I realized something, both Keiko and Botan are in, what about Shizuru? Since the Dark Tournament, she's as involved as Keiko. Are you following the show or the manga? In the anime, Atsuko doesn't know jack about the Spirit World but in the manga she goes to the Dark Tournament with Botan, Kieko & Shixuru. She actually seemed to enjoy watching the fights.
You're adding incest, oaky I have to say this, Yukina/Hiei is the most common incest pairing there is. If you like a challenge then a adding Shizuru to the mix would be bold. There is a plausible scenario for either Yusuke or Kuwabra to end up in an incestous encounter. Both Shizuru and Atsuko drink and so do Kazuma and Yusuke. One possible scene is that they get drunk and end up together with family.
That scenario isn't original, I got it froma current manga I'm reading =Battle Vixens. The main girl, Hakufu has a cousin , Shyuyu has found himsefl waking up after a night of drinking to find his aunt, Hakufu's mom, Goei, is nekad and sleeping next to him. Neihter Goei or Shyuyu can remember if they had slept together but twice they wake up naked together after a night of party.
That scenario is ripe of potentials...... ack it's given me ideas

hehe I agree that Kuwabara would be able to handle the rough stuff. Hiei mentioned about Kuwa's regenative aiblity aka healing powers. That would not only help him with the tough stuff but give him endurnce as well. Hehe I would love to see Hiei & Kurama's looks when they realize that Kuwabra is not innocent in the sex dept.
I mentioned it before but I'll say it again. Kuwabara's the leaders of astreet gang, I highly doubt he's virginal. Helk, not only is sex a fact amoung gangs, it's a tool. Sex is used for initiations and for making/sealing deals with others. Unlike the others, Kuwabra most likely see their actions as that they are breaking in the team. XD
