Chapter 1: Nightly Attacks
It was a dark night where people think it's peaceful. That you can watch the star twinkle in the night sky and relax in the cool air all around the area. However it's in this night, that the peace of being safe has been removed.
Out in the lone night is a girl about seventeen years, walking through the park in Tokyo where she thought would be a short cut to get to her home. She had to take a short cut because she did not think that she will last long with the tiring day that she had at work. They had to put her overtime since it was crowned in the restaurant. So there she was, walking through the park so she could get home soon.
Snap
She stops. Wondering what the sound was. 'I guess I'm imagining things again. Man I must be tired.' So she just ignores the noise since she was to tired to acknowledge what is was and just keeps walking home.
Snap
There it was again. Now there must be something out there. Or someone.
"Alright I know that you're there, I know how to defend myself, so just leave my alone." Frighten as the girl is, she won't be able to defend herself. And then, out of nowhere in a blink of an eye, there stands a man that looked very scary. Even though it was night she can tell that the man had fangs in his teeth. So she thought of one way to handle the problem with the psycho.
She runs.

She was runs as fast as her legs can carry her. Until, when she looked back to see if he was still following her, she trips on a rock and falls to her side. At first she was a little disoriented from the fall, but became fully aware of her surroundings. She search frantically to see if he was still around. 'I guess I lost him. Now to get the hell out of here.' She goes on her hands and knees to get herself up until she sees a pair of shoes infront of her. She looks up, and screams.
"HHHHEEEEELLLLLPPPPP MMMMEEEEEE, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME." She crawls away from him but didn't help at all. He comes right behind her and hold her tightly, still screaming her lungs out for someone to help.
"Shut the fuck up you stupid human or this won't be any painless." The man behind, hold her but she doesn't comply. His hungry is so strong he can't take it anymore. His fangs start to grow bigger and his face starts to get wrinkly, showing its true form and his eyes start to change from a brown color to a yellow color.
The girl turns her head around and screams even more. There behind her was some kind of monster that she has never faced before in her entire life. With one swift move, the monster bends his head down and bites on her neck. The girl lost her voice. The monster sucks all of her blood until he thought he drank her dry. Then with another swift move he snaps her neck and drops her into the ground.
"Mmm, female blood is always better then any other, I think I'll have some more." The monster smirks, and leaves the area before someone did hear the girl and comes to investigate.

In Reikai world
"Koenma sir"
A small ruler which is the size of an infant looks to one of his assistants that just enters the office. "Yes Ayama what is that you have to report for me day." Koenma said, stamping away piles of paper on his desk that he needs to finish up. 'Why does my father have to put me with so much paper work.' He signs.
"Sir there are accounts of deaths for the past three days and the cause of these deaths have been unknown." Says Ayame handing her report to Koenma.
"What do you mean unknown deaths." Stopping his paper work to listen what has to be said.
"Well sir, these so called deaths are not of natural causes." Ayame said being very serious about this. She hands him the report, Koenma looks at the report and his eyes go wide. "This can't be. Twenty death. How can this be. Explain Ayama."
"Well sir, these people have been killed by lose of a lot of blood. The victims have these bite mark on their necks and other parts of their body that the blood has been drawn out of. That is why they are unheard of." Just like Koenma, Ayama has never seen these many deaths before, and under three day now less.
"What kind of phenomenaon could cause this chaos."
"I don't know sir."
Lord Koenma leans on his chair and tries to think of a solution to this problem. "GEORGE", Koenma yells for the blue skin ogre. In seconds the doors bust open revealing a very panting ogre. "You called Koenma sir", trying to catch his breath.
"I want you to summon Botan and other ogre to get the bottom of this problem. Ayama, I want you to brief them on this and help as well. If I must I will summon Yusuke and the other as well. Understand." saying a serious Koenma.
They both nodded and leave the office for the tiny ruler to think things over.
