Hiei's Harem: Pt. 6 - Expanding

Scene 12 ---------- The Ravine


* The rest of the pack looks up when Hiei strolls into the clearing. Sarista stands and goes over to face him. He smirks when she tilts her head, feeling the confusion of what she's sensing settling over her.


Sarista- You didn't find.. clothes..

Hiei- Hn.. I found more than I bargained for, actually.. Your new clothes will be made in a few days.


* Sarista continues to study the difference she feels radiating off of him. She remains calm when Hiei gets the overwhelming desire to yank her mouth to his and obeys. The kiss is deep and hungry and drives her down onto her knees until Hiei's jagan opens slightly to keep him from going any further. Hiei pulls back, closes his true eyes, and reopens them when he regains his composure. As if just realizing the position he's placed Sarista in he backs off with a scowl.


Hiei- What the h--- are you doing down there?


* A couple of the other females glance at each other nervously.


Sarista- Have I.. displeased you, M'Lord?

Hiei- No.. But perhaps we do need to talk.


* Sarista stands and follows Hiei curiously as he moves to check the others. When he feels satisfied that his pack are all safe he relaxes.


Hiei- I have acquired more pack members.


* As soon as he says this things click together in Sarista's brain.


Sarista- How many more?

Hiei- I confronted three brothers from the head family of that village I was going to.. Their Alpha wasn't strong enough to challenge me so..

Sarista- He submitted to you.

Hiei- Hn.. All three of the brothers have pledged themselves to me.. They'll be moving their whole village here and positioning it in front of our canyon.

Celestia- A.. whole village?


* Hiei half glances toward her as he moves toward Lily.


Hiei- Did I not speak clearly enough?


* Hiei stops and looks down at the Kitsune who has resumed her task of brushing out her long, ebony hair.


Hiei- How are you doing?


* Lily glances up at him with a slightly nervous smile. Sarista and Celestia look at each other.


Lily- I'm well, thank you.


* Hiei scowls at her intrepidation, then looks around. He senses nearly the same feelings in all of the others. He watches the three younger males quickly drop their eyes to avoid his gaze and continue cleaning their cheap training swords. Hiei goes over to where they are sitting.


Hiei- When the village gets here I'll see if there's a swordsmith that'll make you three better swords than these pathetic scraps of metal.


* Silis raises his eyes, but not high enough to meet Hiei's.


Silis- These are more than decent, Sir.


* Troiyoku and Gamaru both nod. Hiei studies them then turns to look back toward Sarista.


Hiei- Alright.. What the h--- am I missing here? Why are you all cowering from me now?


* Sarista sighs deeply, then goes over closer to him. She tries to ignore her desire to lay down under the dominating aura that's still radiating from him.


Sarista- Let's.. talk in the cave.


* Lily glances toward the curtain of vines and they part as Hiei and Sarista move toward them. Hiei pauses to look toward the Kitsune and she drops her eyes quickly. Hiei holds the sniping comment that rises to his thoughts and just follows Sarista on inside. He pauses to watch her get comfortable in her alcove. She then looks up and motions for him to join her.


Hiei- Now. Tell me what happened, Woman.

Sarista- You didn't.. mate these three brothers?

Hiei- No. I have enough here to give me headaches until eternity.


* Sarista lowers her eyes and shies away from his gruff answer.


Hiei- Stop that! As long as you've known me now.. You know how I am.

Sarista- I know how you.. were.. How you will be..

Hiei- And how will I be?

Sarista- Answer me first.. How did you.. claim these brothers?

Hiei- I marked them on the left sides of their necks.


* Sarista nods.


Sarista- Tell me what you felt after you finished marking each one.


* Hiei blinks at her a moment, then staves off his growing irritation to answer.


Hiei- I felt.. a rush.. Each time I marked one the surge of.. power.. felt stronger.. After the third one the struggle to control my energy exhausted me..

Sarista- Control.. Then you didn't take any of them, you just..

Hiei- Claimed them. I told them that I wouldn't force myself on them.

Sarista- But you will take them.. You'll not be able to resist the desire to do so.. As much as you are barely able to resist placing me beneath you right now.


* Hiei smirks.


Hiei- Would you have a problem with me doing that?


* Sarista returns the smirk, but in a more submissive, seductive manner. The Koorime feels the stirring quicken in his groin.


Sarista- You know that I would never deny you your right to..


* It startles her when Hiei growls, stands, and turns to leave.


Sarista- Hiei,..


* Hiei stops to glare back down at her.


Hiei- It was your.. deceit that trapped me into this.. I thought you and the others submitted to me because you desired me.. Not because of this 'I have no other choice' s---!


* Hiei starts away again.


Sarista- I thought you wished to know why this change has taken place in you.


* Hiei pauses at the entrance. He takes several moments to calm himself enough to answer.


Hiei- You have told me.. Once again, my Alpha instincts have strengthened.


* He half glances toward her, then looks out toward the others.


Hiei- Because of these d--- instincts you'll all continue to cower around me.. I never cared for the stench of fear from anyone I considered.. family.


* Sarista stands and hurries to the entrance when Hiei leaves.


Sarista- Where are you..?

Hiei- I'm going to go stay in the West Wall cave.. You know how to call me if I'm needed.


* In a blink, Hiei disappears. Sarista goes over to join the others. For several moments none of them can say anything. Finally, Staci glances toward Sarista.


Staci- Mistress?

Sarista- What?

Staci (Quietly)- Is.. that what we really want?


* The others look at her.


Celestia- If it's what he wants..

Staci- Is it?


* All eyes turn back to Sarista. The Fire demoness sighs and lowers her eyes again.


Sarista- As I told you before, Lord Hiei may be very strong.. but he is still young.. He's just taken on a whole new bunch of submissives.

Celestia- So that's why his dominant aura has increased.

Sarista- Hai.. It's reached another level.

Staci- You mean like the last time when you told us his Alpha instincts would take him over?

Sarista- Yes, Staci.. With each time he claimed one of us his instincts grew stronger..

(#) Trinka- But he used his third eye to..

Sarista- But this time he has claimed a whole village.. I'm not sure how long his jagan will be able to keep him balanced.

Lily- Then we have a good reason to be so.. leary of him.. But he still seemed to show concern for me..

D'Tara- He also displayed his desire to continue providing for us.


* A couple more moments of silence exists until Klarice breaks it.


Klarice (Quietly)- We have hurt him, Sarista.. He truly thought that we would be.. impressed with this latest accomplishment..

Lily- Yes.. He even has them bringing their village to place it in front of our canyon.. To protect us better.

Sarista- Or maybe to just keep them close..

Celestia- Did he truly claim them as mates or..?

Sarista- He marked the three brothers in charge on the left sides of their necks.. But he hasn't taken them, yet.

D'Tara- So they are nothing more than his servants.. concubines.. He broke no law in doing that.


* Sarista sighs deeply again.


Sarista- Perhaps, as before, we just need to give him time to settle himself.. When he returns I'll talk to him some more. It's a good chance that he has no idea what the h--- he's done.


* The others all nod or voice their agreement then go about their business.
