*sigh* I have never reviewed my own story before, and usually I am against such an action, but I have had about enough. I want to make my opinion known, and I absolutely refuse to do so by appending replies to garbage flames and taunts to my story. I value it much more than that. These events will not affect my writing; I will not change it, discontinue it, or otherwise bend. I do this for me, and have found that others enjoy it, and that is the most rewarding gratification I can gain. So rather than contaminating my story, I shall express myself here. I will most likely erase this in a few days, since I do not consider it a true review.

First of all, to all the authors and reviewers who have boldly stepped up to defend me: I appreciate your support more than you know. I am so flattered that not only do you read my work, but you respect it enough to stand up for it. Thank you all so much.

To Anon: What have you ever written? You make such snide comments, but you have no idea about that of which you type. You should try posting something that has part of your soul in it for the world to read and either embrace or degrade. It’s scary. Apparently it is too scary for you, since you will not even sign your name to a one line comment. I really do not appreciate your presence on my review board, and if you have nothing constructive to say, then please just go away. I have been patient, and have ignored you, yet you still seem to revel in attempting to cause disorder here. What did I do to you? If it is a matter of you not liking my story, then just don’t read it. I have been very kind to you, please extend me the same courtesy.

In response to the courtesies you have already extended me, I would like to return to you the following: It’s called an apostrophe. Look it up. Capitalization is your friend. Merriam-Webster has a lovely, free online dictionary available for you to use. If you are unsure of grammar (which you are) please refer to the online blue book of grammar, I believe you may find it useful. Once you have learned to spell your name, and you have grown up just a bit, you will realize how incredibly dumb you make yourself sound. You have been back almost every day to taunt me and my reviewers with personal barbs and insults, and yet you cannot even express yourself effectively there. Please direct this energy into improving yourself, and perhaps soon you will be the author putting your soul into your work, and finding the courage to share it publicly. If that does happen, I will not flame you as you have flamed me. I do not think it is fair, and I would not do that, even to you.

Now, please leave my story and my reviewers alone.

Regretfully submitted,

Ahh... such sweet yet subtle displays of affection. I love that phrase, "love that transcends gender", or however it goes. Of course, I doubt someone such as Hatanaka will take this as subtle as Shiori (well yes, I know he doesn't take it well, as one may see in "Bugs", but whether he blows up or is passive/aggressive or whatever...)

Oh yeah, and to join in with all the "Anonymous" bashers....

To the hateful, cowardly "Anonynmous",

Haven't you anything better to do than read a story that you evidently don't like, and then post flame after flame? You know, something better to do like, oh, learn to SPELL, or perhaps to learn not to make such dumb, childish jokes like "which one kneels" (NOT "neels")"for the other?", you damn illiterate, immature swine of a homophobic peice of cowardly excrement.

Yours to loathe, if so you wish (Hey, what do I care? I'll consider it a compliment, if anything at all),

The bashing of this story is completely shocking. To be completely honest, it's hard to find such a well-written fic for an anime - especially one that has been introduced into the US for so long. And I love this one and "Bugs"! Seriously, do people have no lives? It clearly states Shounen-ai in the descr. I'm just very sick of homophobia, and seeing as one of my friends is one, I think I've had my daily dose. SO to move on, THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL FIC. It's completely moving, beautiful BEAUTIFUL writing, and brings that clutching feeling to my heart. Plus, this is probabaly one of the longest reviews I have ever written, I'm no good with reviews. So I think I should stop here. hehe..

Hey there =) I've read your story in its currently-posted entirety on your website, but it's easier to review here on AFF... I just wanted to let you know that your stories--all of them--are beautiful, they are truly works of art as well as labors of love, and you should be so proud of them. I read your note about the theft of Coming Clean, and I hope you know that all of us faithful readers out here are so very sorry for what happened. I hope the whole mess gets cleaned up soon, and that you get the credit you deserve on the site your story was unethically posted on. Good luck, and keep writing!

How could I ever flame you? Screw that anon. person (they really should learn to spell), this story's great.

Could it be that the reason why Kurama feels the tear gem is familiar is because maybe it resembles the stone of Kuronue's pendant? Or maybe he was just somehow aware of when Hiei cried it? Eh, whatever. But hey, they're in love, that's always great...

*scrapes Anon's guts off the floor* I guess this means I have to keep reviewing since you now know that I read "Coming Clean". To tell you the truth, I read this at Animespiral.
