Scene 15
Scene 15 ----------- Demon World
* Everyone looks up when Hiei and Lily come strolling back through Kuma’s barrier. Sarista stands. She surprises Hiei when she blinks over and gets a handful of Lily’s hair. Lily relaxes and sinks to her knees, conceding to the display of authority.
Hiei- ‘Ris, it’s okay.. She wasn’t being rebellious.
Sarista- No, she was being stupid! You could’ve run into some rogues and gotten yourself killed!
* She glares back down at Lily.
Sarista- Do you have any idea what that would’ve done to him?!
* Lily half glances timidly up at Hiei. The Koorime grasps Sarista’s arm.
Hiei- Let her go, ‘Ris. We got everything worked out.
* Now Sarista breaks her concentration from Lily to look at Hiei again.
Hiei- Hn.
* Sarista releases Lily. When she steps back the Kitsune takes off to go check the twins.
Hiei- Alright, let’s get going now! We don’t have much farther to go!
* He gives Sarista a quick kiss then heads off to get to the front of the pack. Sylk stands to meet Lily when she comes over.
Sylk- You can tend to this boy, I’ll see to the girl. Deal?
* Lily picks up the boy kit.
Lily- His name is Kurasyl.
* Sylk gathers up the female and they start off with the others.
Sylk- And what have you named this one?
* Lily half glances toward the Pantheress.
Lily- Mystria.
* Both Sylk and Eboni, who is nearby, stop. The others from Sylk’s old pack come over. Sylk has stopped and just blinks at Lily a moment.
Sylk- Did.. you say..?
Eboni- Mystria? (1)
* Lily pauses to look at them.
Lily- Yes. That’s what Master Hiei has told me to name her. That was one of the things we.. worked out.
* Sylk swallows and looks down at the baby girl in her arms. Lily looks around at the others. When she sees the expressions on their faces she tilts her head.
Lily- I thought it was a beautiful name.
Sylk- It is.
* When everyone else notices that the small group aren’t following them they stop.
Sarista- We’re going this way, ladies.
* Sylk raises her eyes and meets Hiei’s eyes when she sees that he’s turned towards them. The Koorime smirks knowingly.
(#) Hiei- Hn. You can thank me.. or kill me later.
* When the pack starts moving again the seperated group hurry to catch up. Sylk looks at Tachimaru who is keeping pace beside her now.
Sylk- That little.. man is a real piece of work.
Tachimaru- Master Hiei is the best thing that’s happened to us since.. you took Tsetsuya’s place as our Alpha.
* Sylk glances up at the Tigress who is busy keeping her three cubs going along. She then looks back down at the kit. She pauses a couple beats when she sees how the baby girl is smiling up at her around the tip of her bushy black-streaked silver tail.
Sylk(Quietly)- Mystria.
* The Pantheress wipes her eyes and quickly catches up to the pack again.

(1) Mystria was the name of Sylk’s oldest daughter that was killed in Matsua’s complex. Remember?
