Chapter one
Within a matter of a minutes the seed had bloomed into a brilliant blackish red flower. This was a surprise for Kurama because he had never thought Yusuke to be a demon before now. And an even bigger surprise for Yusuke.
“Yusuke, do you know of any one in your family that is descended from demons?” Asked Kurama
“No.” Said Yusuke. He couldn’t understand why this was happening or even why he felt so hot. He had opened a window earlier. But still he felt like he was roasting. The clothes he had been wearing were soaked as were bed sheets.
Kurama could see as well as smell that Yusuke was sweating a lot. This was not a good sign because that could only mean that if he did not mate or bond soon that he would die.
“Yusuke, listen to me I need you to do the same thing that I do and say the same thing I will ok.” Kurama said.
“Ok.” Yusuke answered wanting all this stuff he was feeling to stop by any means necessary.
Kurama then called off the Demon’s Blood and made it a seed again. Then he pulled a small jack knife out of his pocket and cut his left palm open before handed it to Yusuke. Yusuke did the same thing and then Kurama put their hands together.
After a few minutes of their blood mixing Kurama said “By our mixed blood, we bond each other.”
“By our mixed blood, we bond each other.” Yusuke repeated and his head became clear again.
“What just happened?” Asked Yusuke interested in knowing how Kurama had stopped the dizzy spells.
“For all purpose we bond. It’s like a friendship link.” Answered Kurama.
/Telepathy/
/A friendship link? What’s that?/
“A friendship link is made when two friends agree that it is needed. And sometimes it can become more. Does that answer your question Yusuke?” Asked Kurama
/I didn’t think that I said that out loud./
Kurama thought about that when he heard it and for some reason the link made them both telepath to each other.
/Yusuke can you hear this?/
/Yeah/
/It seams that the bond had made a telepathic link between us. And I’m not sure as to why that happened. Because normally such things don’t happen in this kind of bonding./
At this time Kurama thought of a wall. At once one appeared in his mind so that he and Yusuke did not accidentally end up thinking something the other would find offensive.
“Do you feel better?” Asked Kurama.
“Yes, but why did we do that?” asked Yusuke
“Because you needed to” said Kurama
Kurama had noticed was that Yusuke was still sweating. That did not bode well for Yusuke because that could mean that this would work for a few weeks. Kurama hoped that he could talk with Keiko first because he would need to mate soon. Since she was a human she did have trouble comprehending things that were not of her world. He hoped that she would hear him out and not let this ruin their friendship or even Yusuke’s relationship with her. He also hoped that somehow Yusuke wouldn’t find out or at least would not have much problem it he did find out that Kurama has a sort of crush on Yusuke, but that was not a problem at this time.
“Kurama will this fix the problem?” asked Yusuke
“In truth I don’t really know, but I hope that it will. Nothing like this has ever been performed on a human or at least a half demon before. It also depends on what type of demon blood you have.” Said Kurama
“What does that matter?” asked Yusuke
“Because there are some types of demons that need to mate when they came of age. However there is no way to tell when that event happens. And sometimes that means that they need someone that can and will deal with their powers as they came out” answered
