Hiei's Harem - Pt. 8 - Discovering

Scene 18 ----------- Back in Demon World/A Couple Hours Later


* When Hiei sits up again he glances toward his guardian then stands and moves to snatch up his cloak.


Habataro- Are you angry with me?


* Hiei snorts.


Hiei- After a session like that? H--- no.. In fact, I commend your.. teacher.


* Hiei turns to look at Hab closing his cloak. The Lynx demon stands to move to his own discarded clothes.


Hiei- So.. Uhh..


* The Koorime wrenches his eyes away from the male's rear when he bends to pick up his pants. Hiei gives quite a mental struggle against his renewed desire to tackle the demon. He scowls as he regroups his line of thought.


Hiei- You and your.. brother have been..?


* Habataro shrugs and glances toward his conflicted Alpha as he puts the deerskin pants back on.


Habataro- He and I have always had a.. special connection.. We just never.. acted on it.. much..

Hiei- So you have me to blame for..

Habataro- No.. Actually,..


* Habataro faces Hiei completely after throwing his thin shirt on, leaving it open down the front.


Habataro- I have you to thank for that.. For quite a few years there's been a heavy.. tension..


* The Lynx notices that Hiei has become a bit 'distracted' and quickly begins to button up his shirt.


Habataro- Between Cou and I.. But that's gone now.


* Hiei shakes his head and half turns away.


Hiei- I see.


* Hiei looks away thoughtfully a moment, then shrugs.


Hiei- If it don't bother you two why the h--- should I care?


* Hiei starts to leave.


Habataro- So why all the interest in the Breeder Matsua?


* The Koorime stops and looks back at him curiously.


Hiei- You know him?

Habataro- Everyone in this region knows him.. Most of the other alphas do business with him.

Hiei- Most.. But not you?

Habataro- He only deals in breeding and selling demons that he catches or acquires.. Like Dagon told you, it's how he became so wealthy.

Hiei- I don't want s--- like that going on in my region.


* Hab tilts his head curiously.


Habataro- Your.. region?

Hiei- Hn.. Don't you think I could become the Ultimate Alpha?


* Habataro chuckles.


Habataro- Believe me, if anyone could it would be you.. But I thought you had no desire to..

Hiei- There's a lot of things I once had no desire for, Cat.


* Hiei wrenches his eyes away from Habataro and starts to leave again.


Habataro- My brothers, my Clan, and I are at your command, M'Lord.


* Hiei pauses just under a tree.


Hiei- I'll keep that in mind.


* The apparition glances upward then slams a fist against the tree making it tremble.


Hiei- Shironji, wake up ya d--- little perv! Come with me.


* Habataro narrows his eyes when he notices the tiny demon zoom down to land on Hiei's shoulder. When the short apparition disappears into the darkness of the surrounding dense forest the Lynx sighs.


Habataro- Roqueyo was right.. Some go blindly to their fate.


* He shakes his head then heads back to his village.

Okay, once again we come to the end of another sequel. Gee, I don't know.. I'm not sure by your reviews if you want me to really go on with this twisted story.. lol.. Just kidding, of course I'm going to go on. I told you it would be a long road to get where Hiei's going. The next installment will be called Heating Up. :o)
