YAY! Wow what a lovely present... and something you wrote on your birthday! I loved it. I really did, and talk about dedication to my writers who I faithfully read, I had to deal with... ::Shudders:: Dial Up. So I am sitting here writing you a review because I love your writings and I was included in this, which just touched me and made me get misty eyed. As always your story captured and held me... Kuro and Kurama... always hot... and the use of the plants... ::Grins:: I am such a KuramaXPlant pairing whore. Hehehehehehehe. As always thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your beautiful writing. I hope to have another chapter of my own work ready by the time I get home... we'll see. If not planned anyway. Thanks so much again, and as always... breathtaking truly breathtaking... but what I loved the most about it was that it all seemed to be lessons that needed to be learned indeed. I also like how the beginning was started... the idea of Kurama in that bar in a bad mood and then Kuro all claiming him made me die of laughter.

[GLOMP] Hey! Happy Birthday Colleen! Thank you for the present and for thinking of us :-D. Wow, that was riveting. That last bit of lemon with the plant was so hot! I love how you’re drawing out their characters and showing their vulnerability. Kuronue taking the lead so mater-of-factly is the perfect way to draw our Kurama’s sub tendencies. It’s the way that the Dom moves and be’s the Dom that makes him one. Mmm, this story just gives me such a warm and fuzzy feeling all over. [Hug]

hah! i finally got online! and you posted something! you have no idea of the fangirl-ness that that made me babble on like! i swear! .. well .. perhaps YOU do... but still. LoL. you get the idea. happy birthday! what a *marvelous* birthday present you have for us! ..dear me that was.... beyond sexy. youkai and i came up with a new word: sexilicious. i do believe your vine-y-ness totally summed it up it a word... or wet Youko in a bath.. with a beautifully naked Kuronue standing in front of him... i do have to hand it to you.... your lessons...are something to be adored. ^^ and if i wasn't still working on CHRISTMAS.... ^^;;; i'd try to get something together. but i'm still on christmas. hahaha. well.. like i said. you had me at Youko Kurama.. and you had me melting in my chair when you started describing Kuronue. i squeaked at my friend and went on a big tirad about Youko.... then i saw Kuro.. and went on a longer one about him...... hahaha.. go figure. i really do love you for this. and i hope you realise this will probably end up either under or on top of "Mistakes" on my RR list. *stares at you...trying not to melt at remembrance of said fic* ...dear god i'm babbling again, aren't i? *snorts*

Hi there! I'm no faithful reviewer, as you can see. But one thing's for shure: i lloved this fic, i can't wait to read more of your fics and i was happy to see you have many fics. Um, sorry if this review sounds weird( as i know it does), but i get distracted easily... Your insight on youko's feelings and on his true self are amazing, and i just love the way you pictured Kuronue(i finally fund a fic where i like this pairing!!!). I'll do my best to write a more choerent review next time, i promise ;).

Dear...GOD. That last scene with the plants...I blame you fully for the mess my brain left on the keyboard. I thought I had some good plant ideas, but that blew me away! Can I get a picture of that? (Oh yeah, and I'll need a pic of a naked Kuronue covering himself with his wings as well).

There were so many good lines, one of my favourites was "He wanted to enjoy drunkenness, not getting there." I feel that way alot. Crap - I really should write down the good stuff as I read, so I can let you know exactly what I liked, but I got so caught up in the story, I forgot. I need to go read it again.

This ran at just the right pace too, and - to me at least - it has this romantic edge that you don't see alot on aff.net. I like how Kurama stated that he was "waiting" for Kuronue and the whole slow act of appearing, being enigmatic, and then disappearing that Kuronue is doing - to me that's so very romantic. It's not just: Kuro shows up/lemon/lemon/lemon/end of story.

And the opening syllabus chapter was awesomely different and creative, but as I've said before - you take chances with your writing and it awlays turns out wonderfully.

wow. you are the greatest. i feel so loved! this fic is totally making up for the seroiusly shitty week i've been having so far. (it's the beginning of the year and Rx insurance plans have changed. you have no idea how many s.o.b's i've to deal with in person and over the phones. i got hung up on like ten times yesterday alone.*shakes head*) anyway, this is really good. i dont recall ever reading a fic where yoko was so un-nerved due to a potential romp or anybody in general. i love the pace and the way kuronue states what he needs of yoko then leaves so that yoko can mentally prepare and didn't just dive straight into the smut. but man, that last lesson was a doozy! you should see the looks i'm giving the plants in my room. so of couse i look foward towards reading the rest on sunday. so happy early birthday! may have many more and keep up the great work!
