Yo--Faithful over here. So this book the first is like the exposition, and book the second (yea! They're going to the woods!) will feature more action, no? And you still have me wondering what's going on in that laboratory...

I don't usually read the 'warnings' and I hadn't even considered the fact that you might write something else than yaoi~_^ Even though it's just a close relationship between Yusuke and Hiei I still like it^_^ Though I'd gladly wring Shura's neck!

Geez, harsh on Keiko much? ^^ An informative chapter, and now that they've grilled and ... grilled, the messenger, maybe after Yusuke's done making gravel they can get a move on and do something about the giggling little warbrat, no?

So sorry about the late review. I just want to tell you that I really like this story^_^ Am I reading to much into Yusukes and Hieis relationship, or are there a chance for that parring?

Oh, don't worry, I'm around, and OH!--Suckage for Koenma, ew! But Shura's so dumb: One, as pointed out in this chapter, blindness was actually what helped propel Yomi to a very powerful position, and Two, just because the guy in charge of deaths can't see doesn't mean everyone automatically becomes immortal. Death smells you out, Death feels you out, Death tastes if you're afraid and that excites it more--we've all heard lines like that before *shakes head*. But I'm really curious as to what this thing in the lab might be. Well now, our chief anti-Shuras are assembled, so even if the containments of the lab remain an enigma for a little while longer maybe we'll learn more about some other vaguely-mentioned stuff in the meantime.

Aw, is Y/H the OTP here? (I was suspecting as much given your other stories; this chapter here may definitely allude to such.) Right-o then: the Kurama-Yusuke Company has met up with the Lazurama family and the fire demon father and son, so once Hiei's able to travel again--time to go meet the head rebel guy?
Yusuke's comment about the urination gestures of Foxes was funny; I think if I were Kurama or Lazurama I'd be up for showing some teeth too.

And of course the other comic relief would just happen to be another of Yusuke's close buddies. Clint's sort of like the Kuwabara of the Western Hemisphere or something, no? Hehe ... ahem, anyhow: I don't see Kurama offing Lazurama, but who knows. I do think there might be a merging of three certain groups soon, though, depending on where Durga was taking those kits.

TEASE! But it looks like two of our subplots are about to merge.

Well, it appears Yusuke may have the beginnings of getting over whatever indiscretion happened between the best friend and the girlfriend, assuming Hiei stays alive, ne? I liked the reacquainting in this chapter, especially Touya's "coolness" (shoot me if you have to, but I had to put that in) and the Shishi-Suzuka interaction. (Jin's dialogue's in a class of its own.) I look forward to the next installment.

Oh my gosh, Clint is dense. Naw, I didn't see anything, just a wounded white Kitsune ... oh, wait, you mean it might be the same Kitsune as that white one I wounded earlier? And it looks like Yusuke and Kuwabara are more-or-less reconciled *applause*aww* The latter chapter was very interesting--and Durga has Lazurama's kits, yea!--and cool base for the villain/battle. I hadn't known that Hindu mythology had its own Minotaur (why yes, I took the author's advice and looked it up). That's what he gets for exploiting diplomatic immunity! XP
