Uh oh. This could get really interesting really fast. I wonder what will happen next. As for your author's note to this chapter, I don't hold it against you for how you left the cliffy for last chapter. My muse was having a field day trying to figure out where you were going to go with this. I was sooo wrong. I am kinda glad that I was. I really like your writing. Can't wait for the next installment.

Chapter Six was awesome, bout time Hiei made a damn appearance. I've been waiting patiently for it. I can't believe Kurama's stupid ass. I hope Hiei rips his dick off. I really hate your Kurama/Youko. He makes Karasu look like Mary Poppins. Keep up the good work!

Hell yes, Hiei should have killed the fucker! Yusuke is going to need some major TLC after all that. I'm sure now that Hiei has him he's not going to let him go. Kurama is a sadistic bastard I swear. Just don't kill Koenma off and I'll be happy, Binkyboy can't die cause I am in need of him. Kill Kuwabara or something LOL! WOW!!! Youko really has gone off the deep end, hasn't he? Still, I give him points for the careful planning, even while at the same time I wish that Hiei had ended his life and set the real Kurama free of him once and for all.

Gah! You can't stop there! Good gracious, talk about a cliffhanger! This fic is hard-core, and I've never read anything like it. I must say though, the drama that had built up has gotten my full attention and I simple can't wait for the next chapter! Please update soon!

There is just so much going on in this chapter that I don't know where to begin, lol. Once again your brilliance astounds me. First off I was on pins and needles wondering if Kurama was going to kill Kuwa or not. As sweet as Kuwa is, he should have known better than to have walked into Kurama's lair without backup. If he'd thought that something was wrong and that Kurama was hurting Yusuke, then he took a huge chance going in alone to question to Kurama. But that's Kuwa fearless to the end. Poor guy didn't know how close he came to dying. And I loved the patience Kurama showed even though he had much more pressing matters to attend to. But then again, having Kurama playing with Kuwa's homophobic tendencies would have been too good for Kurama to pass up, lol. He certainly loves watching people squirm. It seems that everyone and everything has been created for Kurama's amusement. After 1000 years of living he would certainly need to find ways of entertaining himself.
I can only imagine how badly Yusuke must have felt knowing that he had put his friend in danger, knowing Kuwa was no match for Kurama. And I want to fucking slap Kurama for taking it out on Yusuke once again. Aside from trying to call out to Kuwa in the house, I don't think that Yusuke was even aware that his mind was trying to reach out to Kuwa in his dreams. Kurama is so unforgiving! I love it!
Gahhhh, even when Kurama was untying Yusuke's legs he did it with the intention of inflicting more pain knowing that when the circulation in his legs returned, it would cause excrutiating pain. You simply think of everything and leave nothing untouched or unmentioned. From thoughts and feelings to dialogue, you never miss a beat. It made me shudder when you pointed out that Yusuke's legs were fractured and he couldn't walk. The fact that it only served to piss off Kurama even more was really scary, too,lol. "You will walk or I'll drag you." I don't think Kurama has ever had one bit of compassion inside of him. His entire persona to the human world was merely a well calculated facade. He certainly had everyone fooled.
I am so glad you didn't use that spiked dildo, lol. I know how tempted you were ^_^ The unimaginable pain that that huge dido was causing Yusuke was frightening. I think you should leave the links to the site that shows what some of this equipment really looks like, lol. The impaler is really totally cool and the cock cage is hysterical. I watched a live porn, bondage movie that was using the impaler and cock cage. It's amazing how these torture devices are used in the real world.
The electrocution scene was brutal. But that too I've seen done in live action bongade movies. Of course, what you've done and how you've utilized these devices is to the extreme. But the point is that all of these things are real and plausible and do-able. That is what makes this fic so intense and real and frightening and spell binding. You've done your research and have brought all of these things to life.
It's lucky that our bois are demons though, because even though Yusuke's ki is trapped inside of him, if it wasn't for his demon blood he would have died from the caning alone.
I loved Hiei's initial reaction to Koenma and Botan. I don't blame him at all, lol. But as soon as he was told that Kurama was killing Yusuke, he was willing to at least check it out, not believing that Kurama could or would do that to Yusuke.
I also liked how Hiei had figured out that the only way Kurama could over power Yusuke was through trickery and traps. Realizing that Kurama was very capable of doing that is the only reason Hiei went to investigate. That so keeps Hiei in character. As a matter of fact, given the premise of the plot, you've managed to keep everyone on character. *glomping you with lots and lots of smooches*
The scene when Hiei actually sees what's happening to Yusuke over Koenma's monitor was heart wrenching, especially when Yusuke called out Hiei's name. And when Hiei jumped through the portal with his sword drawn, relief washed over me. Yusuke finally had a chance.
Let's go back to Kurama's mind fuck on Yusuke. How it must kill Kurama's ego and vanity that even on the brink of Yusuke's sanity waning, Yusuke still wants nothing to do with him; not even to save his own life. And what a slap in the face when Yusuke started talking to Hiei in his mind as if Hiei was right there. The hallucination Yusuke was having was spooky and creepy and so delicious and well thought out, and everything that I have come to love about your writing.
No one can wield a story like you do. And we both know that there are a lot of brilliant writers out there who I love to death, but your twist or take on plots is always a masterpiece of writing.
You're welcome for the beta job. But there wasn't much to correct. I only wish that I could write as cleanly as you do the first time around. You know what my shit looks like at first draft, lol.

Wow,What a chapter(6) I sat on the edge of my seat almost the whole time while reading it.I hope Yusuke believes what he sees when Hiei shows up.Yet this isn't over in a long shot.Hopefully we will get to see another side of Hiei while he is protecting and helping to heal Yusuke,And relizing his feelings for Yusuke are real to.Kurama isn't giving up without a fight,the next chapter should be a dozzy.Will Botan or Koenma help with this or is it all Hiei?Can't wait to see

Oh my god! This has definitely been a very dark, sadistic yet sexy story. I've just read it from first to latest chapter. I never thought I would say this however, I'm really starting to hate Kurama. But I also have to say that his actions and attitude definitely fit the story so beautifully. It makes you wonder if he was like this from the beginning but just chose to hide it extremely well. My opinions about Kurama though are of the love/hate type. You want to hate him for what he's doing to Yusuke but yet you love it at the same time. I've been waiting from the start for Hiei to make an appearance and now that he has I can't wait to see what he's going to do. How will he react when he learns that Yusuke went to Kurama willingly and the reasons involved? Just one of many questions. I hope to see an update very soon. I'm sitting on the edge of my seat waiting patiently.
