Hiei's Harem: Pt. 6 - Expanding

You bring up a good point, Tachi. Perhaps both of them were too worked up to notice? Their stand with each other will eventually be made quite evident, at least in my eyes, as the story continues.

Scene 18 ---------------- The Next Morning


* Hiei scowls when a bright beam of the morning sun breaks through the thick canopy of branches that shelter the garden and finds his face. Then he becomes aware of the soft, furry body he's spooning against his front. As Hiei lifts his head he realizes that he and the vixen are still connected from their most recent predawn trist. He feels what his hand, that's draped over her, is so affectionately grasping and smirks. When he gives the semi-firm teat a gentle squeeze one of Lily's ears twitch. She then rolls her head to look at him with a soft growl.


(#) Lily- And they say Kitsunes are insatiable.

Hiei- Hn.. You bring this nature out in me, Fox.


* Hiei's smirk fades to a more serious look as he raises up to lean on his warded arm.


Hiei- How are you feeling this morning?

(#) Lily- Exhausted.. This form has not seen that much action in a long..

Hiei- Wench! I mean..


* Lily's tail thumps his upper thigh.


(#) Lily- I know what you mean, silly.. Let me loose so I can move around a bit.


* Hiei works himself out of her and sits up fully. He closes his cloak shut around him as he watches her stand to all fours, shake, stretch completely, shake again, then trot away from him. His eyes watch her bushy tail sway with her lopey movement, then meets her golden eyes when she turns and comes back to sit on her haunches in front of him. She yawns widely, then brings her tail up to wrap around her forepaws.


(#) Lily- I feel no more pain nor sickness.. All that energy we shared has helped me to absorb the..


* Hiei lifts one of his hands to rub one of her ears again. Lily moans in his mind and leans into the gesture.


(#) Lily- Umm.. That feels.. good.. You really know how to handle a Kitsune.

Hiei- What about the.. remaining..?

(#) Lily- There are only three left.. But they feel pretty strong right now.


* Hiei sighs and shakes his head.


Hiei- Lily, I'm sorry I..


* Lily moves her head closer to press it up under his chin. The affectionate submission silences Hiei.


(#) Lily- I do not blame you, Darling.. As I said last night, this is my own weakness.

Hiei- It's not your fault.. Lily,..

(#) Lily- I will do my best to carry these last three for you.. Perhaps that will relieve some of my shame.. Maybe if I stay in this form it will help me be strong enough.


* For a moment Hiei's eyes unfocus as images of him with the Kitsune in this form for the next couple months blossom unbidden into his mind.

Hiei- I won't complain..


* Lily pulls her head back and pushes him back with one of her paws.


(#) Lily- I just bet you won't.


* Hiei closes his eyes as he relaxes to lay back on the lush grass. He concentrates on the feeling of peace that surges through him and wonders if it is him or if it has come through the bond from Lily. It seems to be a combination. Lily tilts her head with a foxy grin.


(#) Lily- What?


* Hiei raises up onto his elbows and focuses on her again. He considers his words until he feels the Kitsune start to worry. When Lily dips her head he sits up fully again.


(#) Lily- You've just realized what you've done..


* Hiei reacts by reaching out to gather her close to him and embrace her against his chest.


Hiei- Hn.. I have realized something.. I've realized how.. settled I'm becoming here.. with all of you.


* As the desire to continue comforting his mate swells inside him Hiei irresistably nuzzles against the soft fur of her neck.


Hiei- I've never truly had.. a home.. A place where I belonged..


* Lily shifts her head up to lay it on his shoulder.


(#) Lily- Your place is here.. We are all pleased with you, Hiei.. Your ways are a bit.. odd..


* She feels him smirk against her neck. Then he lifts a hand to touch her side. He feels his energy begin to seep into her automatically. For a moment he struggles with the debate of whether or not to open his jagan. But something unsettles him about doing that. Lily further distracts him when she chuckles.


(#) Lily- But we will try to endure.

Hiei- I suppose you will, Fox.


* When the 'feeding' session is complete he pulls back to look at her.


Hiei- I need to check the others.. They'll need my energy, also. Will you come back with me or do you wish to stay here in your garden?

(#) Lily- With the new village protecting us the ravine is much safer..


* Hiei nods and stands.


Hiei- Then rest here and..

(#) Lily- But I wish to stay close to you, Master.


* Hiei blinks at the black Fox a moment, then nods and scoops her up into his arms.


(#) Lily- Hiei,..!?

Hiei- Hn.. I said rest, vixen.. D---, you females can be stubborn.. But I guess I will have to endure it.


* Lily's laughter echoes in his mind as he flits back toward the main cave. Even though the black Kitsune is larger than the foxes in Human World Hiei handles her easily in his arms. When he lands at the edge of the clearing he sets her down and motions toward the others who are all looking toward them.


Hiei- I'm sure they'll have something to feed you.


* Lily sways her tail slowly as she looks over her shoulder toward him.


(#) Lily- Aren't you hungry, also?

Hiei- Go on. Don't worry about me.


* Lily looks back toward the others as Sarista approaches.


Hiei- She'll be in this form until she feels strong enough to shift.


* Sarista nods down at Lily.


Sarista- This is no problem. Cel is warming some rabbit stew up for you.


* Lily bobs her head and lopes off toward the others. Hiei starts toward the Lookout until Sarista touches his arm. She smiles softly at him then tilts her head, takes his hand, and guides him over to join the group as well. Celestia hands him a bowl with a smiling nod.


Celestia- We saved you some, too.

Klarice- Welcome back, Master.


* Hiei glances around as the rest of the group voices their own greetings, then nods slightly, and sits down to eat the stew.
