Scene 10 --------- Late That Night
* Hiei is in his usual place on the lookout, half dozing because of the peaceful quietness. But his jagan remains open beneath his bandana so he’s well-aware of the presence that appears suddenly very close to him.
Hiei- Has he harmed them?
Shironji- No. He has them locked up in the dungeon of his fortress.. He’s waiting to see if you’ll come after them.. He’s planning on using them to manipulate you, of course.
Hiei- Hn.
Shironji- He believes that they’re both pregnant to you.
* Hiei grunts, but his jagan alerts him to another presence approaching quickly. He opens his true eyes, ‘So much for the peace..’
Hiei- Just keep an eye on them. If he harms them in any way let me know immediately.
* Shironji bows and poofs away just as Coutaro skids to a stop in the clearing.
Coutaro- Master,..
Hiei- Which one?
Coutaro- The Jackal hybrid.
Hiei- Hn.
* The apparition leaps down off the lookout and glances toward the cave to call for Sarista telepathically.
(#) Hiei- ‘Ris, one of the new females has gone into labor. You and Trinka come as quickly as you can.
* Receiving positive answers from them both Hiei blinks away leaving Coutaro to try and keep up. Sarista and her daughter make sure their babies are bedded down safely and leave, knowing that they’ll be well-watched after by the others.
