Oh my goodness! I knew I read this one somewhere before - and I've really been looking forward to reading it after seeing that post Blue linked to! Aw, I still feel so bad for Kurama, but you wrote beautifully for this fic.

Excellent story as usual. Just wanted to point out a typo in paragraph 17 "off ear." I think it should be "of fear." Otherwise, I love it.

You know that this was so amazing that it inspired my own filty "Kurama's a cutter" story in response, and I've been writing nonstop all week.

I thought this fic was going to be bad when I started it. But you turned it into something wonderful. Yomi was IC throughout, and I felt Kurama's rejection of his body. Good work!

Wow! Please say that this is just the beginning!! I'm not into pain in sex(I promise!) but that was just such a new insight into Kurama's human 'condition'. Poor bloke! And what about Hiei? There has to be closure!!

It may not be a new premise by any means, but you have turned it into something so full of beautiful pathos with your words that I could not only feel Kurama's pain and self-loathing, but also picture the scene between the fox and Yomi as it happened as well as the small red-eyed figure who watched the one he loved the remainder of the night.
