Hiei's Harem - Pt. 3 - Returning

Scene 13 ------------ The Main Cave


* Silis looks at Gamaru when he leaps down from the lookout.


Gamaru- He's coming.

Silis- Gam,..

Gamaru- Just do what I told you! - I'm settling this once and for all.


* Silis glances toward the trees then goes to join the others in the cave. Troiyoku looks up at him.


Silis- Master Hiei is coming.


* Troiyoku goes over when Silis turns to look back outside nervously.


Celestia- Son,..?

Silis- I tried to talk to him.. He's blocking his thoughts from me.. I have no idea..

Troiyoku- I think I do.


* Troiyoku blurs out of the cave and appears next to his brother.


Celestia- Lily told us what kind of poison was used.. It's going to take him a couple days to recover completely.


* Silis glances toward his Mother, then continues watching. Gamaru half glances toward his brother.


Troiyoku- What the h--- are you..?!

Gamaru- This is the time.. I..

Troiyoku- Did you not hear a word I said?! I won't let you..


* Gamaru glares at Troi.


Gamaru- You got the balls to stop me?


* Minoro senses the hostility brewing ahead as soon as he lands beside Hiei and Sarista. Before waiting for any word from Hiei the young Hyena snarls and hurries forward into the clearing to confront the brothers. Hiei shakes his head and follows. Sarista hurries after him.


Hiei- Minoro.. Step aside.


* Sarista starts around Hiei to go confront her son herself, but Hiei reaches out and grabs her arm. Minoro hasn't budged.


Hiei- Now, Mutt!


* Minoro glances back at Hiei.


Minoro- Master,..

Sarista- Gamaru!

Hiei- Both of you, stop! This is between him and me! Both of you into the cave.. Troyo, you, too.


* Sarista looks down at Hiei and he flares out some of his energy.


Hiei- No more arguments.. He wishes to settle this.. Then we will do so.


* It takes every ounce of her control for Sarista to bow her head and start toward the cave. Minoro hesitantly goes after her. But Troiyoku steps toward Hiei.


Troiyoku- Please, let me prove my loyalty to you, Master..

Hiei- You just did. Go keep your mother and the others in the cave. I can handle this.


* Troiyoku swallows as he watches Hiei lock eyes with Gamaru. The elder brother then turns to glare at Gamaru.


Troiyoku- If you do this.. and kill him.. I will be your next opponent.

Hiei- Go now or you will be next, Troiyoku!


* Troi blinks away to stand in front of the cave. Minoro comes out somewhat to join him. He reaches out to touch Troiyoku's arm.


(#) Minoro- You won't be fighting alone if it comes to that.


* Troiyoku half glances toward the new male, then they both concentrate fully on the scene before them. Gamaru doesn't take his eyes off of his Alpha as Hiei moves calmly toward him. He doesn't budge when Hiei unsheathes his katana. It does startle the younger demon, though, when Hiei gives the sword a toss. It skitters to a stop not far from where Troi and Minoro are. The Koorime studies Gamaru a couple moments then blanks his expression and nods.


Hiei- So.. You choose now to make your stand, do you?

Gamaru- Yeah.. I do.

Hiei- Then I hope you are prepared for.. the consequences that your actions will cause.


* Gamaru doesn't respond.


Hiei- We've already witnessed what the loss.. of a child can do to a Mother..

Gamaru- 'Garo's death was..

Hiei- Hn.. It was my fault.. My inexperience.. I have trained you to watch for weakness in your opponent.. I see that you have learned this well.

Gamaru- Hai.. But there is something else I've recently learned..

Hiei- Then show me quickly.. But know this, Gamaru.. I am not going to fight you.


* Gamaru's eyes widen when Hiei lets his hands fall to his sides.


Hiei- I will not bring that kind of pain to your Mother.. As I did to 'Tara.

Gamaru- Sir,..

Hiei- End this quickly.. At least grant me that.


* Before Gamaru responds again he notices the jagan glowing softly behind Hiei's bandana and smirks.


Gamaru- Very well.. I have come to a decision.. Now is the perfect time to make my intentions clear to you.. And to everyone else.


* Hiei remains motionless when Gamaru slowly sinks to his submissive posture, making sure to keep his eyes lower than his Alpha's.


Gamaru- I know.. that you are constantly suspecious of me.. I guess some of my actions have given you just cause.. But I am convinced now, that you are worthy of my complete devotion, Master.


* Inside the cave, nearly everyone who is watching relaxes. Sarista and Troiyoku both remain tense, waiting to see what will transpire. Both know that the Alpha will be within his rights now to not accept Gamaru's show. Finally Hiei steps forward and pushes the ward up off of his jagan. Gamaru drops his eyes to reduce any further risk of challenge.


Hiei- No.. Look up here at me, boy.


* Sarista grasps Troiyoku's arm as she hides her face against it. When Gamaru obeys he swallows.


Hiei- Relax.. Let me determine your true intentions.


* Gamaru slowly nods. He gives no struggle when he feels the jagan exploring his mind. When Hiei is satisfied he closes his jagan and pulls the ward back down. He steels himself when he feels some slight dizziness. Gamaru blinks then reaches out to steady his Alpha.


Gamaru- Master,..


* As soon as he touches Hiei the younger male realizes how truly weak that poison has left him. Hiei rights himself, places one of his hands on Gamaru's head, then starts toward the cave. When he stumbles, Gamaru blinks over, catches him, and carries him to the cave. He pauses to meet Sarista's eyes until she nods. She motions Gamaru to follow her over to her personal alcove. When he has Hiei settled down he stands and faces his Mother.


Gamaru- When I seen how much you've.. grown attached to him I.. I knew I had no other choice but to get over myself.

Sarista- We'll discuss it later.. He needs to rest.

Celestia- He's going to be depending on all of us for the next couple days.

Troiyoku- We should have intervened, Mother..

Sarista- No. It was still his battle to win.. And he did so.

Lily- It was because my plants wouldn't have been strong enough to keep that one out.

Celestia- Enough.. We can fling blame around till we're all old and grey.. The danger came, he met it, and he's still our Alpha.

Hiei- Hn.. Finally someone.. speaks.. sense.


* Sarista crawls into her alcove to look down at Hiei.


Sarista- Oh hush up and go to sleep now.


* She leans and silences his quiet growl with a brief kiss. By the time she pulls away his eyes slide shut and his head rolls toward her. Sarista waves everyone else away, then settles down to hold Hiei as he hibernates. The day's activities have taken their toll on her energy, as well.

Okay. I'm going to cut this segment here. The next installment will be added soon. It will be aptly named HH - Recovering. I know, these titles may be kinda lame. But I was never much for brilliant titles, so it is what it is. See, I told you this one was a monster, lol.
