I like it. I don't dislike it. It doesn't need any more improvements, just more chapters. There. I said it. Exactly like you wanted.
No, really. It's great. I seldom read YYH stories because there are seldom any new ones. But I'm definitely glad I found this one, it's really great. Thank you and have fun writing.

Wow. I haven't been on aff for about eight or nine months. Imagine my surprise when I logged on to see that you added the third chapter to "What I Steal... I keep"? ^^ As glad as I am that you've updated, I am a bit confused. Though your breaks (for time and setting changes) are obviously, the turn you take is not always so. You tend to jump around a lot. And while your topics generally become... relevant to the fic, it becomes so in a round about way. For example: The talk about the re-introduction of yokai into society was applicable to this chapter, but it might have been a little easier to speak of in the beginning of the story (like when Yusuke had gone to the party and exuded a demonic aura. Who says that that situation couldn't be molded so his demonic ancestry was more obvious/seen or aptly felt by the humans there?) . It seemed as if the world was ignorant (along with the Yukimuras, Yusuke's mother and Kurama's family) of the yokai and their overall existence for the first two chapters. You even referenced Hiei as a "boy" being "caught naked" in Kurama's bedroom by his mother in the last chapter. Why else would you do so unless you'd recently made the decision to integrate demons into society when writing the third chapter? Just make it more cohesive and seem more planned. That's my suggestion.
I do have a question pertaining to Kurama's step father and his family. Why is it that the father's have American and (in the case of his uncle's name) Christian names - e.g.: Harold and Abraham - and the children have Japanese names while their surnames are Japanese? I know many cultures pick "Americanized" names for idiotic English speakers since most of us can't pronounce anything not in English, but they aren't in a business meeting, nor speaking English. So why the names?
Other than that and the sudden, yet not-so-unexpected, but still completely random appearance of Choko, great chapter. I look forward to more soon.
Hope all's well on your side of the computer! *hands you a cookie* JA MATA~!
