That was delightful :D I really really enjoyed it! Sorry the book case trapped you...that sucks majorly. This chapter was fun, with the water gun fight (those are so much fun!!!) and sweet and smutty (the lemon), and delightfully tasteful and full of hte emotion that you've been building up to. Yays! :D

How was it going as Hiei? I went as a pretty boy to ACEN, too, and said screw the make up half way through, because it kept getting messed up.

Wow!!! Well, first of all let me tell you that I am really sorry to hear about your incident with the bookcase and hope that you are recovering (or have recovered) nicely.
Your description of the incident, however, is so lively and hilarious that I bursted out laughing like a crazy person couple times. Surely a testimony to your incredible ability as a writer. Okay, now back to the "real story", which is, as always in the case of this fic, written with such a fluid grace, a wry, dry, witty and naughty tone all at the same time, it is simply pure enjoyment to read. The lemon is tastefully done with the right mixture of frantic passion and clearness of the mind mixed together with the uniqueness of the narrator's tone, it is one of the best lemons I have read. You are simply amazing.

You just made my week. I screamed a little too loudly when I found out you put up the next chapter AND it has a lemon.
LOVED IT! You did a very good job with the imagery - how they started off slowly, I loved the whole image of Hiei cracking, the spiderweb pattern across him, and how he came to the realization that he was worthy of being loved. I like how you didn't allow him to cry, that's just the thing - Hiei doesn't cry.
You kept them in charcter, even as you allowed them to change.
And for your mascara worries - Estee Lauder Illusionist will help ease you eyelash troubles the next time you cosplay, it's really easy to use and it works wonderfully.

I'm usually pretty critical of fanfics, but I gotta say this one gave me nothing to be disappointed about, even considering I'm not that big of a Kurama/Hiei fan. great job, the mustellid-demon gives this two paws up!
