Oh wow the awesomeness of wowness of yummy! Thanks for making my morning!

*jumps up and applaudes* Bravo! Finally an author who thinks deeper on Kurama and Hiei's complicated personality's and writes a great story about it to boot. I absolutely love it. =D

Review, Ch. 4-6

Heh, Anons. *I* appreciated your satire chapter ^_^

In regard to the chapters directly preceding and following, I like how it is realistic (or as much so as one will get with a storyline centering around a pair of demons). Hiei's experiment with Yusuke's hilarious; something that I could absolutely imagine him doing in such a scenario. Shall we call that circumstantial IC? I like the term. I think we shall. (Patent pending.)

*gasp* I reviewed here once! Ha-ha: Blue was recommending your new story, so I backtracked to this one, and what do you know, I remembered it. Well, part at least, because I'm fairly sure I never finished it. So now I'm re-reading/catching up so I won't be so late for the fact with the sequel. I'd like to think that my tastes have matured along with myself--it's been two-three years since that review that I left--and saying that I think I appreciate how IC you have them at this point (I've read 1-3 at the moment) all the more. That, and just the things you have here and there: Hiei's unattractiveness by demon standards; Kurama's choice of totally shall we say "owning" him while they sparred; the kiss (Kurama's always struck me as a kiss-on-the-forehead type); and the conversation between Hiei and Yusuke--it's all excellent. Well then, I'll conclude this review (you're getting a lengthy one here!), and shall leave another one soon after I've read more. When I'm done here, expect to hear from me on your new story as well ^_^

Wow. I can't really think of much else to say. I stopped reading new YYH fanfiction a long time ago because I was really tired of seeing OOC stuff (though I am certainly guilty of writing OOC). This was great! I loved how it bordered on metafiction at times. Now I'm off to read the sequel that I've heard exists.

This was pretty good. But Chapter 10 got cut off. Will be watching to see when it gets fixed. :o)

...you ever tried cosplaying Kurama, either? Both Hiei and Kurama's eyelashes are the same thickness, if you look closely at how they're drawn in the anime. Gah! x.x Cosmetics are confusing no matter the gender. Too many confusing bottles and oils and applications and techniques and on and on and on...
