll join the band? What changed your mind?”
Kurama’s gaze flickered then to let it settle on his friend a moment before he turned to face the window that allowed him to look inside. It didn’t take much to see through the crowd of people in order to meet Hiei’s eyes. Their gazes held a moment as Kurama took a final drag of his cigarette and turned away from the window to let his eyes meet Kuronue’s.
“He did.”
Kuronue watched in shock as Kurama flicked his cigarette away from him and walked off. What in the hell had Hiei said to Kurama the night before? What had he meant by Hiei changing his mind? The way his eyes had looked when he said those words seemed as if there was more to this story that either man knew or was willing to share. Shaking his head he watched his friend disappear around the corner and turned to head back inside to tell the band the good news.
~*~Author’s Ramblings: There you have it chapter 2. It didn’t turn out as long as I hoped it would, but for some reason it felt right to stop it here. I wrote this chapter so quick that I surprised myself, I’m also going to shamelessly use it as bait to get KyoHana to write another chapter for “What Price Love” (mwahahahaha). I’m fighting with the idea to put Kurama in a Wet Dream scene in the beginning of the next chapter, and perhaps a drunken lemon scene between Karasu and Kuronue following it… what do you guys think? Please tell me in your reviews. I seriously hope I was able to effectively show the emotion between Kurama and Hiei… as I’m sure you can guess by now Kurama has already written the solo in his heart, the question is now will he play it for Hiei. Hm… With his agreement to join the band what does this mean for Hiei and Kurama? What about the electricity obviously showing between them already? Will the band become an instant success, and if so how long will it take before Hiei and Kurama give into each other’s needs? How long will they fight it? And why does the songs Hiei sings draw such emotion out of him? Does it have to do with his past? So many questions… some of which will be answered… So stay tuned for the next chapter of Sensual Sadism!~*~
“At that place, my encounter with you everything will begin and now, we can't do anything. In this town, my encounter with you and now, with you who cannot love anyone, the two of us again, to that hill.”
Kurama’s heart stopped at Hiei’s words not wanting to believe that such beauty and emotion could come from the same man who had bothered him the night before. The one whose face seemed made of stone, and yet now he was like an open book. His gaze kept that same meaning, “Play for me.” He didn’t have to say it, Kurama didn’t need to hear it… he could feel it as if Hiei had somehow managed to push his way into his very heart and was changing his feelings completely. He watched the vocalist lean his head back and simply let the others play, but Kurama felt something was missing here… he needed a guitar solo… and Kurama could hear it playing in his head, and he ached suddenly to be up there… to give the vocalist what he was looking for.
Tossing his hair out of his face Hiei moved back toward the mic as Yusuke took his bass solo and played it with all the emotion he was feeling. Once he got his cue he began to sing again his dark eyes looking to the crowd as he did so, but his gaze caught Kurama’s and he could see the feelings in his eyes warring. It was working.
“Withered flowers like that point in time its good only once more wanting to bloom beautifully.” Hiei brought his hand to his heart and allowed his gaze to flutter closed for a moment as he continued to sing, opening his entire soul for that moment in time to bare himself before the crowd, especially one in particular. “Within this night even spirit, even ideals melt into the darkness at least, even for tonight.”
Kurama watched as Hiei raised his hands up as he continued to sing and swayed his body to the music as if lost in it, his eyes drifting closed. It was almost enough to undo him, enough to make him want to rush to him and just say yes over and over again. Shaking his head he tried to undo the feelings Hiei was creating in him, but found himself failing miserably.
“The bond that joined us is broken I, deeply depressed saw at the end, I loved you a dream that won't come true wait at the hill of Acropolis I want to sink into sleep with you to unwakeable dreams.”
The way he moved, the way his arm lowered in such defeat for a moment brought tears to Kurama’s eyes that he fought not to shed. What had Hiei done to him? He needed to get out of here, but the song wasn’t over yet. Gripping the edges of the chair he forced himself to stay put, he would not be seen running out of here like some weak female.
Hiei’s eyes met Kurama’s again and he held it this time unmoving as he began his final lines. He was pleading with his gaze even as he sung the words to his song, he too was fighting more emotions inside of him than anyone outside of the band knew… but he bared this burden each time he sung, and each time he did the shell he surrounded himself in shattered and left him bare… just as he was now baring himself completely before Kurama.
“The past can never be restored, but... in another incarnation I will search for you, so” Hiei stretched out his arms, tears welling into his eyes as he sung, the words having deep meaning inside of him. There was more to this than just getting Kurama in the band, he felt something happening between them tonight, something that even he was afraid of. Raising his hands up to his heart as he finished belting out that line he continued into the final one his eyes drifting closed a moment then reopening to hold emerald orbs with onyx ones wanting him to feel exactly how he felt.
“Until that time wait for me yet now at that hill,” Hiei raised both hands to the mic and tore his gaze away from Kurama’s as tears spilled and he belted out the final words full of a harsh guttural pain that for another musician would know that that was not how it was to end, but it was the emotion taking over Hiei in that point as he felt choked up, “you are not there!....”
As those yelled words hit Kurama tears filled his eyes as the stage darkened again and focused on Kuronue who strummed the final notes on his electric guitar until all went silent and the light on Kuronue faded slowly with the final strum and the crowd went wild.
“Excuse me…” Kurama stood then and hurried out of the club and into the night air so no one could see the tears running down his face. His black skirt settled about his legs as he closed his eyes and leaned against the wall letting the tears fall at will. There was something about Hiei at that last moment, the cry in those words… it was almost as if he was admitting that without him he couldn’t do this. It was too personal… it was too much in general. Wiping his face with a black lace trimmed handkerchief he took a breath before pulling a cigarette out of his purse and lighting it, keeping his eyes closed once he made sure he looked alright and as if nothing was really wrong.
Inside Hiei and the others were swarmed by people who loved their performance. They could barely get to Yukina’s table, but managed after a long while. Sitting down each of them thanked the numerous people who approached them to congratulate them on the show, or to leave words on how much the performance touched them. Kuronue chuckled seeing Hiei ready to fight the numerous people calling him “kawaii.” Hiei hated that word more than anything, and the idea of people actually finding him cute was an insult. Shaking his head he looked to Yukina and smiled a bit.
“Where did Kurama go?”
“He excused himself as soon as the performance was over, I think I saw him head outside… he seemed to be in a hurry.” Yukina smiled at Kuronue before hugging her brother ignoring the way Hiei tense up at the show of affection. For someone with so much emotion on stage, he was a hard one to get to touch or even show love to.
“I’m going to go find him, I’ll be back… Karasu love, keep Hiei from killing the fans.” Kuronue joked as he stood and made his way through the hordes of people again toward the front door of the club.
About fifteen minutes later he had made his way through the crowd and finally out the front door. Taking a breath of the fresh air he allowed his gaze to wander the front spotting Kurama leaning against the wall of the building by the front windows lighting a cigarette. Moving over to his friend he leaned against the wall next to him and crossed his arms.
“Did you enjoy the show?”
“Yes… you guys really are great.” Kurama didn’t look to his friend as he answered truthfully his eyes drifting closed as he inhaled the first drag of his second cigarette. His hands were shaking slightly, and he was still having trouble controlling the emotions running through him.
“Thanks Kurama, really it means a lot.” Kuronue watched his friend in silence as the other simply nodded his head to his words. Kurama seemed bothered somehow, but not in a bad way, but then again it wasn’t quite good either.
The two settled into a friendly silence as Kurama simply smoked his cigarette. Kuronue himself was unsure how to approach the topic of Kurama joining the band as Hiei had wanted him to. As soon as they had stepped off the stage Hiei despite the tears and the need to fix his makeup told Kuronue to go and ask Kurama again. Running a hand through his red hair he parted his lips and allowed the words to spill forth, hoping in his heart that he didn’t upset Kurama.
“Ano… Hiei wanted…”
“Kuronue… tell him yes.”
“You’ll join the band? What changed your mind?”
Kurama’s gaze flickered then to let it settle on his friend a moment before he turned to face the window that allowed him to look inside. It didn’t take much to see through the crowd of people in order to meet Hiei’s eyes. Their gazes held a moment as Kurama took a final drag of his cigarette and turned away from the window to let his eyes meet Kuronue’s.
“He did.”
Kuronue watched in shock as Kurama flicked his cigarette away from him and walked off. What in the hell had Hiei said to Kurama the night before? What had he meant by Hiei changing his mind? The way his eyes had looked when he said those words seemed as if there was more to this story that either man knew or was willing to share. Shaking his head he watched his friend disappear around the corner and turned to head back inside to tell the band the good news.
~*~Author’s Ramblings: There you have it chapter 2. It didn’t turn out as long as I hoped it would, but for some reason it felt right to stop it here. I wrote this chapter so quick that I surprised myself, I’m also going to shamelessly use it as bait to get KyoHana to write another chapter for “What Price Love” (mwahahahaha). I’m fighting with the idea to put Kurama in a Wet Dream scene in the beginning of the next chapter, and perhaps a drunken lemon scene between Karasu and Kuronue following it… what do you guys think? Please tell me in your reviews. I seriously hope I was able to effectively show the emotion between Kurama and Hiei… as I’m sure you can guess by now Kurama has already written the solo in his heart, the question is now will he play it for Hiei. Hm… With his agreement to join the band what does this mean for Hiei and Kurama? What about the electricity obviously showing between them already? Will the band become an instant success, and if so how long will it take before Hiei and Kurama give into each other’s needs? How long will they fight it? And why does the songs Hiei sings draw such emotion out of him? Does it have to do with his past? So many questions… some of which will be answered… So stay tuned for the next chapter of Sensual Sadism!~*~
